| To cure my depression, I drank excessive amounts of water, revamped my music and went for a run when i felt dull. |

That really helps.
Persy Punts.
As one who has experienced depression before, I can only wish you the best of luck to recovery, and can only recommend physical exercise as well as becoming more outwardly with one's emotions.

| The best way to deal with depression is to try and pinpoint the source of your depression, if there is one. If not, what many people tend to do is try to keep their bodies active, as has already been stated. There's an old saying:
"The body acts and the mind follows."
There is a lot of truth in that statement. As someone who suffers frequently from depression I can honestly say the best way to combat it is to try and figure out what is making you depressed, try to "talk to yourself" and figure out why you are feeling this way. The answer won't be immediate, at first you may come up with a great deal of reasons, or sometimes you'll come up with nothing at all. Eventually, most people I know, myself included, tend to find their answer, though unfortunately those who suffer from depression on a chronic basis never really tend to get over it permanently. "Over coming depression" is a very hard feat that not many do, rather they stave it off. Simplest advice though: One day at a time, find something to smile about each day.
I feel for you. Good luck... |

| You're 12. You don't suffer from depression. Just carry on thinking about cars, football and 16+ games that you're not legally allowed, but probably posses. That's right child, lose your SOUL TO THE DEVIL (OF THE GAMING INDUSTRY)!!!! MUAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA
Seriously though, those games are 16+ for a reason (cleavage). That awkward moment when there are only dudes in the game o.o Darius loves those moments. |

Good luck with everything Shirra. Just remember, things might seem bad now, but happier times are coming. They always do. |
