Some Jutsu Not In The Encyclopedia

I was wondering if some clan jutsu can be used despite them not being in the encyclopedia, for example:

Akimichi Techniques;
Calorie Control
Butterfly Bullet Bombing

Yamanaka Techniques;
Mind Body Disturbance Technique
Mind Disturbance Dance Performance

Most techniques would not appear in the Encyclopedia yet if they were brand new or deemed too powerful to be an open clan technique. We haven't had concerns being pressed with the likes of Yamanaka and especially Akimichi because nobody really appreciates the abilities these clans have and join them.

If you wanted to contest it you're more than welcome to try to pitch why they should be allowed, otherwise we don't really have the time to review them ourselves to implement them when they're aren't in high or even low demand for that matter.

The staff is currently working on updating the Encyclopedia to include more jutsu. This may take a while unfortunately, so you may proceed to make Canon jutsu, as long as their abilities fall into the range of fairness.
