Mission Objective: A young model from the Tea Country has been hired by an agent in the Snow Country Country. The woman holds so much promise that rivaling agency's have been attempting to get their own hands on her, some of them being borderline violent. To keep her safe and close to business, the model is moving to Yukigakure. You are to escort the model back to Yukigakure no Sato. Seeing as she's a model, she must not get a single scratch on her beautiful flawless skin! Rivaling agency's, fans, and jealous women will all be on her tail, either to show their undying love or their undying hate, so don't let your guard down!!

Oh. My. God.

This mission was a huge step-up from ones Kimiko had done or even witnessed before. Her first ever B-Ranked mission. She would be embarking on the adventure with a Chuunin to guide herself and a fellow Genin. She was sat outside the village gates, the designated meeting point given by the Administration staff, looking over her copy of the mission scroll. It sounded quite simple... it was just escorting a model from one country to the next. Although, there were some very hard aspects of this mission. The model they would be escorting was apparently quite famous (even though Kimiko had never heard the name before), and as such people would want to kidnap her, or swamp her, or hurt her in some way. They would really have to be on their toes with this.

And so, due to the magnitude of the mission and unbearable excitement, Kimiko had woken up extra, extra early to sit here and wait for the others. She was particularly bright-eyed and bushy-tailed to say that she had been up since 4am in the morning, and it was currently just past 5am. The group was told to meet at 6am... she had a long wait. Despite rushing around this morning like a mad woman, she looked very professional in her own way. She was wearing a long-sleeved black net shirt, over which was a cropped navy blue tank top with a black stripe down her spine, black elbow pads and black wrist protectors, short khaki shorts with bandages tied around her upper thighs like a unique way of elongating the shorts, black shin guards and open-toe black shinobi sandals. Around her waist were two black hip bags that sat slightly lopsided on each of her hips, giving a criss-cross kind of effect. Inside both were projectile weapons and extensions of her Genin kit that her father leant her, so extra things she may need for Fuuinjutsu. In a shiny black lacquer case on her back was her trusty fan, Kagerou. The strap crossed over her chest snugly, and it was tightened as not to slip around anywhere while she was moving or running. Her prized object, the Konohagakure headband was tied around her forehead, the silver piece of metal bright and gleaming even underneath her small fringe.

So, she was ready, and she was now sat here waiting for her team mates, not knowing who they were who what they looked like. She'd just have to be patient and wait, sitting still for a long amount of time... this would be a challenge in itself for Kimiko.

Kana’s unorthodox boots crunched the dirt leading to the outer gates. The day was young, much too young for most in the village since they still slept. It was 5:30 in the morning and as the leader of the mission, Kana wanted to be there before anybody to show professionalism. Because this was going to be a long distance mission, Kana had brought his satchel with him and his MED1 kit. Other than that, the Chunnin was robed as always. Clad in white and keeping his unruly hair tamed under his hood.

As he reached the gates, Kana could see alone figure. Lithe and petite from the looks of it. As he got closer, the frame sported a face he had seen before. Not in person of course but in the personnel file he had poured over after receiving the official notice that he and the person before him, Katsumi, Kimiko, along with Tsurigi Masamune would be companions. The mission seemed easy enough. Then again, mobsters and thieves could put their aims on kidnapping the model they were charged with. Fame really is a lucrative business.
When he was within polite talking distance, a bout five feet or so, Kana stopped and bowed to the young girl. “Good morning, I am Kinoshi, Kana. It is a pleasure to be working with you Katsumi-san. I have full confidence that your combat skills will be of great value to our team. Once Masamune-san arrives we will head out. Do you have everything you require?” Kana was trying to be professional never having met the young lady. He was already impressed by her punctuality and this made him feel he needed to meet any expectation as a leader the lady might have.

And sorry for making it a bit long, but today i felt a bit creative again and wanted to post a cool little story xD sorry again if it sucks)

Masamune woke up after a loud noise besides his right ear made him jump up with a loud girly scream. Once again one of the carrier birds flew into his window, a phenomenon Masamune yet had to see at another persons home, somehow the birds didn't recognized that his window was always closed, or whoever send those pigeons had a lot of fun sending him the only mentally retarder one, looking at his own luck he thought this was more reasonable of a explanation. Still, he was happy he woke up, he had been caught in one of his nightmares again and when the dead face of his last (and very first [recognized] kill) appeared in his mind again he shaked his head, hoping to clear it from those disturbing pictures. He quickly opened the window, the morning chill made the few hairs, which grew on his body, stand up and he instantly regretted not having pulled over some clothes first. The pigeon jumped on the windows front angrily looking Masamune into the eyes as if it were to say 'DUDE! OPEN YOUR WINDOW ONCE IN A WHILE'.
Disturbed by the scary look of the pigeon and slightly being afraid of it's wrath, Masamune hesitated first, before untying the note which was attached to it's leg. The bird picked him in his hand and then angrily took his leave, the boy looked at his finger and the small wound from which blood started to emerge, he would definitely cover his window... later.
Seeing as they made the trouble to send a message bird to Masamune, he was sure that something had slipped his attention these past days, he quickly opened the note and started reading.

"WWWWWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTT?!" Masamune was white, all color had faded from his face and his fingers, holding the letter trembled. He dropped the piece of paper and ran to his door, a whole lot of letters, magazines and newspaper had been dropped through the small space in his door, he had waisted the past week slobbering in his bed, after his mission with Saitou and Kana his mental state was critical and he hadn't had the courage to even move out of his room, not even to leave his bed and now this?
He quickly found what he had been looking for, a small scroll, a mission scroll, he was angry at himself for not taking notice of this earlier, but then he took it and started to read. What he had read before was right, he had been assigned to a B-Rank mission..... WHAT THE HECK? Where those superiors of his stupid, blind or mentally retarded? He just came back from a hard mission, barely surviving that one as well and now they expected him to take on a even more dangerous one?
His whole body trembled, not only was it already 6 am, but he was freaking scared, he didn't want to go out there... he wasn't ready for that...

He once more grabbed the scroll. His eyes flew across the words, then they found what they were looking for... participants:
- Katsumi, Kimiko
- Kinoshi, Kana
Masamune bit his lower lip which started to bleed. Did he recommended him for this?.... No, Kana knew his situation the best, he knew that Masamune wasn't ready for this yet.... so then, why.... why would they do something like this.

A quick gaze to the clock and he made up his mind, he quickly dressed himself and took all his equipment with himself, it wasn't much, most of his his stuff always was sealed on his own body, so he only had to attached his always prepared ninja belt around his waist and could get going.
He wore his usual attire and, a cloak (or skirt as some people called it to bully the boy) which started at his waist, reached down to the ground and was only held by the belt, a sleveless shirt, and bandages around his arms, he quickly threw the, specially for him designed, helmet he recently wore for sleep (to not pierce his bed with the hidden senbons) into a corner, then started to run and jumped out of his window, right on the next rooftop, his completely black clothes may made him look suspicious when he jumped from rooftop to rooftop, but no one really cared about suspicious looking people, not the civilians t least.

He finally reached the village gate, 15 minutes to late and he hoped his companions still waited for him. He was out of breath and had to fill his lungs with air, before looking for his companions, but it didn't took him long to spot them. Kana stood out with his white clothes, as usual and the little, a bit hyper girl next to him just couldn't stop moving, Masamune wasn't surprised that the third member of the group was a girl, but that it was such a small one, Kana recently had become a Chuunin, so he expected to be in a team of two Chuunins, as well as this was a B-Rank mission, but the girl (which had to be Kimiko) didn't seemed older than himself and he had yet to meet a 13 year old Chuunin.
He walked over to both of the shinobi and only now he recognized the little girl.... "AAAHHH....! IT'S YOU! YOU ARE.... uhmm.. sorry for shouting..... you are THAT Kimiko right? The 13 year old wonder girl which exceeds everyones expectations right?.... i think i have heard a lot about you when i recently was in the academy.... it's a pleasure to meet you." He bowed in front of the girl, this explained everything, why she was assigned to a B-Rank mission as well, she was outstanding, with only the age of 13 years she already was a rumor inside the village and almost everyone knew her. Now he faced Kana:
"Sorry for my lateness.... i only just now got the informations about this mission.... may I talk with you for a second?" Masamune looked at Kimiko again: "Sorry, but this will only take a second...."
Without waiting for any replies he took Kana a bit away from anyone, he didn't want anyone to listen to what he was about to say, Kana was one of the few people he really trusted and that was due to the Chuunins previous and respectable actions during their last mission.
"Say.... why did they assign me for this? I am..... I am not ready for this.... you know?... Since.... since last time... I.... I just can't do this....."
The boy almost started to cry while entrusting his true feelings to Kana...

Silence. Kimiko didn't like it, but she couldn't exactly talk to herself aloud, that was more than a little bit strange; even for her. She hummed gently under her breath, tapping her feet on the ground and watching the movement as if it were the most interesting thing in the world. Then, suddenly, she heard crunching footsteps on the ground approaching her when she stopped her little 'dance routine'. She slowly craned her neck upwards to be met with the site of a cloaked young man all in white. She could only see his face, but that was enough for her. Faces told stories, and this one told her a very interesting one. She studied his facial features and expression as subtly as she could without it appearing that she was giving him a staring competition. She assumed from the way he looked and his slight advance in years that he was to be the Chuunin leader on their little team.

A wide, beaming smile spread on her face to greet the young man as she sprang up to her feet lightly. He introduced himself to Kimiko very politely using a great honorific towards her and calling her by her last name. She laughed and closed the small gap between the two of them, sticking her hand out firmly in the obvious gesture to have it shaken in greeting. "Hey there, Kana-kun! Please, call me Kimi; there's no need to be so formal with me! We're team mates, right?" She pointed out with a chirpy tone.

Her thoughts were confirmed about Kana being the Chuunin on the team when he asked if she had everything she needed, and complimented her battle skills which he hadn't yet witnessed. Her ever-inflating ego took this is a great confidence boost, and she grinned with delight. "I'll most certainly try my best, don't you worry! They'll lay their hands on that model over my dead body!" Although she said that with a happy tone in her voice, it was obvious to anybody that she meant what she said.

When she was going through mental checks of all her equipment, Kimiko was startled by a loud voice behind her exclaiming something about somebody being there. They sounded excited and amazed, and she wondered who it was and why they were so excited. She turned round with a puzzled look plastered on her cute face, wide chocolate eyes blinking rapidly while she tried to comprehend the situation when she was bombarded by a random boy who praised her right left and centre. A slight pink blush dusted itself on her cheeks, unable to help herself while she giggled and rubbed the back of her head. This violet-haired boy was treating her as if she were the model, as if she were the famous one. "Hehe, you flatter me too much!" She said gently, smiling all the same. "But you know what they say; hard work goes the distance!" She claimed brightly, clenching her fist in a determined manner and grinning. It was true, she was where she was today in the village through sheer hard work and determination. Heck, until after the Moon Country Tournament she had only used Katon techniques and believed she was the greatest there was. She had long since realised that she was an unfinished canvas, that she was always adding to her own painting to make herself a better person and better kunoichi.

Without even learning the boy's name, he went off to speak to Kana quickly. The pair obviously knew each other, so she didn't want to intrude. She bowed her head slightly to acknowledge the pair's privacy, and started jogging restlessly on the spot, looking down the long pathway that led away from the village. They were heading to the Tea Country, as soon as Kana and the other boy were ready, of course.

The serious medic could not help but smile at the cute Gennin. It had not been proved nor it ever may, that smiles were contagious. However, there was something about the act, especially coming from somebody like Kimiko that just demanded a similar response. Kana nodded his head to the tiny girl and replied with a chuckle. “Very well, Kimi it is. You may call me Kana…” He was about to go over the details of the mission and the fact that they should wait for the last member of their team a bit longer when true to his usual antics, Masamune erupted from the silence of the morning. It was good to see that the purple haired boy knew of the petite girl and it seemed he would not have to break the ice. Just when he thought things would not be awkward, Masamune pulled him aside and asked what part he had to play in his selection to the B ranked mission.

Kana listened to the young boys worries and could understand where he was coming from. With a reassuring hand placed upon the Gennin’s shoulder, Kana would say. “Masamune-kun, I assure you that I did not imply or force the hand of the detailer to assign you to this mission. However, I do feel lucky to have you. The leadership must have felt, like I did, that your part in the last mission was worthy of trust. Also, as you stated, Kimiko-kun is more than able to protect the both of us. If nothing else, we are added weight for the purpose of paperwork.” Kana turned his head slightly and winked at the cute girl to communicate that she should play along. “Now come along, let us hurry and get on the road. Kimi-kun please take care of us.” There was a slight sarcasm in his tone that would have confused those that knew him. However, the young girl’s gleeful attitude had somehow brought out a part of him seldom seen.

He half pushed half led Masamune forward and then motioned for the energetic young girl to follow. The morning mist had started to give way to the lonely rays from the twilight as the sun started to lazily creep over the horizon. The road ahead was long and mysterious but Kana knew that whatever lay ahead, he would face it with the aid of the two at his side. The young medic adjusted his pack and turned to his two companions. “Adventure waits just beyond the horizon, are you ready for it?” The question was loaded since he knew many young shinobi had aspirations of grandeur but he also knew that Konoha shinobi were well equipped to achieve such goals. The sun was the only witness to the three figures departing the village in what could only be constituted as their journey of rising fame.

Kana truly knew what he was doing, ne was really a frightening person, not someone you wanted to be on his basides with. Not only had heoutragous battle skills, no, his tongue was just as sharp as his blade. His words were choosen wise and he managed to evade Masamunes question as well as making his worries fade away through his smooth talk. In fact Masamune felt a bit proud of himself right now, compliments from this guys mouth were ment honout all the time, at least that was the vibe you got while talking to him. Standing there silent for another few moments Masamune decided....
"Okay... I... just will tag along then..... can't have you leave without a proper fuuin-user can I... but be sure Kana. If i die... I will not forgive you!" With those words he turned around and ran back to the gates. His new put up smile made him look like any other kid, happy and without a trouble in the world, but Kana knew better....

Bad thoughts once again troubled the small boy when they were just about to head off, but when he feelt Kanas hand on his back and his little push, new faith ran through his body and he made the first step. This mission would be another hurdle to overcome and surely be one of the big steps to take, in his life. He just hoped he would life past this mission, otherwise it would be a very shitty step, right into the abyss.

And so, with that the three started off on their B-Rank mission together, heading first of all for the Tea Country to pick up their client. Who knows what dangers and glory awaits them? Only time will tell, so be patient, and watch the epic story unfold...
