This forces their body to react much slower and feel less alert altogether. This 20% decrease in physical abilities allows poison to move at half speed and helps keep a wounded shinobi from bleeding out too quickly.

Description: An advanced version of the Ice Dome, this technique offers increased protection by thickening the ice walls. One advantage this technique has is its capability to trap individuals inside and provide an icy prison in a pinch. This increased strength requires a much more focused attack equivalent to several (2-3) Taijutsu or other techniques of the same rank. With chakra, a shinobi can even repair damages to the dome over time.
Chakra Cost: 12CP (6CP to fully repair Dome, so long as shinobi is touching it.)
