Kobayashi Clan

The creator of the Kobayashi clan seems to be inactive however I would like to make a character from said clan. I am requesting permission via staff to make a character for this clan or to update it and make a character for the revised version.

EDIT: OR since this is just a branch of the canon clan could I possibly make the canon clan and just make a character for that?

Alright, I've been looking at the clan and all I have to say is that at this stage, it is unusable. The techniques are not descriptive enough and definitely need to be worked with so they are not OP. I have no qualms with you working with the Clan to achieve the aforementioned goal. So, you may create a new topic working on this, but as of right now, the Kobayashi Clan is not approved.
