Firstly...

Twin Rising Dragon has Tenten's name in the description. As far as I know, Tenten doesn't exist on this site. I also wanna point out her ranged attacks sure as hell go further then ten meters (And yes, I still am fuming a little over my technique's range. 15 Meters is a tiny world ; Wink

Dance of the Crescent moon should require you to have either the Shadow Clone technique OR a similarly clone generating technique- There's no reason only shadow clones can raise a blade.

Technically all techniques using Shadow Clones should have you need the shadow clone technique to use em, or at least those physically involving cloning yourself. Just saying.

I've already mentioned to Shinji much of my concerns about the Puppetry Jutsus.

I can totally see people being a jerk by abusing reverse summoning jutsu as a way of getting out every fight ever. Totally abusable. Shouldn't be able to be used in a combat situation would be the best way to balance it. It should also say it requires you to have the summoning characteristic.

Kekkai Houin - HOW COME THIS TECHNIQUE DOESN'T HAVE A RANGE!? YOU COULD MAKE IT A BIG ASS NUCLEAR BOMB SIZED BLAST RADIUS! Poor, poor Japan. Ninjas carrying nukes. I see more Hiroshimas in the future of Naruto.

Jigyakkou no Jutsu - Time Regression Technique - Since this technique only says close range, any time I get within five meters I can make an enemy forget I'm there enemy and force them to tell me their secrets? Awesome. I like abusable techniques that no one can defend against. (Hint, hint)

Meisai Gakure no Jutsu - Camouflage Concealment Technique. Has no time duration and doesn't apparently end if you use another technique or if they hit you. I like forever invisible in combat techniques, hehehe x3

The Shousen technique is listed in Naruto Canon as an A-rank jutsu, which I assume you lowered so Medical Ninjas would be possible with Genins, which is understandable.

Underground Fish Projection is a vague technique that needs a description that elaborates on it more.

All of the "Move underground techniques" have applications to be unfairly balanced, as there isn't any time limits nor restrictions on how fast they move. It would also occur to me to use puppets while I am underground, which seems awfully deadly xD

Can Rock Clones use any techniques the original user has? I would think they'd be more limited to Doton techniques and Taijutsu, but that's just me. I'd also ask if the jutsu only creates a single rock clone, which seems like alot of chakra investment for a clone that'll easily crumble. I imagine it won't have much mobility, being heavier than shadow or say water clones.

Rock Golem seems like an overall better technique than Rock Clone, making me think it should be more of a B-rank. Yes, Rock Clones are tougher than shadow clones, but you can make more shadows clones than Rock clones, and shadow clones can probably due more techniques.

How big is the Swamp created by Yomi Numa? Because it can make a bigger DEADLIER range than my Kekkai Genkai-based technique that can actually harm an enemy by being there alone, then I will complain. More. Than usual. And stuff. I'd also wanna know how quickly they'd sink.

Similar to Rock Clone, I'd wanna know how many water clone jutsus I can make, since we HAVE seen people make multiple water clones at once I believe.

An important factor in my opinion to speak of is the tenacity of the water prison. How so? Well, consider this- The Jounin Level Shinobi Sharingan Kakashi was unable to break away from this C-rank technique on his own, at least not without damaging himself. As such, if this is true, we should interpret the Water Prision technique to be a POWERFUL technique and hard to break from the inside. Fair? Yes? Then it should read as such that it isn't easily escaped. And lets not forget- Kakashi has access to all the elements, including water's weakness, earth techniques.

Name: Baku Suishouha - Bursting Water Collision Waves. Once more, it shouldn't make more water than my illusion make, grumble grumble grumble.

All of the illusions probably need some tweaking, as I've exploited multiple of them in argument of my own techniques. Mwahahahaaa. Seriously though, Temple of Nirvana can make a whole standium fall asleep. I should get more than a fifteen meter radius >.>

Gofuu Kekkai has no clear limit on how big a barrier it can make. I demand numbers if I be limited by them as well.

Before I address ever other issue in this post, as there are many valid ones that you've brought to the forefront, the one that is glaring at me constantly in the eye is your becoming complaint over the range we have established for you; Get over it, dearie. It's ruining the strength of this topic as harping is an unattractive quality for every man, woman, and child.

Everyone is treated the same, in regards to range, and the faster you accept this objectivity, the more content we will all be.

All techniques don't currently have the same maximum range though. That's my point. If you're going to make a universal law, it should be applied universally to all techniques. The whole reason why I'm mentioning it so every thing DOES become balanced. Harping may be unattractive, but the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I definitely appreciate the fact that you have gone through everything, because it is true that US may need some upgrades, however when we're attempting to balence range, we unfortunately have to moderate it and make it realistic for the site. I apologize that you felt slighted, as that was not the intention, however, you truly need to move forward and not allow it to possibly hinder the integrity of your posts.
