Soap Chakra: A special type of chakra which is unique to the Suihou clan. Soap Chakra is transparent and causes slight dispersion of light within it like a normal soap bubble, giving it a varying-colored outline.

Soap Chakra plays a vital role in allowing Suihou to create soap bubbles for their Bubble Jutsu, for any form of water that this chakra comes in contact with gains soapy properties, allowing the clan member to create soap bubbles out of it with ease. Aside from this, Soap Chakra is the same as regular chakra.

Physical Appearances:
Suihou tend to have dark colored hair, rarely having blonde or white hair. Hair colors such as dark brown, blue and black are common ones. Additionally, the majority of Suihou have robin's egg blue eyes. They also seem to possess slim yet perfect figures.

*The Bubble Element*

The Bubble element (Awaton) is an advanced form of the Water element which allows one to create soap bubbles out of water. Being an advanced form of water, the Bubble element shares the same elemental advantages and disadvantages as its original form.

Suihou can use their chakra to manipulate the direction these bubbles move, alter their size, even increase the elasticity of their surface to prevent them from popping. The Suihou can create soap bubbles from any source of water by sending their Soap Chakra into it, even using atmospheric water. Obviously, the clan members can perform various jutsu with these soap bubbles.

To control these bubbles, Suihou need not use hands gestures or maintain eye contact. The created soap bubbles are controlled through the Suihou’s mind, with the chakra infused within the bubbles acting as a receiver for their commands. All actions performed using these bubbles requires voluntary brain function. This means that if the clan member is unconscious or sleeping all effects of his Bubble Jutsu will be negated.

*Variations*

Aside from creating normal soap bubbles, Suihou are capable of creating bubbles with special properties. The special variations themselves do not require any extra chakra to create; the clan member's will suffices in this matter. The variations are as follows:

- Smoke Bubbles: These soap bubbles expel a cloud of black smoke when they pop, capable of blocking one’s view. Smoke Bubbles appear to have a swirling black gas within them. Effects on the human body include irritation in the eyes and breathing difficulties due to insufficient supply of oxygen. Inhalation of this smoke will cause severe coughing and itching in the throat. This bubble form is available at C-Rank.

- Slime Bubbles: These soap bubbles release a pale green, sticky slime-like substance upon bursting, attaching to any surface like glue and restricting its movement. Slime Bubbles have a slight green tinge to them, which can be noticed particularly when view in bright light. A single Slime Bubble 2ft in diameter contains enough slime to cover an entire average-sized human (6ft). The slime will restrict major movements such as the moving of body parts. Slime Bubbles are quite slow and heavy as compared to normal bubbles, only able to rise 10ft into the air at most and travelling twice as slowly as a normal bubble. This bubble form is available at A-Rank.

- Acid Bubbles: Acid Bubbles have a much higher pH value than normal bubbles, allowing them to melt through objects. These bubbles are acidic enough to eat through a foot of steel in a second, making them quite dangerous. This bubble form is available at A-Rank.

Element: Bubble (Water)
Description: Using his Soap Chakra, a Suihou will create bubbles of water in the air to use for Bubble Jutsu. Any source of water will do, whether it is a lake or simple atmospheric water. The bubbles will be suspended in the air, and when not being guided by the Suihou, will float through the air in random directions. The size of the bubbles that can be created is based on the Suihou’s rank:

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: N/A
Description: Using his chakra, a Suihou will increase the elastic strength of a bubble’s surface to allow it to withstand stronger attacks, giving it a rubber-band-like surface. The increased elasticity of the bubble’s surface will cause attacks of its rank and below to bounce against the bubble’s surface and be propelled away by a rubber-band effect. This is a passive ability that is present upon the creation of the soap bubble.

Description: A Suihou will fire a barrage of tennis-ball-sized soap bubbles at his opponent at a very high speed which only those with high speed or quick reflexes can dodge. These bubbles, upon contact, will burst violently, splattering water everywhere. Due to the speed at which the bubbles are launched and the burst of water released upon popping, this can cause painful damage to the opponent in the form of scratches and bruises.

Description: A Suihou will create up to 12 soap bubbles and send them flying outwards away from him at a high speed. These bubbles will be aimed at the opponent’s head, and if even one of the bubbles manages to touch the opponent’s head, it will instantly engulf the opponent’s head inside it. Due to the bubble being made of water, the opponent will be incapable of breathing with the bubble on his face, resulting in death by suffocation in a post. Since the bubble’s exterior will be resistant to attacks of its rank and below, the bubble will not be easy to break, though Earth attacks of C-Rank and above can pop the bubble with ease.

Description: A Suihou will use this technique to turn his bubbles so transparent that they will be practically impossible to see. This technique is very useful in hiding the location of a bubble from an opponent. Once camouflaged, the bubble will remain so until the clan member wishes for the opposite to occur. A side note is that only ten bubbles may be camouflaged at once, and only five may be camouflaged in one post.

Description: A technique where a Suihou can see through a bubble he has created. After closing one eye and activating the jutsu, the clan member’s closed eye will be seeing through the bubble he has selected. The bubble itself will show no sign of this, and can be used as a means of spying. A side note is that this technique will only work so long as the bubble remains within half a kilometer of the user.

Description: A Suihou will create a particularly large bubble which he will quickly hop into it. The bubble will then move with the clan member inside it wherever the clan member wishes it. This bubble is very capable of both traveling very long distances and floating rather high into the air with no apparent risk of popping (up to 100ft). The clan member can also create smaller or larger bubbles depending on the person, to allow others to travel in the same way.

Description: A Suihou will first create hundreds upon hundreds of 6 inch wide bubbles, which will spread out far apart. From then on, every time the bubble hits an object, the Suihou will know the location of said object. The bubbles can be made to circle the opponent in a wide circle or can be sent in other directions. This technique is mainly used to track or predict the movement of others. Since the bubbles are so small, they will be practically impossible to see in poor to normal lighting. These bubbles do not have an increased elastic surface.

Element: Bubble (Water)
Description: Using a particularly large bubble, the clan member will trap his opponent in the bubble, which will restrict the movement of the opponent. The clan member is not limited to creating only one bubble; rather he can create up to 4 bubbles at once. Since these bubbles will have an increased elasticity, only attacks of its rank and below will be able to pop the bubble from the inside. If a lower-ranked attack were to be used, the attack will have no effect on the bubble and (if it is possible) could ricochet within the bubble, hitting the user instead.

Name: Corrosive Bubble Jutsu

Element: Bubble (Water)
Description: A technique used after Bubble Encasing, a Suihou will cause a bubble containing a trapped victim to fill up with a black, corrosive liquid. To do this, the Suihou must be able to use the Acid Bubble variation of their bubbles. By placing their hand on the bubble, the clan member will send his chakra into the bubble to create the corrosive liquid. Physical contact must be maintained throughout this process to ensure that the bubble is filled to the brim. If it is broken, the filling process stops. The time taken for the entire bubble to fill up is one of the opponent’s posts.

Two posts after the bubble has filled with the corrosive liquid, it will pop with a splash of black liquid, killing the victim inside it and leaving no sign of a corpse (physical contact must be maintained with the bubble throughout the second stage of the technique as well). To escape this bubble, the victim must use an attack of the same rank or above to pop the bubble from the inside or (if he is able to) from the outside.

History:
The Suihou clan was at first a small clan that originally used its soap bubble-based techniques for entertainment rather than fighting. They were widely known for it, and were often asked to perform at functions. The clan kept to this custom for several years, not once thinking of using their abilities for fighting. Obviously they were a peaceful clan, going about their everyday lives, making a living for their families. They were not part of any Ninja Wars, were not in alliance with any ninja group; they were purely neutral, living on a small island somewhere between what is now the Water Country and the mainland where the rest of the countries were. Life was peaceful and plain for them.

But then, they’re little island was attacked one night by a group of ninja who planned on using the Suihou Island as a base for invading the Water Country. The ninja went on a killing spree, slaughtering any Suihou they could lay their hands on. What few Suihou survived fled the island on a boat, heading towards the closer piece of land: the Water Country. The Suihou made it to dry land, and began traveling on foot towards the residence of the Water Country's Damiyo. The Damiyo of the Water Country agreed to provide them refuge, handing them over to the Mizukage. There, the Suihou settled down, and after much debate among the elders of the clan, it was decided that the clan would dedicate itself to protecting Kiri along with itself as a clan of ninja. Hence forth, practically every Suihou became a ninja, though they would from time to time use their soap bubble-based techniques to entertain others.

Bubble Vision should have a range limit(nothing too short, Im not that big of a Nazi lol), for it being B Rank.

Bubble Encasing: You should describe how the target can/cant get out of it.

Corrosive Bubble Jutsu: How do you get the acid in there? Is it ranged, or do you have to touch the bubble, or what?

And I'm concerned about the smoke, acid and slime bubbles. Something just seems... off about it. Well, at least to me.

Care to clarify as to what's odd about them? The Rokubi's Jinchuuriki used similar bubbles in the anime.
