THE INFO.

Appearance: Standing at 5'11'', Robin possesses the build of very conservatively fit teenage boy with not the greatest of muscle mass, yet not scrawny. He is well-built in the sense that he is toned and balanced in his physique. He is predominantly right handed, though on the off day enjoys to exploit his ambidexterity by using his left hand. He is of negro origin, having a chocolate-like colored skin-type the whole way around (ladies..). He does however have his Caucasian mother's green eyes with medium ears and thick hair. On his father's side, he has the thicker nose, bigger lips and very prominent square chin. He has the features of a negro, with the eyes and hair-type of a Caucasian. His hair color is a white-gray that encompasses his head with sideburns going past his ears.

For clothing, Robin typically enjoys wearing a sleeveless dark-gray ninja-issue buttoned shirt undone about 4 or so buttons with the collar popped. This is then tucked into a pair of black ninja leggings with a cloth belt covering the meeting of the two fabrics. Typically the ninja-equipment belt as well as Porifera Clan flask will cover this cloth belt and sit snug and comfortably on the hips. A suede leather sash runs from his left shoulder to his hip where equipment is held either in the pockets in the front or on his back. He wears tall black ninja-issue shoes and fingerless gloves with a bandage wrapped at the opening of the glove holes. His hitae-ate or ninja-headband sit in the space between his brows and hairline and is black.

Personality: He loves deceiving people; thrives off it in fact. As a result, he will often come off to people quite jokingly, comical and belligerent when in actual fact he is a calm, compassionate and friendly sort of person who is always thinking. He analyses, over-analyses and analyses it yet again - always attempting to make sense of the situation and using his wealth of knowledge at his disposal. This knowledge comes from critical observation and an uncanny ability to listen and absorb information - much like a sponge would. Coupled with a love for reading and understanding; Robin is a true observer and a very common-knowledge and intellectual ninja. He keeps to himself mostly and reacts to the situation at hand; whether that's in the classroom where he is prompted for an answer or in the battlefield where certain expertise may be beneficial. He would rather let someone else attempt something before he does, to gain just that extra edge over the 'something'. Having said that, he has the ability to teach and lead to those whom listen; however only finds it a secondary interest to him and rarely calls upon it - especially at such a young age.

He is accepting of all cultures and understands the different implications involved with the thousands of different clan's and kekkei genkai's spread right throughout the known ninja world. He develops his own opinion on any matter, though rarely voices it due to potential personality clashes or problems. He is a happy and interested person when engaged in intellectual conversation and almost never pays out or personally attacks/invokes others. He is therefore no aggressive, nor is he defensive - he likes the consider himself a supplementary. He has good social abilities, however chooses to use them on people who matter most.

Combat Style:Generally considered a pacifist, Robin would rather not get into a fight if it's possible. However once in a fight, Robin is extremely analytically minded and very knowledgeable to how he fights, using all of his resources as much as possible. Robin is known to not instigate, however he will retaliate using the most adaptable and versatile combo of techniques and abilities as is possible.

Description: The ninja innately possesses a high IQ which gives them great practical and analytical prowess. They have vast knowledge in nearly all forms of combat giving them a upper hand when faced with nearly any attack with being able to execute split second counters. With their high IQ the user can determine weak spots in attacks and defenses and can overcome nearly any obstacle. Like the obvious benefits of being very smart, the ninja is well regarded for their great mathematical and thinking abilities.

THE BACKGROUND.

History: Born into the third generation of the Porifera Clan by his mother and from the old-school ninja motivation of his father; it was obvious from the first day of his destiny. His mother was a specialist Fuuinjutsu-user previously from the Village Hidden in the Mist whom was one of a select bloodline to possess the abilities of the Porifera. His father was an ex-specialist ninja of the Village Hidden in the Clouds who discovered his mother on a reconnaissance mission and took to caring for her. As suggested, the two fell in love and had a child. This child, the bearer of the bloodline of the Porifera and with the high-intelligence and will of his father was named Robin Kaimen. For the Clan's purpose in mind, his father wholeheartedly agreed to surrender his last name for the bloodline to pass on. A noble man.

By as young as three, Robin was able to talk extremely well and understand principles easily than any of his peers. He was smart, very perceptive yet appeared to lack any social ability with others outside of those whom he trusted. He passed through the Academy School of Kumogakure relatively sound and unnoticed - just as he had wished and so was able to expand his horizons and ability to possess every possible Academy technique. It was during this time of garnering that he discovered he was quite adept at the very basics of fuuinjutsu; most likely from watching and learning from his mother. He had also picked up his mother's ability to command water and therefore was a user of Suiton techniques. His mother, upon discovering his ability to use Suiton techniques and Fuuinjutsu was adamant that he possessed the Porifera genome and so taught him the ways and the abilities of the Porifera Clan. It wasn't until a few years later, whilst training with his father; that he discovered his ability to manipulate and use Raiton techniques much like those belonging to Kumogakure no Sato should be able to use.

Robin is now a genin of the Village Hidden in the Clouds and so continues his journey..
