Leaving Konoha

Jo, I make this one short.
My char Masamune Tsurugi intends to leave Konoha, currently is in the mountayn graveyard thinking exactly bout that and his future, only reason i didn't break free from the village already is couse i would like to turn into chuunin before leaving or at least exp. genin.... what i want to ask now, how do i leave konoha? I mean yeah, just run away, but you guys have to take some kinds of action as well right? like chasing me or stuff.. and the hokage needs to be noticed and blabla what do i know, so thats why i write here.

Should i pm someone and tell him bout the circumstances and all or whut?

In order to leave the village, I believe you need to create a topic within the village concerning your departure. Any members of the village are allowed to post in the topic in an attempt to stop you, I also believe there are some form of NPC Chunin and Jonin village guards [I'll look into that]. I believe it's a 48 hour duration in which any willing to stop your departure may post in order to intervene.
