Due to a burst of intensive activity, I've finally managed to accumulate the points the points to make Experienced Genin. However, while the requirements for moving up a rank are spelled out multiple times, the actual process for doing so is left unmentioned. So my question is - who do I have to bribe, threaten, or hold at the point of a loaded squirrel to move up to the indicated rank?

When you make it to the necessary amounts and no one on staff have noticed, just send a PM to an admin. (:
