Mission Objective: It is discovered that a rival gang whose roots are planted firmly in Lightning Country and control much of the Black Market trade there, have been actively interrupting trade routes of the mafia you work for in order to derail business. They have done so by anonymously tipping shinobi villages in on what routes are used to black market trade, while themselves using water routes. Return the favor! Sink at least Three of rival gang's ships in the Fisherman's Ports to teach them a lesson.
