Raimu has tan colored skin, however, it is not too dark. His skin is a light brown color slightly darker than caramel. His skin is quite smooth and naturally soft and his body is clear of any hair, with the exception of the hair on his head. His body is in perfect proportion keeping his number of oddities at a low. His face is rounded and sturdy looking. His body is toned and he appears muscular. He stands at about 5'4 and weighs in at about 120 pounds. He has long arms and long legs. His fingers are rather long and slender as well. His nails are almost always cut short and kept clean. His body has numerous scars and blemishes however, many of them are unnoticeable. Aside from a small black mole beneath his right eye, he has no other distinguishing features or marks.
Raimu has messy black hair, shortened so that it doesn't reach past the center of his neck. His hair sometimes cover most of his forehead and loose strands occasionally blocks his eyes partially. His eyes are dark and wide, his iris appears as a dark blue color. His pupil is a black slit in the center of his iris helping his eyes to appear more like a cat's than a man's which makes him stand out from others. His eyebrows are quite thin, and his eyelashes are noticeably short. He has a button nose that isn't too large nor too small, but perfectly fits his face. His lips are rather thin, but they have a plumpness to them that makes them fit well on his face. His ears are his smallest features. He usually wears a crooked smile often exposing his sharp, white teeth.
Raimu can mostly be found wearing mostly dark colors with the exception of a few articles of his clothing, unless there is a special occasion. He wears black sandals over red bandaging that is wrapped around his foot up to just above his ankles. He wears black pants that reaches from his waist to his ankles. The bottom of the pants are wrapped under the bandages and therefore remain unseen. He wears a white cloth wrapped around his waist obscuring his pants from his waist to just above his knees. He also wears a long sleeve black shirt with a white shoulder guard on his right sleeve. From the center of each of his arms to his wrists, he has more red bandaging. On both of his hands, he wears black, fingerless gloves, with a thin red cloth over the back. On the red part of the gloves, a small white symbol of a dragon is sewn in. On each of his limbs, he wears red weights that are each 25 pounds adding up to a total of 100. Around his neck, he wears a necklace with a black charm on it that takes the shape of a tomoe. He wears a black forehead protector with the Leaf village's symbol on his waist, over the white cloth.

Raimu is quite the random person and he is always happy and over excited. He finds it hard to keep on one topic for too long and often goes off on a tangent. This isn't only true for conversations though, there have been numerous times he has gotten lost because he went of on his own. He also enjoys joking and and mocking people, even if they began to become annoyed. However, still he continues to do this, because in addition to being random, he is also foolish. Not to say he isn't smart, for he is quite intelligent. However, he is foolishly persistent and doesn't give up easily even when he knows it is something that he can not overcome. This determination usually lands him in a ton of trouble whether the situation be a serious one or not. No matter what, he hates to give up because he has doesn't one to be known as someone who gives in to any kind of pressure. To avoid being labeled that kind of person, he stubbornly struggles through any types of situation even with the knowledge that he can not complete the task.
Raimu is a rather intelligent child. While he is foolish at times, he is capable of recognizing his own or others disadvantages or negative moods. Also, if he is interested in learning something, so much that he is capable of paying attention to it for a long period of time, he is so smart that he can learn it and repeat it in a near perfect manner after only seeing it done once or twice. He is rather analytical and he is able to notice the way someone fights and the mechanics behind there techniques by watching them perform it a few times and use the information acquired to his own advantage to come out on top. However, despite being intelligent, a lot of people around Raimu see it fit to label him as a savage being because he enjoys fighting.
Raimu takes a liking to a lot of things. One of these things is music. However, the things that he likes the most is not only fighting, but fighting people that are stronger than him. When fighting, he usually becomes lost in the excitement and forgets anything of immediate importance until reminded, even if it may help him in that battle. This isn't always the case however and mostly only happens when he wasn't expecting a fight. When in a fight, his personality completely changes. He is usually always happy, but when fighting he enters a blissful state which exceeds his normal happiness. He becomes slightly more bloodthirsty and merciless. He is a reckless fighter with no regards for his opponents, as long as they are strong enough to get him excited. However, when fighting weak people, he gets annoyed with their lack of skill and their lack of knowledge in the basics of fighting.
It isn't a good idea to make Raimu angry in a fight. He begins to go all out and instead of trying to prolong the fight and increase bloodshed, he will begin to aim to kill his opponent, and if angered enough, he may even cease to distinguish between friend and foe and attack even his teammates. Not many things can make Raimu mad though, mostly only insulting his friends or harming them and insulting great fighters anger him however, there may be times where other things manage to annoy him and he ends up snapping and if annoyed enough, releasing his anger on whatever is around. THE NINJA. Origin: Hi No Kuni Affiliation: Konoha Rank: Genin Specialties: Taijutsu | Weaponry Main: Close-Range Sub: Mid-Range Elemental Affinities: Lightning | Wind Combat Style: Raimu is naturally an aggressive fighter. He prefers to attack his enemies head on as opposed to using sneak or attacks or strategies. He uses many different styles of fighting creating his own unpredictable style in an attempt to catch his opponents off guard. In addition to being unpredictable, not being very skilled in the arts of ninjutsu or genjutsu, he specializes in taijutsu. Because of this, he trained his body to be strong and quick, and this allows him to overwhelm his enemies with both his speed as well as his power.
When in combat, Raimu has a tendency to hold back. However, if a situation calls for it, he will go all out, and this will be obvious. When he thinks a situation calls for it, he removes his weights from his limbs, making himself feel lighter, and allowing him to move faster, but at the same time, lightening his hits because the weight of the weights is no longer there. The second level of his going all out is when he surrounds his limbs in lightening which increases the strength of his attacks, as well as the piercing power of his attacks.

Description: The first level in the art of speed accessible to those who have undergone intense training in high speed movement. The possessor of this talent has an increased speed of 20% which makes them slightly faster. They can cross distances quicker than others would expect and outrun others with little effort.
THE BACKGROUND. History: -Childhood Since birth, Raimu had been a rather energetic and happy child. For most of the beginning of his life, he spent his time training with his parents. While he didn't have much natural talents, his parents managed to train him to be quite strong. However, they kept him from getting into serious fights with people besides them. While training him, they tried to teach him that unnecessary fighting wasn't good at all. However, being kept from fighting people for such a long time, only motivated him to want to fight more and more. At the age of 8, when he was enrolled in the academy, he came up with a plan to satisfy his hunger for battle. Being the foolish boy he was, he decided that he would challenge and defeat every single student at the academy on his first day. Of course, he did not complete his goal, he wasn't even close to defeating 10% of the academy's students. Before he reached his third opponent, a teacher intervened and incapacitated him. His parents were informed and from that day on, he began receiving harsh punishment for senseless fighting despite their teaching. Every time he showed signs of wanting to fight, his parent would hang him upside down from a tree and hit him 100 times with with a stick.
-Academy Because he did not want to be punished, Raimu suppressed his urge to fight. He attended the academy avoiding contact with most of the students. But still, he had quite a few friends. His grades were pretty good, and so was his basic skills. However, he did not show much skill in the arts of ninjutsu or genjutsu. It was to be expected, after all, his parents had only trained his body, and did not teach him any jutsu. They taught him two things only, how to punch, and how to kick. After that, he was on his own in terms of learning techniques. To make up for where he lacked, he was spend his spare time training in the forest. He would practice new techniques on the trees and boulders around him and ended up hurting his self a lot. Often times, he came home with bruised and bloodied knuckles and sprained ankles, but even still, he never gave up. Even when he was injured, he continued to train and his parents allowed it, for they felt pushing himself past his limits was the only way he could succeed, and eventually, he became even more skilled in the art of taijutsu. He was so skilled that rather than holding him back for his inadequacies, he was promoted at the age 10 for excellent grades and skill in hand to hand combat.
-Genin Raimu was excited to become a genin, he thought of it as an opportunity to get into fights and not get into trouble. However, he was unable to go on any missions because he didn't have a squad. Every time he was placed on a squad, he would end up annoying his allies and many times fighting, so he remained in the village idle, unable to take any missions, having nothing to do but train. Because of this, his father decided to take him outside of the village. They spent two years there, training as hard as each of them could. Raimu also learned to survive on his own for an extended period of time. In that short time, Raimu learned a lot, including how to control his urge to fight(for the most part). When they returned, they discovered Raimu's mother had died. She had a heart attack, and her body was preserved until the two returned. After the funeral of his mother, he decided that he would make her proud. The next squad he was placed on, he would try his hardest not to blow it. Even though his mom died, he remained the happy child he always was, because it was what she would want.

Once she answered his question, Azrael released her from his grip. He found it pretty amusing how she spoke with so much pride, but then acted shyly immediately after. But, he turned his attention away from her, or at least his gaze. He was being completely honest with her. "You brother is not a very good brother to ask you to come here today." Somewhere inside, he felt she would resent him for saying that, however, he couldn't care less, as a matter of fact, his attention was on the conversation JD was having with the man behind bars. He was listening to the information being provided by the man to them and was surprised by JD's cruel interrogative ways. He was pleased with the information being given, but he was displeased with the supposed difficulties that would be coming up on the mission. He watched the two patiently until the man told JD why he was telling him the information and Azrael began to see where this was going. "JD, don't." He didn't want to release any more prisoners from their cells, as there were already several running around free, not to mention a few higher level ones that were possibly roaming freely by this point. He took a step forward and JD kicked the lock open allowing the man to rush out straight to him.
JD was immediately attacked by the man with a hug and a great amount of thanks. However, it seemed even he had a limit to kindness for he quickly got the man off of him and his next action even more surprising, he knocked the man unconscious with a technique of his. It seemed to have something to do with lightning entering the man's head. Anyways, the man dropped unconscious, but JD prevented him from falling to the ground and tossed him over his shoulder. He sighed and watched JD, he didn't expect an answer to his next question, but he asked it anyways. "Another burden, huh?" Azrael was rather annoyed by now and he didn't think JD would keep picking up people everywhere, but the man clearly had no use to them unlike the girl, or maybe he did, but he obviously couldn't help while unconscious. "Are we seriously going to go around picking up everyone who gives us a sob story?" He pointed to the girl and continued his speech, "She doesn't belong in this prison at all, so taking her along is fine with me, but what about him? He could have lied to you for all you know." He was nearing the end or his rant just before he was interrupted by a new appearance in the area.
"I swear-" Even over his voice, which wasn't that loud to begin with, he heard the footsteps nearing them. He was thinking it would be another low-level idiot trying to defeat them and escape, but he was surprised by what he saw. The first thing he noticed was the horn, and he was immediately confused. They were still on the floor with the lower level prisoners so what was someone like him doing here? Before Azrael had time to think, the Goetian fired off a rather large yellow beam aimed at them all. JD protected them from the blast, but he still had the man over his shoulder. Smoke now filled the area and Azrael looked at Lucrezia once more, and at JD and the unconscious man. He stepped forward ignoring JD's mocking and proposed an idea to JD and Lucrezia. "I think I should take this one, you both are currently hindered, plus your better at being social at I am, so you can find out what's going on easier and maybe stop it. So go on ahead, or stay and provide support, if you wish, though I prefer the former." Azrael, wasn't completely sure what he was saying, all he knew was that he wanted this one, a chance to tear one of his own apart and a powerful member of his race at that! He was practically shaking with excitement.

Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)

Name: Konoha Senpuu - Leaf Whirlwind Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Konoha Kage Buyou - Leaf Shadow Dance Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Konoha Kage Buyou is a Taijutsu technique that is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. This move is used before preforming "Omote Renge - Front Lotus" or "Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo". As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks. Chakra Cost: 5

Name: Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user first uses the "Konoha Kage Buyou - Leaf Shadow Dance" to manuever his/her opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing his/her opponent, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he/she is unable to make a clean strike, he/she will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his/her target's attention and defense to one area. The user can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate his/her body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest. Chakra Cost: 7
Name: Chimei-teki Fera - Fatal Blow Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: - Description: Chimei-teki Fera is a taijutsu technique. After charging a small amount of chakra towards the dominant leg, the user will try to use their speed and strength so that they can perform a sideways kick to the opponents ribcage. In order for direct contact to be made the shin, where most of the chakra is stored, will hit the centre of the ribcage forcing a shock wave of pain to make it's way across the body. If the technique is performed correctly, they will be able to force their opponent to the ground and possibly even stop them from being able to stand back up. Chakra Cost: 7
Name: Konoha Dai Senkou - Leaf Great Light Rotation Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user charges at their opponent and unleashes a powerful lateral kick aiming at the head that will spin his or her opponent away. For the technique to pierce the body and the organs, the user must coat his fingers in lightning chakra in order to increase his penetration power. Chakra Cost: 7

Name: Kage Senbon no Jutsu - Shadow Senbon Technique Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 1om) Element: N/A Description: This technique seems to be a variation of the Shadow Shuriken Technique, replacing shuriken with senbon. The user throws at the same time a senbon with a distracting item attached to it, and another one without it, so that the opponent will only react to the more obvious projectile and won´t notice the other senbon. However, if the opponent recognises the trick behind it, this technique is easy to evade. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu - Shadow Shuriken Technique Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: N/A Description: It's an extremely simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, to deal with the path of the lower shuriken. If the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Hitei Mushou - Flying Nail Mist Pierce Rank: C Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Description: After forming the needed handseal, the user will emit a flying mist of small nails from his or her mouth. These small nails can travel towards his or her opponent at quite a distance and are capable of dealing minor puncture wounds. Chakra Cost: 7

| Good stuff. I would almost approve you from the get-go, which is impressive.

| You're allowed two elements.
Please read the Weaponry quote more carefully. You specialise in the actual ranges e.g. Main: Short, Sub: Long

I'm not too keen on 'Charge'. I will let one of my colleagues take a look at it and tell you what they think. |

| I didn't really plan to have many elemental jutsu, because I don't have ninjutsu as a specialty, and I didn't really plan to start off with any weapons but changed. As for the charge thing, I tried looking for an equivalent jutsu, but couldn't find one. |

| Since Chris doesn't wanna do his job let's do this.
Make Iron finger coated in lightning chakra just cause you can't pierce normally like that without some enhancement. I think you got it from one piece or some other shounen manga. Either way nice jutsu.
Finally put N/a in all the face claim fields if you have no picture for your face claim.

| Swaglicious my little amigo. Tenjou Tenge was really good. I personally enjoyed it but some of it was like oh god power levels everywhere.
