| HOO, HOSHUATHE INFO. Name: Hoshua Hoo Nickname: Age: 16 Gender: Male Appearance: Hoshua has bandages covering most of his face, leaving only his left eye uncovered. He also wears a large poncho with long sleeves, a snake patterned scarf around his neck, a straw raincoat protruding from the back of his scarf, and a large amplifier on his right arm for most of his attacks. Like many Sound ninja, he had been physically altered with unnatural enhancements that improved his abilities; in his case, he was fitted with a hollow air tube that extends through his arm and opened through his left hand, allowing him to propel a combination of air pressure and molecule vibrations in various ratios, controlled by his chakra. His back is hunched, making him look smaller than he actually is. Personality: Hosh is overconfident about his powers, especially the ones coming from his left palm and the melody amp. Practicing with them to develop new ways to utilize his skill, honing them. As such, he believes no one could beat him, while also having a strong desire to win; however, he manages to be unaware of the enemies' plan until it is too late from time to time. Hoshua also has a tenancy to say whatever he wants without regarding the consequences, when he does talk and being something as an introvert he would rather work alone then with a group but will though almost unwillingly fallow orders given to him while on a mission. Clan: None. Nindō: Accomplish the mission by whatever means necessary.
THE NINJA. Origin: Rice Field Country Affiliation: Nuke Nin Rank: C Specialties: Ninjutsu, Weaponry Elemental Affinities: Fuuton, Katon Combat Style:Hoshua is most comfortable in a mid range fight, whether it be using his ninjutsu or weapons. However due to his versatility he is not afraid to take a fight to hand to hand. It is also true that he would not mind using a long range attack if only to deliver the first blow. Overall he just wants to challenge the person he is against in in such was, challenge himself and his nindo even if it means that he has to fight dirty. Special Characteristics:
THE BACKGROUND. History: Born in the village hidden in the sound he did not have the easiest childhoods, having to learn to fend for himself almost as soon as he could walk. Evey morning his mother would take him to watch his father work his forge, stoking the fires with the billows watching the metal warm and glow until a cherry red only to be pulled out and hammered on. it wasn't until he was four that he was allowed to "help" out, picking the ore to be melted and used or to deliver the finished works or art to their new owners.
By the age of seven he would be blessed with the first of his ninja tools, a melody arm amplifier as he was picked from many within his village to become a shinobi. The weight would be heavy at first but he would become accustomed to it as he studied and trained in the underground complex. From time to time screams could be heard and at others moans. This would not stop him as he studied hard and was finally rewarded with a surgery of his own. He was forged from the beginning to be a compile of shinobi, a one man team to make up for the small amount of actual ninja's.
Call it a sickening experiment if you will but if you ask Hosh it was only blessings. He saw himself as a true shinobi and like a true shinobi his goal was to finish what ever mission would be thrown his way. By the age of twelve he would be finished learning what the academy had to teach him. The first day as part of a ninja squad would be his last as he broke out and away from Otogakure. It had taught him what he needed and now he would set out on his own. Becoming a missing nin in his own time. For years he struggled on his own, performing petty thefts just to survive.
Roleplay Sample:Carefully Hosh entered the wooden wall classroom for the last time, the weight of the melody arm on his right fore-arm caused his right shoulder drops a few inches as he slouched over, his head tilting slightly as he relaxed. He had worn the Melody arm for over four years now, since before the first day he entered the academy, and was already use to the weight but still he kind of enjoyed using the ploy that he was weaker, smaller then he really was. True he wasn't the strongest in class, he still could kick his butt into gear when he needed, using his speed of foot and hand, not to mention the aid the slightly over-sized arm guard gave when it came down to hand to hand. He didn't even have to hit his opponent to cause them damage since even a miss would swiftly be turned into a devastating sound based attack to the inner ear.
It was a little over a week since the ninja academy graduation exams and though he was not the smartest in class he was confident he had passed this time. So confident in fact that he had payed for a new "upgrade" for himself. His left arm still stung from the air tunnel implanted in it not two days ago. It had been a quick operation and the medical-nin had even let him go home that same day. The implant itself was a simple design allowing him to infuse the air in his arm with chakra and then launch that, invisible to the naked eye, pressurized air at the target. Unfortunately he would not be able to start practicing it until after class, after he was paired with two other shinobi that would make up their three man squad.
Even as he stood there, near the back of the class, and the Chuunin Instructor had started to read from the list the trios that would be meeting with their squad sensei, most likely a past their time Jounin. Tilting his head to his left he would cause it to pop several times. He hated working with groups. It was the whole thing about working with others to accomplish a goal he could do alone.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them. Chakra Cost: Equivalent to the cost of the opposing jutsu +2
Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. This technique can only be used if the user is a higher rank then their captive. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Name: Kyoumeisen - Vibrating Sound Drill Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Element: N/A Description: Kyoumeisen is a Ninjutsu which uses sound waves created by Dosu's sound wave amplifier to disrupt a persons inner ear. After the amplifier releases sound waves, Dosu can use his chakra to move the waves directly into the inner ear of his opponent. By disrupting the inner ear in this manner, the target loses their sense of balance and will likely vomit. If the opponent has their ears plugged, Dosu can direct the sound through their body. Because the body is 70% water, it conducts the sound just as well. This allows the sound waves to still reach the inner ear. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Zankuha - Decapitating Air Wave Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Element: N/A Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja controls air pressure and supersonic sound waves through tubes implanted in their arms, creating large and powerful blasts from their hands, strong enough to distort earth and destroy rocks. This technique also allows the user to control exactly how much of what force is used. Normally, it is only enough needed to deal with whatever opponent they're facing Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai. Chakra Cost: 5

Name: Ryuuka no Jutsu - Dragon Fire Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu - Mist Waltz Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame. Chakra Cost: 9
Name: Kami Oroshi - Godly Wind from the Mountains Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: The user will generate a whirling vortex of wind which he or she can send snaking towards his or her target. This wind can be used to help cause an explosive blaze when used with certain fire and earth techniques. Chakra Cost: 7 (2 per post)
Name: Reppushou - Gale Wind Palm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: Fuuton • Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will send a strong gust of wind towards his/her target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Ayatsuito no Jutsu - String Reeling Technique Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The properties of the wire also allows the user to guide fire down it with any number of Katon Jutsu. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Kage Senbon no Jutsu - Shadow Senbon Technique Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 1om) Element: N/A Description: This technique seems to be a variation of the Shadow Shuriken Technique, replacing shuriken with senbon. The user throws at the same time a senbon with a distracting item attached to it, and another one without it, so that the opponent will only react to the more obvious projectile and won´t notice the other senbon. However, if the opponent recognises the trick behind it, this technique is easy to evade. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu - Shadow Shuriken Technique Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: N/A Description: It's an extremely simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, to deal with the path of the lower shuriken. If the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency. Chakra Cost: 3 COLABERATION JUTSU:3- Spoiler:
Collaboration Name: Honettsusutingu - Hornets Sting Primary Jutsu: Zankuha - Decapitating Air Wave Secondary Jutsu: N/A Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu/Weapon Range: Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: N/A Description: The user "loads" a single senbon into an arm capable of using the Decapitating Air Wave. The pressure build up behind the senbon launches it forward with a retort. The user keeping an eye on the rapid projectile will then perform the Explosive Tag: Activate whether or not the senbon hits its intended target the explosion would maximize chance that the technique connects. The power of the combined techniques causes the very molecules in the air to shake causing a vaporish like Chinese lions head to form commanded by the users will, the Lion would chase down its target, impact with a human body would cause a transfusion of vibrations from the chakra filled molecules in the air into the molecules into the body causing bones to shatter and muscles to rip as the jutsu is disrupted by the forms chakra flow and disipated. Name: Melody Arm Amplifier Rank: C Type: Primary/Melee Quantity: 1 Description:A porous metal gauntlet. It is used to amplify or absorb sound waves caused by his arm's movements. The sound waves caused by the melody arm can then be manipulated, and directed with chakra causing more damage. They can also bring on blurred vision, dizziness, as well as paralyzing the target of jutsu that are dealt by this weapon(Only through the use of the reverberating sound drill). It can also act as a defense by blocking kunai, shuriken, and some other forms of blades.
Name: Hollow Air Tube Rank: D Type: Secondary/Range Quantity: 1 Description:A surgically transplanted tube in ones arm that leaves an opening in the palm. It allows the user to propel a combination of air pressure and sound in various ratios, controlled by their chakra.

| Well...first off the only two open villages are Konohagakure and Kumogakure. You can originate from the Rice country, but Otogakure itself is not open to new characters.
The history also needs to be fleshed out a bit, sixteen years is a relatively long time, especially at the front end of our lives. Your character's history more or less defines their personality and motivations. Put a little more effort in to it. |

| Alright, I'm going to make this as nice as possible since you're new. I mean I'm a nice guy, but some other people can get all snarky with this.
One: There is no group for the Rice Field Country. You can say your origin is Otogakure, but you have to be affiliated with either Konoha, Kumo, or Nuke-nin.
Two: Appearance, Personality, History and Role-play Sample all need to be longer. Your History should be three times longer than anything else really.
Three: You don't need to explain your specialties. Just put Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Katon and Fuuton in their respective places and nothing else. We all know what Katon and Fuuton are, don't need the description. Plus this shortens your App a little and makes it a little easier on the eyes.
After all that's done I'll take a look again and if all that is good we'll move onto your Equipment and Jutsus.
Edit: Well this is embarrassing, I'll just say do what Oti says and also try and get in what I pointed out. Posted this and then saw what you said Oti. Not trying to undermine your authority.
