Training Topics cannot be submitted for evaluation, you would know this if you actually read the Evaluation Template. You've also failed to follow the template set by the site, which again, you'd know if you had read the Evaluation Template thread. On top of all this, you haven't even bothered to request training for your Special Characteristics within the Miscellaneous Section. May I suggest that you next time read the systems and descriptions of the forum before you make a topic within the area.
