Naruto Chapter 486 [Spoilers? Hell Yeah]

AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!

Is anyone else getting majorly pissed off at Naruto?! What the hell was it with that answer? "We're both going to die?" What does that have to do with whether he's going to save or kill Sasuke? That's not a mature answer, it's something a three year-old would say after thinking it over for weeks. From millions of answers, Kishimoto chooses this. Utter stupidity, that's what it is. So Naruto wants Sasuke to come to fight him with all his strength and hatred, wasn't that supposed to happen anyways?! Damn it, Kishimoto, we were all expecting something more smarter than that. It's like Naruto ran it throuh his head and thought "Oh well, I'm too stupid to figure anything out, might as well kill us both". What little respect Naruto gained from me after fighting Pein has gone, his place in my favorite character list is dropping fast. -_-

Sasuke, for once I'm satisfied with his dialogue (he didn't speak much this time, did he?). He asked the one question which no other character has ever asked, but which all readers have done countless times. And once again, Naruto's answer was crappy and useless. Why was Sasuke so shocked at hearing that Naruto was still his friend? He's be pretty stupid to not know that. Kakashi needs to give Naruto a good beating afterwards, and Sakura should go buy some anti-tear medicine if she wants to be useless (seriously all she does is cry).

It's a shame that Zetsu won't be able to fight, I wanted to see him in action. Funny how Madara mentioned Kisame, I totally forgot about him, seems like Madara did too (let's hope it turns out that Kisame's still alive Smile

). And on that note, what was up with Madara saying he was going to "remove the Rinnegan"? Does he mean steal it from Nagato? If so, that means Konan's coming back into the series once more. Now if only these blasted Uchiha would fade away into the darkness for a little while so that other characters could get pagetime, like Kabuto for instance....

Oh yeah, and we were so close to seeing Madara's face!! Give us a peep, Kishimoto!

I seriously just dont even want to talk about this anymore. Kishimoto is becoming a fuck up, like seriously he is, he needs to focus more on one or two things, not seven. Its getting way to cluttered and instead of full effort being concentrated, hes only given fractions of effort to seperate parts. FAIL.

I liked it. And the whole multi-tasking thing is better for fleshing out the whole world, which we rarely see in animes. Plus he's building up for something. You can tell with all the little subplots and such. They all build up for something, so I can't say he shouldn't do them, unless you want a one-course, monotonous manga.

And if this is what Kishimoto wants to do with HIS manga and HIS characters, then let him be. This isn't your manga. It's Kishi's, no? So let him do what he wants. It's just his fault when no reads it anymore xP

And I find Naruto's 'third option' perfectly understandable, as with his reasoning. Naruto's right with what he said; he's not the type that'll just kill his best friend and take the glory. He'd rather die then live with the shame of killing his best friend, even though it's against the 'shinobi code', though we all know Naruto to follow his own version rather then the orthodox one. He doesn't care that he'll die a hero, as long as he can help Sasuke in the end. You all may not like Sasuke, but Naruto does. Sasuke's the closest thing to a best friend the Jinchurikis got. He knows what pain and loneliness is, and he' do anything to make sure his best friend doesn't have to feel that same way, even if the consequence is death...

Also, any thoughts on the Zetsu/Team 7(minus sasuke and sai) fight?

It was fantastic, when they mentioned Kisame, I thought of you Ulkira, haha :3 I hope he isn't dead either, maybe Zetsu can do some rival shit or something. I hope Naruto is right though, I hope they kill one another XD

I think that issue was pretty good. The way Naruto reacted was very Naruto-ey, if you don't like it you shouldn't read the manga, because that's how Naruto is and how he always will be imo. Lame or not lame.

How about Itatchi Gaiden....sort of like kakashi gaiden only about itachi as an ANBU or earlier even...and longer then kakashi gaiden.

. But an Itachi Gaiden wouldn't be too bad either. Or better yet, "The Story of Konoha's Yellow Flash"! We all love Minato, don't we? Smile

Oh yeah, and another thing I noticed while re-reading the chapter: Madara's got himself a new arm! He chopped off his right arm when he was fighting Torune and Fuu, remember? You can see he's got a new one when Kishimoto shows him. Wonder if it'll have any special abilities? I won't be surprised if he takes a leaf out of Danzou's book and uses that forbidden Uchiha technique who's name I forgot to implant Doujutsu (maybe that's what he means to do with the Rinnegan).

You know, they all seem to have their own "way of the ninja". If all the good guys have their own nindo, can anyone really blame the bad guys like Pein or Orochimaru for their actions. They should be able to say, "Hey, it's my nindo, deal with it," and be left to their own business.

Gah, Sasuke is not the person who understands Naruto's suffering the most. The only friend that Naruto has who has suffered as much as him is Gaara. He's the Jinchuuriki who suffered like Naruto. Sasuke's story is quite common in anime, Naruto and Gaara suffered more in my opnion. Gaara and Sai seem to be better friends than Sasuke. >.<

I've always really liked the idea of a Gaiden with Orochimaru... And Tsunade and Jiraiya, but at the same time an Itachi Gaiden or Minato Gaiden would be awesome, too! If Masashi Kishimoto ever made the Minato Gaiden, he'd better show Kushina!

Sure Gaara's suffered the same as Naruto, if not worse, but Sasuke is still one of his first friends, before Naruto met Gaara or Sai. Sai is relatively new and a replacement for Sasuke in more ways then one. Naruto doesn't want Sai to be the Sasuke replacement as a friend (not saying he wont be friends with him). He still thinks he can save Sasuke and that's what he's going to do.

And I never said that Sasuke completely understands Naruto's pain, or vice versa. They both know pain, and that's enough for Naruto(but not necessarily Sasuke).

Kisames head was severed, so I severely doubt he will be still alive. Konan, as the new leader of the rain village, did swear allegiance to naruto (I think), so they should be present in the upcoming fight between the shinobi world and the tailed beasts, If the manga doesn't end before then.
