I was just notified earlier today that my lease for the apartment was approved (yay!) and all that's left is for me to sign the lease. It's a good distance from my parents' place, so we're putting as much as possible into the (to-be-rented) rental truck and driving up there early Saturday morning. Hopefully it'll be all good in one trip, but if not, we'll be making two trips, which will most likely mean an absence from Saturday to...Monday? That being said, I'm not clear on the internet situation up there, but do not fret! I'm not one to wait to get me some net, I practically live off of it. Basically, I'm not entirely sure what the length of my absence will be, but if I have the chance, I'll pop in to add whatever information I receive over the next day or so.

On that note, If I DO have to wait to get internet, it shouldn't take more than a week at most. Unless, of course, nobody wants to do their job to come out and hook me up. Which I doubt. Third: "How are you posting if you don't have internet?!" Well, my dad's phone can be turned into a hotspot. It's very slow.

Fourth, I noticed my sister has a phone that can be used as a hotspot.

Fifth, I went grocery (sorry, no bananas) and household good shopping. I haz fewd for a good week or so and enough household goods for it to appear as though someone actually lives here.
