Combat Style: In the midst of battle, Hikaru prefers to stay out of sight and allow his destruction bugs to fight for him. This does not in anyway mean that he will not show himself, depending entirely on the situation. Even if he does give his opponent the privilege of seeing him, he will do his best to keep his distance, often attempting to keep his horde on the constant offense, while he strategizes, plans, and eventually close the gap between himself and his opponent to go in for the kill. Hikaru is an extremely defensive person, preferring mid-ranged combat, draining his opponent while he analyzes their movements and looks for an opening or weakness, or waits until they are entirely worn out if he can't find one, and finishes them off with a quick blow. He is not easily tricked with false movements, as many shinobi attempt fake attacks. Hikaru appears delayed in combat because he is indeed unaffected by false attacks, and therefore lets his opponent think he will take a hit, allowing them to get very close before showing any sign of life. This is because he likes to set battles in ways that he'd win, making sure that he has a swarm of destruction bugs on his person, on the move as in attacking, and ones waiting out of sight so that the opponent may think he is going to land an attack, but will not know where there might be bugs. Hikaru's one weakness is that he is not accustomed to extremely close range tactics, so if you can get close to him before he wants you to, he will do his best to evade and keep his distance, as his Taijutsu defense is not strong, and with his baggy clothes, he is slowed down quite a bit.
