Mission Objective: There have been recent reports of vandalism in East Konohagakure. More specifically, the memorial stone has been covered with graffiti. Coinciding with these recent reports, there have been several accounts of theft in the Shopping Strip as well, perhaps they're related. Either way, find out who's behind the vandalism and the thefts and make sure both are put to an end. Use non-lethal force as a last resort. It's better to simply get the names of the individuals than start a brawl.
