Clan Traits: They wear make up and they all become insane sometime in their life. Also they always leave a card behind somewhere before they leave.

Kekkei Genkai: Dāku Akumu (Dark nightmare) - When activated, it allows the user to come out of their body and become a "Ghost" or "Spirit" and allow them to do dark jutsus, set up weapons and even get some time to think without being seen, but you better be a good hider of your own body.

Description: The user will activate their technique,grab their weapons and set up things,think and sit in position. The user will look in at the opponent and then go back the their body and activtate the weapons and while the opponent gets attacked my unknown weapons that the user made themselves the user will stike them with one of their real weapons, such as sword,spear,mace and ect.

Long ago in anceint histroy, there was a man named Minjin. He was a loner and started to behave like a normal child when he was five. Then as a year has past people started to make fun of him because he people thought him as a weak useless boy that couldn't do anything but do pranks and jokes. he ran home from school and saw that his house was painted and with names on the wall. He heard a yell from his mother and saw that him mother was crying and looked at him. Minjin was yelled at by his mother and desided that he will show them that he's not useless. Ran to his room and waited till people slept, ran to the forest and made up his own jutsu and things but then someone came and the strange man came towards him and Minjin looked at him and gave him a hand and then choked him. He started to evilly laugh and people were wondering where it was comeing from. They ran and saw Minjins eye painted black and started to walk towards them with a creepy smile. The people started to look at him and backed away but by the time they took their second step they were in a world of darkness and next thing you know everyone from his village was dead and assasinated. He walked away from his village that was buring and all that he left was a card with a humor death face on it that had Quinn on it.

Three years later while walking alone the woman came and saw him all alone and desided to take him and take care of him. She had a daughter named Penoliope, she was his age. Minjin woke up and saw the girl and his eyes went wide. She told him where he was and what happened and he staied there and trained and pranked people. She thought it was funny and sometimes helped him. Later on their teen years they fell in love and left the Village with laughter and a fire behind them with a card that said Quinn. They both turned 19 and they got married at an unknown haunted masion. Penolipe got pregnent later on and had a baby girl. Minjin named her Harley Quinn. She looked like her mother but had the smile and his eyes. The two decided to take their daughter somewhere else and left to go to a place called the Rain Village. Harley was a black sheep in the village but she started to get use to it. She became to turn six years old and her parents has died from an unknown cause. Harley became the only one left of her family and alone.

Alright, this whole description doesn't make that much sense. You control your mind to be into darkness and fire? It turns into a ball of fire that makes the fire hotter than normal fire? It allows you to reflect fire AND water? If anything, this sounds more like a jutsu description. Majority of your sentences seem as if they're missing certain words or further detail, making it difficult to read. I suggest collecting your thoughts and then taking the time to rewrite this without any rush.

Please note, your Kekkei Genkai is a rip off of a Cannon Jutsu, which even belongs to the Uchiha Clan as it's the Sharingan Technique, Tsukuyomi. I suggest thinking up another clan idea.
