| ASAEMON, SAMURUTHE INFO. Name: Asaemon, Samūru [浅右衛門, サムール] Nickname: Age: 17 Gender: Male Appearance: For his age, Samuru is a quite tall kid, standing 1.9 meters (6.2 feet) tall , completely towering over his comrades of the same age. It's very rare and unusual for a kid of his age to be that tall, and usually those who do not take care of such a large body, they end up being unable to use the large body at it's best, at worst, they become almost crippled because they grew too much. But luckily he doesn't have any problems because of his height as he trains it quite often. Many times people mistook him for grown up man because of his it, more than he could count. But he is still a teenager, meaning, he will grow even taller than he is now, and how tall he will actually get can be only imagined seeing how at his age, most kids, especially males, tend to suddenly grow taller. With his massive height he is naturally a bit heavier than kids of his age weighing around 85 kg (187 pounds). The weight is actually normal for his height and he does have a nice and fit figure. Even though he doesn't specialize in close combat, he still trains his body frequently, be it running, lifting weights or pull-ups. Because of it, his muscles have developed quite nicely.
His hair is of light brown color and it's usually messy. He doesn't really care how it looks to other people as he is almost constantly wearing his hood up. And even if he did stylize it, it would get ruined because of his hood. However, he does wash his hair every day so it's not like it smells or that it's greasy, he just doesn't care for the style. The length of his hair is neither long nor short but it's not mid either. It's somewhere between short and mid length covering half of his ears on the sides and half way from reaching the back. However, he does have an abundant amount of it, and it's surprisingly smooth, mostly because he spends most of his time in the water. Being the Host of the Sanbi, Samuru always loved to swim, and he actually learned how to swim before he could even walk. And so, because of him constantly being in the water, his hair is always clean. But again, all that is covered by his hood with only few strands of hair visible going over his forehead.
Samuru's eyes weren't originally red. Before Sanbi was sealed inside him, he had light brown eyes, the same color his mother has and she was so happy that she and her son shared the same color. But that changed when Samuru's father sealed the Bijuu inside him. From than, his eyes gradually started too change color. And now, after fifteen years, they are the same color as Sanbi's, blood red eyes. Luckily the outer part didn't change to black, but maybe someday it will. If it would happen, today, he wouldn't care too much, but before, he would be devastated. Because of his red eyes, he was frequently teased by his classmates and shunned by grown-ups who knew that he had a monster inside him. At that time, he was deeply hurt by it, now he doesn't care what others think of his red eyes, to him it looks cool and menacing.
Because of the constant bad weather in Kirigakure, and in Water Country in general, Samuru's skin is almost pale. The sun can be rarely seen in Kirigakure because of the constant mist surrounding it, and the skin simply cannot absorb enough sunlight for it to get a tan. Not to mention that Samuru is constantly in the water, it's no surprise to why his skin is so pale. As for wounds on his body, he doesn't have many, almost none. He usually keeps his distance when fighting and he rarely get's hit bad enough to earn him a bad scar. There is only one scar that can be found on his back. The last thing that is visible on his body is the Seal that keeps Sanbi inside him, the Eight Corner Demon Seal. It's placed on it's back, where the scar is. Samuru got the scar by trying to scratch off the seal from his back, trying to release the monster inside him and finally live a normal life, as a normal ninja. Naturally it was all in vain as only a Fuuinjutsu master could do such a thing. All that happened when he was younger, when he despised the thing inside him. But now he grew to like the Sanbi and has no plans on releasing him from his body anytime soon.
Samuru's apparel is rather basic and he rarely changes his style. Usually you will see him in all black with his signature hooded red trench coat. Every day he is wearing one of his many black shirts, some with long sleeves and some with short. The shirts are a bit thicker than normal ones because of the usual colder climate in Kirigakure and the Water Country in general, so such shirts are necessary to keep Samuru warm. The pants are too, of black color. They are made of polyester and elastane keeping them elastic enough for free movement of the legs. The only thing that is constant on his apparel is his trench coat. It's hooded because of the constant raining in the village and naturally it's waterproof to keep it dry. It's of red color and has slightly darker pixelated parts of red on the bottom of the coat. The coat has five pockets. Two smaller ones are on it's chest area, one is on his right arm and last two are the usual pockets on the hips, however they are rather large and could fit an entire Genin kit inside.
Forehead Protector: Samuru uses his forehead protector as a scarf.
Personality: OPTIMIST: He might not look the part, but in reality, Samuru is actually a very optimistic person. He himself isn't sure why he is so optimistic. He always looks at thing at their bright side, never even concerning himself by the negative side. This doesn't mean that he isn't aware of the negative things that could happen, but he always tells himself that in every evil there is some good. So even if something bad happens, he will find the bright side of it no matter how bad it gets. Some people find his optimism a bit annoying at time, mostly his mother. When they were having a really hard time when first coming to Kirigakure, his mother would frequently get depressed and Samuru would try to cheer her up by saying that she should look at the bright side. Sometimes she would scold him for being to optimistic, almost too naive, but in the end, he did make her feel better and after a couple of years, she finally was cured of her depression thanks to Samurus optimism.
INTROVERT: Even though Samuru is an optimis, he isn't a person who likes to talk to much, at least not the things that don't interest him. He is usually quiet in groups and he really has a hard time starting a conversation. If you are unlucky enough to be left alone with Samuru, be prepared for an awkward silence. In that silence Samuru is all worked up trying to figure out what to say, what to talk about, any topic at all. And he tends to overthink it becasue he is affraid that if he starts a topic that is boring to the other person, he will think that the person will find him boring, stupid and not worth his time. So he usually keeps his mouth shut, unless he either knows what the person likes, or unless that person starts the conversation. If it does, Samuru can get really talkative. He is that type of guy that can talk about anything, and has an oppinion on everything, even though he doesn't know much about it. You could say that he is flexible person, able to befriend anybody.
LAZY: You will have to search real hard to find a person as lazy as Samuru is. All Samuru wants to do is to be left alone and relax anywhere that is comfortable. But sadly he is a person who simply cannot say no to small tasks like helping his mother clean the house, buy groceries, or even help other people that need help with transferring heavy stuff. He will usually think "I don't want to." but he will do it anyway. So it's hard to call him the laziest person in the world because he will always do things he is asked for in the end. If he can somehow skip it, he will, except his training. He loves training too much, it relaxes him and he enjoyes every second of it.
PATRIOT: Samuru is a huge patriot. He might not agree with how the leaders lead the country nor does he love them too much, but the sentimental value he has for Water country and Kirigakure is something not every villager can claim to have. He is proud that he is a Shinobi from Kirikagure and he will do almost anything to protect what he holds dear, even sacrifice his life. That's why it's his goal to become a Protection Service Ninja and become the protector of Kirigakure and Water Country, and fend off any attack directed at the village.
VEGETARIAN: Being a host of the Sanbi, Samuru grew to dislike eathing meat, especially fish and anything coming from the sea. Since Sanbi thinks of all fish as his children, whenever he would see baked fish on the plate, the Sanbi would rage inside Samuru. And that's why the only food allowed in Samuru's house is vegtebles and dairy products such as cheese, milk, yogurt and so on. His favourite food is actually cheese, and he could eat tons of it and he also loves to drink milk. In one day, he can easily drink up to 2 liters (0.5 gallons) of milk all alone.

Main: Suiton [水遁; Water Release] Sub: Doton [土遁; Earth Release] Combat Style: Being the host of the Sanbi, the Bijuu that is also known as the 'Sea God', Samuru's arsenal consists mostly of Suiton based jutsu. He will always start the battle with the Drizzle Summoning to give him a large quantity of water to use Suiton based jutsus with which he will naturally attack his opponent. Beside the Suiton based techniques, Samuru also has few Doton techniques however, he doesn't use them too often since his forte is Suiton.
Samuru is also trained in the art of hand-to-hand combat, commonly known as taijutsu. However, he still doesn't attack head on. He likes to use the shadows, or if there aren't any, he will use the smoke bomb and hide from the opponent behind anything that might provide a cover. After that he will wait for an opportunity to sneak behind the opponent for a surprise attack. But that doesn't mean he can't fight head on, he can, and he's very good at it, he just prefers to take the opponent by surprise and gain the upper hand in the fight from the start.
Even though Samuru is good in taijutsu, at the beginning of the battle he will keep his distance. He will try to tire the opponent with his ninjutsu and hide away, striking from the shadows. Once he sees that the opponent is getting tired, he will sneak behind it and attack. He doesn't always go for the kill, but he won't hesitate, even for a second, if he needs to end a life.
Since Sanbi thinks of every sea creature as his children, whenever more are hurt or killed, both Sanbi and Samuru will go in a frenzy. While Samuru won't release the Sanbi to wreck havoc, his tactical and sneaky way of fighting will disappear. His way of fighting than becomes brute, like a wild beast. When in this state, Samuru can barely think. Though he will calm down after some time. Special Characteristics:

Being named the 'Sea God' the Sanbi possesses vast powers of the depths in which its jinchūriki inherits. One of the skills which the Host gains is the ability to stay submerged in water without the need for breath for days. The Host also inherits the Sanbi's excellent swimming ability which allows them to move throughout the water at extreme speeds which can be seen as 'zipping'. THE BACKGROUND. History:
The story starts centuries before Samuru's birth, before there were hidden villages, before anybody knew how to efficiently use chakra. Those were dark times, when the Tailed Beasts roamed the land as they pleased, wrecking havoc wherever they went. At those times, the Tailed Beasts were considered Gods because of their destructive power. And so was Sanbi, considered a God of the Sea, destroying every little encampment near the water, drowning fisherman boats, killing many. Because they were revered as Gods, many sects were created to worship these Gods.
The sect that worshiped the Sanbi started in a country now known as the Water Country. The man who started the sect was called Kami, Shimo, a descendant to Samuru. At first the sect had tame rituals such as praying and offering food for their God. But as the years went by, the rituals became more and more extreme with each new leader. Every new leader was either the son or the daughter of the last leader, and each was more demented than the last one bringing the rituals to human sacrifice. The older members would leave one by one because the sect went out of control. But they were declared as traitors or puppets manipulated by some imaginary evil God. They haunted them all down and executed them to beg for forgiveness to their own God, the Sanbi.
However, the puppets were actually the members of the Sanbi sect. They followed their leaders blindly, willing to do anything for them, even kill their own kin without a second thought. However, the sect took the worshiping a step further with the current leader claiming that his newborn son, is the reincarnation of their God Sanbi. The kids name was Kami, Ko and naturally he was made to believe that he was the son of Sanbi. It was obviously a big lie, and only the leader and his wife knew that. Now, the worshiping of Sanbi was only a decoy. The real goal was power. With each month they would gain more members, they trained these members to fight, and when Ko turned 18, the number of warriors they had was terrifying.
At that time, people finally learned how to use chakra to preform feats far beyond their imagination. While there were still no shinobis, warriors who knew how to control the chakra were considered as the most powerful warriors in the world. Naturally Ko learned how to use chakra, and he was naturally gifted. In just few months, he mastered the use of water manipulation, further proving to him and the members, that he is the son of Sanbi. Of course it was just coincidence that he was able to manipulate water. When his father died, Ko became the new leader of the sect. And so, with a power hungry leader and a large army, Ko decided it was time to take over the world.
When the decision was made to take over the world, several Hidden Villages already existed, with their respective Kages and their full-fledged Shinobis. One of these villages was Kirigakure, Ko's first target. But little did he know, that the ability to manipulate water and it's strength, was rivaled by a mere genin. Yes, the leader of such an army was as strong as a child. Of course, he wasn't aware of that. He believed that his power to manipulate water was going to destroy the whole village. Once they arrived at the village, they were met with a force so powerful, that the whole army was obliterated in seconds. That force was a squad of ten high level shinobis. Ko was dumbfounded as to what actually happened. It all happened so fast that Ko wasn't able to see anything. But cocky as he was, he attacked the shinobis head on, believing that his power over water was going to defeat these men. How wrong he was. He wasn't even able to use his first jutsu, and he was already beaten to a pulp.
Defeated and humiliated, Ko was thrown in the jail, where he spent the rest of his life. The sect was mostly disbanded, with only few members still holding it in place with Ko's son being the next in line. The rituals however, were gone and the sect was now nothing more than a secret club. Decades later, Samuru's father became the leader of the sect, and soon enough, Samuru was born.
The place where the sect was situated was now a small village predominately inhabited by fisherman. The village lived off the fish they sold, and ate what they caught. But that changed when the Sanbi attacked the village. The last time Sanbi attacked the village was at least 100 years ago. The villagers who have forgotten that their own village was once a regular target to the Sanbi, were now being attacked by him once again. Why did Sanbi decide to come back to this village is unknown. People speculated that it was because of the large amounts of fish that they catch. The fisherman however disproved of such theory because they didn't want to stop doing the only thing they know how to do. Without it, the village would be left without their money and food.
After the first attack, afraid that Sanbi might attack again, the villagers asked from the Mizukage to send a group of elite ninjas to at least drive Sanbi away. Samuru's father, now the leader of the sect, saw a once in a lifetime opportunity. Samuru's father was an expert fuuinjutsu user and was highly respected by the members of the sect. Once he heard that the elite group of ninjas will come to stop the Bijuu, he decided that he will take the opportunity and seal Sanbi inside his newborn child. As his ancestors did before him with Ko, so will he do the same thing with his son, create a human God and try to rule the world once again. The story that Samuru's father heard of Ko was a big lie told by his grandfather in hope that his grandson would bring the sect to it's former glory. He exaggerated with the story, telling how Ko was indeed an incarnation of Sanbi and that he almost did conquer the world. But because he did not posses the full power as Sanbi did, he was sadly stopped in his tracks.
Samuru's father believed in that story blindly, and he believed that his son was an incarnation of Sanbi the same way Ko was. However, he did not spot such things in public because he was sure that the villagers would think he was crazy, because they don't know the truth. The next day the elite group of ninjas arrived in the village and asked everybody to evacuate the village. The reason behind it was that the fight will get too hectic, and they are not sure that they will be able to stop Sanbi before he reaches the village. So to avoid casualties, they evacuated every villager far away from the village. But little did they know that Samuru's father knocked his wife out and hid with them under the house, in their hidden basement. There he awaited for the battle to start while preparing the necessary seals.
The shinobi group slowly sailed with a boat they borrowed from a fisherman further away from the village. Or at least that's what they wanted to do. Sanbi didn't wait for them to get too far and he attacked almost immediately, crushing the boat and destroying their plan to fight him further away from the village. No matter how hard they tried to keep the village untouched, the Sanbi was too powerful to handle at the moment. They had to get him out of the water where he is not in the advantage, even if the village will get destroyed in the process.
Hours have passed, and slowly Sanbi was getting weaker from the constant high ranked attacks from the shinobis. And that's where Samuru's father decided it was the perfect time to seal the Bijuu. Having placed the seals beforehand, Samuru's father was able to seal Sanbi without much effort. The shinobis at first were confused on how such a large beast could disappear in thin air, right in front of their eyes. While they were confused, Samuru's father ran bellow in the basement and immediately began the ritual to seal Sanbi inside Samuru.
While the shinobis were investigating the sudden disappearance of the Bijuu, one of them suddenly came to the conclusion that Sanbi didn't disappear, he was actually sealed. Once the figured it out, they begun to search for the person who did it. Whoever had it, was no considered to be a threat to the Country. But little did they know, that the birth of a Jinchūriki was happening right beneath their feet. Once the ritual came to it's end, the sudden burst of chakra released by Sanbi when getting sealed inside Samuru was felt by the whole group. The rushed at the place of origin and they found the basement. But they were too late. Once they got inside the basement, they saw a man laughing manically, a woman lying unconscious, and a newborn with a high ranked seal on it's back. They put two and two together and realized what happened here.
They tied up Samuru's father and took all of them, Samuru, his father and his mother to Kirigakure. Samuru's father was thrown into prison while Samuru and his mother were given a nice home and a job for her, but on one condition. At the age of 8, Samuru will have to join the Academy. She agreed and so their life in Kirigakure began.
And as she promised, when Samuru reached the age of 8, he was enrolled in the academy. Before he did, rumors have started to spread about a kid who had a Bijuu sealed inside him. But they were just that, rumors, even though it was true. Nobody knows how the information got out, but it was, and it didn't take too long for kids to notice that Samuru was not normal. First of all, he had blood red eyes, and second, he had a large and complicated seal on his back. Once people saw that, they avoided him and his mother as much as possible.
However, Samuru didn't care much about it, but it did pain him to see his mother being sad every day. It bothered him so much that he tried to scratch the seal away with a kunai. Luckily his mother saw him and stopped him before he would make it even worse. Of course, it didn't work, the seal was there, and the only thing he got was a scar. But his mother did start to feel better for his sake.
After that everything went smooth. After a couple of years and training, Samuru finally passed the test and became a genin.
Once he became a genin, he didn't know what to do, except getting to the next rank which was chuunin. But seeing how he doesn't care nor does he plan too much ahead, he begun to train for the next step, and that is to reach chunnin rank.

Stopping a feud between two rival clans. That was the mission Izanagi got this morning straight from the Administration building. No other information, except the name of the two clans, Tengoku and Chikyu. Both of these clans are well known for their marketing expertise and immense wealth, and naturally they were rivals, almost enemies. There have been few incidents in the past few years such as physical fights and some lawsuits, but it never escalated into something big, it was always kept in balance, but now something has happened that the whole Clan Headquarters has fallen off balance. What could've happened that caused such an uproar? That was his mission, figure out what happened and try to resolve it without any incident.
First stop, the Chiyku clan headquarters, the supposed victim of this feud. From what Izanagi could gather from the rumors the people were spreading, it seems that a valuable item has been stolen from the Chikyu clan, and Izanagi decided to find out what the item was. The Chikyu clans headquarters was a large mansion, even bigger than Izanagi owns, with large walls surrounding it and guards stationed on these walls. He approached the large wooden gates, the only entrance to the headquarters and knocked on it. On the gate, a large symbol was carved on them. The symbol means Earth, the name of the Chikyu clan. As soon as Izanagi knocked on the door, a guard arrived and asked "State your business!" Izanagi pulled out the scroll and showed it to the guard "I have come here by the request of the Raikage to settle the feud between the Chikyu clan and the Tengoku clan." The guard carefully looked through the scroll and nodded "All right. Open the gate!"
As the guard shouted the words, the massive gates have started to move. The guards above the door have pulled switch which is the only way to open such a massive door. The door could have been at least 500 kg heavy, and there was no way an ordinary human, or even a ninja could open the door with force and power alone. When the door opened, Izanagi has stepped in the headquarters. Behind the wall, there was a beautiful garden with a couple of lakes and small bridges that went across them. There were all kinds of flowers from all over the world masterfully placed creating a charming view, and whenever a breeze would come, the flowers would seem like dancing colors. Truly a spectacle to behold, but Izanagi didn't have time to admire the view as he had more important things to do. "May I ask where the clan leader is currently at?" Izanagi asked the guard. The guard just pointed at a building and left without saying a word.
The building the guard pointed at was the residence of the leader of the clan, however, there was one more building right next to it. Izanagi was curious what that building was and what did it hold inside, but it was guarded by two heavily armed guards. He decided to examine the building before he would go to talk to the leader. As he was closing to the building, he heard some noises in the building, a sound of wood being nailed. The second he stepped on the stairs that led into the building, the guards lowered their weapons blocking Izanagis path. He slowly raised his hands "Easy gentleman, I have only come here to investigate on the recent feud between your clan and your rival." But the guards didn't move and said only one thing "Leave now." They sounded quite threatening and so Izanagi had to leave and go to the leader. Maybe he could get permission to examine this building from the leader if he asked nicely.
Forced to give up on investigating the building, Izanagi reached the door of the clan leader. He took off his shoes and stepped on the wooden floor and kneeled in front of the doors "Lord Chikyu, I have come here on behalf of the Raikage to settle the feud between your clan and your rival, Tengoku!" For a few seconds there was no reply. Was the leader absent? If he was, why would the guard not say anything? The leader than spoke "You may enter." Izanagi stood up and opened the door. Now he finally saw the leader face to face. The leader was an old man, most probably in his fifties. He didn't seem very tall, and age certainly wasn't kind to him. He was almost completely bald, only a few strings of hair could be found on his head, and his face was wrinkled so much, that he barely resembled a human being. How did he get in a such bad shape? Was it because of the stress that the business he is in? "Now, what brings you here young man."
"As I said before Lord Chikyu..." The leader suddenly interrupted him "Please, call me Kyo" Izanagi looked at the leader for a second. He was taught always to be polite to other people and now to suddenly call somebody older than himself by name was rather hard as he considered it to be impolite "As you wish, Lord Kyo." The leader just smiled and signalled to Izanagi to continue "I came here to find out what has happened between your clan and your rival, and hopefully, resolve this matter without any major incident. Now, would you be so kind to enlighten me and tell me what has happened exactly." The leader suddenly became angry "Those foul people have sneaked into our headquarters, hurt my guards and stole our most valuable item!" Izanagi was carefully listening to what the leader has to say "And what was that item Lord Kyo?" The leader than sighed and continued to talk "It was a stamp, a stamp which allows us to trade with special customers, and these special customers won't trade with anybody, unless they have the stamp." Izanagi wondered for a second and asked "But, can you not just get the stamp replaced?" The leader answered immediately "That's the point! We cannot get a new stamp. Once you get it, that's it. If you lose it, you're doomed, and these customers have a lot of money, more than you can imagine. If we don't get the stamp back, our clan will fall!"
"Thank you for your cooperation Lord Kyo. I shall return once more if I have any more questions for you." Izanagi got all the answers he needed for now and slowly stood up and was in the way of leaving when he remembered that he wanted to examine the building next to this one "Before I leave Lord Kyo, I would ask for a favor. Could you grant me access to the building next door? I wish to examine it." The leader jumped to his feet and shouted "No!" Izanagi was surprised to see such a response from the leader "I mean, you can't enter the building now. That is where the stamp was guarded and right now we are searching for evidence. However if you return tomorrow you can examine it all you want." Izanagi bowed "Thank you Lord Kyo. We shall meet tomorrow again." He left the leader's residence.
On the way out he was wondering why did the leader react so violently. It was as if he was hiding something from him. What could it be? He looked once again at the building, still guarded by those guards. Whatever was in the building, it would have to wait for tomorrow when he will be able to go inside. The next stop was the rival clan, Tengoku. Kyo accused them of stealing the stamp from them, but what would their motive be? And the most important question, how did they steal the stamp from this fortress. It looked impossible to sneak inside with all these guards stationed at the wall and not be noticed, and the doors were too heavy to be moved by somebody. He had to find out what has happened last night as soon as possible.

However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Chakra Cost: 1 (per 3 explosive notes)
Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Chakra Cost: Cost of Genjutsu + 2CP
Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
- Suiton Jutsu:
Name: Haran Banshou - Stormy Upheaval Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: This technique allows the user to summon a large volume of water; roughly the size of a waterfall, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in just an instant. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a solid bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. Chakra Cost: 9 (2 per post)
Name: Water Release: Water Drowning Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: The ninja first does a string of hand seals, which causes a column of water to rise from a nearby water source. It can be guided to strike a target in a number of angles. Chakra Cost: 5 (1 per post)
Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: Suiton (Water) Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target, but none utilizing chakra. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel further than 10 meters from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. Chakra Cost: 7
- Kirigakure Jutsu:
Name: Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0 - 5m), Med (5 - 10m) Element: - Village: Kirigakure Description: This jutsu is developed and trained within Kirigakure as a village specific jutsu. After forming the needed hand seal, the user will place their hand over their head and cause a large amount of mist to gather. This mist is extremely difficult to see through from someone not of Kirigakure, who are used to looking through heavy mists, and are more able to do combat while within said mist. The jutsu involves kneading chakra into the mist, allowing the user to create extremely thick or thin levels of mist. Those with doujutsu or chakra sensing techniques are also able to see through this thick mist but without any aid, then you'll be blind within the mist. A C-Rank Fuuton Jutsu can dispel the mists. Chakra Cost: 4 (2CP)
Name: Ninpou; Kiri Bunshin - Mist Clone Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m~10m), Far (10m+) Village: Kirigakure Description: This jutsu is developed and trained within Kirigakure as a village specific jutsu. A variant of the water clone jutsu, the user will complete the needed hand seals in order to create up to five mist clones. These clones are, although technically solid, unable to attack or defend, or use jutsu. Should the clone come into contact with someone's attack, or try and attack themselves, they will simply disrupt into mist and then gradually reform. Any weapon attacks thrown by the mist clones will, although appearing real, only disperse into mist upon contact with their target; posing no physical threat. However, because they constantly reform, they are near impossible to get rid of, and offer a constant confusion factor. Chakra Cost: 4 (1 per post)
Name: Ninpou; Hachi Shokushu - Four Tentacles Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Village: Kirigakure Description: This jutsu is developed and trained within Kirigakure as a village specific jutsu. After performing the necessary hand signs the user will manipulate water from a nearby source, causing it to surround their bodies with water and create four tentacles that range up to 3 meters in length. These tentacles are used to defend against small projectiles. Anything bigger than a shuriken/senbon/kunai will go through the tentacles when coming into contact, though their speed will be highly reduced to the point of dropping out of the other end. Keep in mind the tentacles can be used defensively as well as offensively as they can be used in close combat situations to grab the opponent. Though their density will not be able to stop an incoming punch/kick or even a close range weapon, it can be used to greatly decrease the attack's momentum and speed. Each tentacle is about 30 centimeters thick, or about one foot. Chakra Cost: 7
Name: Ninpou; Fugu Tate - Puffer Fish Shield Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Village: Kirigakure Description: This jutsu is developed and trained within Kirigakure as a village specific jutsu. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will cause a fast acting shield of water to be drawn and created from a nearby water source; if there is enough moisture in the air, they will be able to complete it with that alone. The shield can defend numerous people and is very durable. The shield takes the form of a sphere that wraps around those it is protecting. Because of the shield's form, it divvies the weight and force of incoming attacks along the whole surface, thus making it extremely durable. Piercing jutsu are strong against this jutsu, as long as they are of the same rank or higher than this defensive ninjutsu. More blunt forces are highly ineffective. Taijutsu attacks are rendered almost completely useless, unless they are used at a B rank level, and focus their attack to one area, like a piercing attack, such as a punch or kick. Earth ninjutsu are able to break through this shield at the D rank due to elemental weaknesses and strengths. Chakra Cost: 7
Name: Tsunami Yajirushi - Tsunami Arrow Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Element: N/A Village: Kirigakure. Description: The user begins the technique by jumping, performing a spinning drop kick aimed at the chest of the target. Given the force that comes with the kick along with the spin, extreme pressure is placed on the chest and the rotation is enough to push the target back a few meters, causing a mild brush burn on the chest area. Chakra Cost: 5
- Doton Jutsu:
Name: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu - Double Suicide Decapitation Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Doton (Earth) Description: Doton • Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will travel through the ground to appear below their target. They will then surprise their target by then pulling them into the ground. Once in the ground their target is thus immobilized. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Dochuu Senkou - Underground Submarine Voyage Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Doton (Earth) Description: Doton • Dochuu Senkou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user can sink below ground and quickly travel through the earth. Chakra Cost: 6 (2 per post)
Name: Doryuusou - Earthen Rising Spears Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Doton (Earth) Description: This technique lets the user condense mud or stone, from the ground, and shape them into spikes that will protrude from the ground in order to skewer the target. The spikes are brittle, and can be broken with a strong blow or tough defense. Chakra Cost: 7
- Taijutsu:
Name: Konoha Raiken - Leaf Thunder Fist Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user will spin to gain momentum and then lay a powerful strike into his or her opponent via punch. Chakra Cost: 6
- Custom Taijutsu:
Name: Cutting Fist Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A fairly simple taijutsu to learn, but hard to master. With this technique, the user will not make full contact when punching an opponent. Instead, the user will graze the skin of the opponent but with such speed that the punch will create a small cut. The cut is superficial and it will only sting a bit. However, the true nature of this technique and the target is above the eye, where it bleeds the most, even with a simple cut like this. Once the place above the eye is hit, blood will start flowing down the opponents eyes making it hard to look with that eye, almost impossible. And even if the opponent does wash the blood of his eye, the blood will get in it again. The only way to stop the bleeding is either close the wound or seek help from a medical ninja. Chakra Cost: 5
- Custom Suiton:
Name: Drizzle Summoning Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m-10m), Far (10+) Element: Suiton Description: This is a weaker version of the Rain Summoning jutsu. The user is able to summon rain by releasing Suiton chakra into the atmosphere. The sky will become grey and a weak wind will start to blow. Soon after it will start to drizzle. The rain will create small muds all over the field and the water from the drizzle can be used for Suiton based techniques. The user must continuously pump a C-Rank amount of chakra into the atmosphere to sustain the drizzle. The jutsu will last for 10 posts and can be used only once per topic. To be able to use this jutsu, clouds or some kind of heavy moisture (fog, mist, ect.) must be present. Chakra Cost: 8CP (Additional 2CP Per Post)

| Things: - Although I cannot hold you back from getting them approved, the Kirigakure jutsu (as you probably know) are going under more possible edits since Uros just posted some things in regards to them. That means that you may end up having to change a couple around in the future; if you're okay with that, then those are fine.
- Cutting Fist: So, when using this, you still have to literally touch the target above the eye in order for it to hit, correct? You cannot barely MISS and still inflict the damage. What is more, this cut is nothing more then a paper cut, correct? It's small/tiny and would only be effective when hitting this more vital area, correct?
- Control of the air sphere [Seikuken]: Right off the bat, I go "Wait a second, this sounds like an air attack/defense, you and you dont have fuuton element." Second, I go "from reading this jutsu, I dont really understand what it's doing, since it is being very vague." Is this similar to the Hyuuga's chakra created shield? Third, Im like "This sounds much more like a ninjutsu then a taijutsu." Fourth, "At what point do we know that this jutsu is -mastered-? At B rank?" Please add a load more description in here as to what you're doing here in this jutsu, answering the above. All in all, it sounds like a fuuton ninjutsu, so if that is not changed, then I am going to want to deny it.
- Drizzle Summoning: What changes between C and B rank of this jutsu, and why is the chakra per post not raising when the jutsu's rank does? Also, the range on this is a little extreme. The black clouds ninjutsu only reaches five meters, and this reaches over ten, yet it's the same rank. The other rain type jutsu that I have seen in the anime/manga have required multiple users to really conjure enough water to expand over that kind of range. So, you're going to have to reduce that range by a bit to make it balanced with the other water jutsu on the site - I'd say five meters like the black clouds jutsu would be fine.
- As a non weaponry user, you're only allowed D rank weapons, so remove the other weapons/equipment that is above that rank. Thanks! After that, I think this app will be fine

| - I know some of the Kiri jutsu will be edited. Once that happens it will be changed.
- Yes, I have to touch the opponent. It's like in boxing. You try to punch the opponent but he evades, however sometimes not enough and he still gets grazed by the punch, creating this small cut, there has to be physical contact for this technique to work. Well, we could call it a paper cut, somewhat similar.
- I talked with Heida about this tech and I decided to remove for now. I will work on it until I believe it's good. Changed with Leaf Thunder Fist.
- Drizzle summoning was supposed to be C rank only, I just forgot to remove the B rank because I copy pasted another jutsu to get the template...

| Rain jutsu needs to state clearly that clouds/loads of moisture need to be present (which will not be hard in Kirigakure). |
