Description: The user will channel a small amount of chakra thru their body and focus there killing intent on the opponent. . The effect of the killing intent depends on the strength of it. The effects could very from being startled to seeing visions of there own deaths. At C rank this jutsu will startle the enemy and paralyze them with fear for a half a post, at B rank the jutsu will paralyze them for one post, and at A rank the jutsu will make the enemy see a vision of themselves dieing and paralyze them for up to two posts. This is not a Genjutsu and it requires no hand seals, the only need is a strong urge to kill. If the killing intent is very potent the user may gain a ominous aura around them to cause stronger foes to become unnerved

Regardless of what you say, this doesn't make sense as a Ninjutsu technique.

if it still considered a genjutsu I guess It can be archived as I do not have genjutsu as a specialty for my character

Although it may work better in the Anime, it is a little more difficult to translate into forum play. The reason for this is simply because it's a direct effect and it's a sure-fire technique, which in roleplaying would be considered godmodding. If you can find a way to reconstruct this so that it is no longer godmodding then we may be okay.

In respect to the Genjutsu.. If it is producing any sort of illusion, it is a genjutsu.

I didn't think of how it would translate to forum play very thoroughly. you bring up a good point

I guess you can archive it I can't really think of a way to modify it.
