Description: The ninja awakens a dormant talent they've possessed and develops a new type of sensory. Now being classified as a "Sensor Ninja" the ninja is capable of detecting the presence of other people through their chakra. A sensor can detect their targets from a great distance which can extend 100m, as well as differentiate the characters by their signature chakra alone. They can pin-point any individual within their sensory limit even if they are surrounded in a crowd and even locate other sensor ninja. A sensor can determine a persons location, chakra capacity, chakra type, and even emotions when in a locating position.

Description: With an already increased chakra capacity the ninja starts to accumiliated a natural skill for increasing their chakra reserves as they continue through their life. Along with some training and mediation, the ninja now gains enormous chakra capacity which increases their chakra reserves by 50CP
Name: Tracker Nin Rank: A Type: Mental Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 1600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: A skill trained by advanced ninja who have taken the job of hunting others for either their villages or their own personal sake. Usually being classified as 'Tracker' the ninja is able to locate nearly any subjects movements by finding clues of their direction and natural instinct. There is no limitation for which one can be tracked, given enough clues and leads the ninja can even track a person across the globe.
Name: Hunter-Nin Accuracy Rank: A Type: Physical Physical Requirements: Must have Pin-Point Accuracy. Training Requirements: A 1600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: A characteristic bestowed upon those elite ninja whose pin-point accuracy became even sharper through training and experience. The ninja now has a Hunter-Nin's accuracy with them being able to fling weapons at untraceable speeds that can strike down multiple targets before they're even sensed. Additionally the ninja's eyes become sharp and their knowledge of anatomy grows along with it. Because of this they are now able to strike down nerve points of a target which can leave them paralyzed.
Name: Anbu Stealth Rank: A Type: Physical Physical Requirements: Must have Advanced Stealth. Training Requirements: A 1600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: A characteristic bestowed upon those elite ninja whose stealth became even deadlier through training and experience. The ninja now has a Anbu's stealth which allows them to move within the shadows like a phantom and completely blend in with darkness, rendering them invisible. Along with being able to create no sound, the ninja is now able to suppress their chakra to a near undetectable level, rendering them the perfect assassins. Those with this characteristic can easily slaughter platoons of men from the shadows within seconds.
Description: Hei stands at 6'4 and wears the traditional kumogakure attire. He has black hair kept trimmed short and blue eyes. His white skin is rare within kumogakure however it doesn't make him any less stealthy as a shinobi. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. Using his or her chakra the nails will travel into the ground. Then at his or her discretion, he or she can fire the nails from the ground through the feet of his or her target to nail them in place. Name: Senbon Shower Rank: C Type: Weaponry Range: Mid (5m - 10m) Element: N/A Description: After throwing a special umbrella that has been equipped with springs into the air, it will release a hailing "shower" of senbon. It cannot be dodged by moving away since the needles cover a wide area in all directions, controlled by chakra. While numerous, the senbon can be easily deflected or blocked and are only capable of inflicting minor cuts and puncture wounds. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Ishibari - Stone Needles Rank: B Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: This technique makes use of the users chakra as a paralysing agent. The user throws kunai with wires attached at the opponent. Once the enemy is hit, chakra is run through the string to paralyse the opponent, which will serve to either incapacitate the enemy or allow the user or an ally to attack. However, against those who can absorb chakra, this technique could backfire as the target may simply steal chakra from the user, while exhibiting immunity to the paralysis. The paralysis effect may also be cancelled by severing the wire connection between the kunai and the user. Chakra Cost: 15
Name: Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technnique Rank: B Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: N/A Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at her or his target. When they impact the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on her/his target. She/he will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at her/his target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. This move is used before preforming "Omote Renge - Front Lotus" or "Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo". While shadowing his/her opponent, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he/she is unable to make a clean strike, he/she will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his/her target's attention and defense to one area. The user can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate his/her body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest. Chakra Cost: 7

Using their lightning affinity, the Kumogakure shinobi is able to enhance any weapon they possess and coat it with lightning chakra to give it a more powerful hit. The lightning will be able to numb the area where the weapon strikes and also cause minor burns. Any weapon can be enhanced by this attack, Kunai, Shuriken, Blades or even Arrows. After gathering enough chakra within their entire body, the user will be able to gain an sudden burst in strength and speed. Name: Batarang Rank: C Type: Exotic Quantity: 5 Description: They are normal boomerangs in the shape of bat like symbols. They are very durable and have a sharp edge capable of decapitating someone. When used by a master weapon user it is very deadly. The boomerangs always come back to the area they were thrown from and had a tenancy to have the sharp edge leading the way causing most to be careful when catching them.
Name: Senbon Umbrella Rank: C Type: Exotic Quantity: 2 Description: The umbrella is string loaded with senbon to spray out once tossed into the air. It is in the shape of a normal umbrella and can often be seen on the user's back or in their hand protecting them from the sun and rain.
Name: Gae Bolg Rank: B Type: Polearm Quantity: 1 Description: A long red spear that is twice the height of Hei himself. It has runes inscribed on it that's meaning are lost upon Hei. It is very light however it can not be broken easily due to the metal that was used during its crafting. This was made by the legendary weapon smith Fergus. Name: Katon Prodigy Rank: C Type: Chakra Based Physical Requirements: Must have Fire Affinity Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: A trait given to ninja who posses a natural talent for fire manipulation and has trained thoroughly to improve their skill. Their power over the fire element becomes so talented that the ninja is now considered a young prodigy in the fire element. Because of this, the user's fire techniques are 20% more destruive with their increased in heat and size.
Name: One-Handed Seals Rank: C Type: Physical Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: the ninja discovers a unique talent which allows them to mix chakra by performing seals with only one hand. With an ability such as this the ninja can fight while also performing jutsu, delivering surprise attacks to their enemies. Since those who can perform one-handed seals are naturally good at what their talents, they are even capable of performing hand seals behind themselves, leaving the enemy oblivious to the ninja's next attack.
Name: Improved Perception Rank: C Type: Mental Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The ninja trains their skill in perception and analyzing their environment to more distinct levels. Every physical motion is identified to the ninja whether its a movement in a leaf or change in temperature. This skill is handy when faced with genjutsu as it makes the user capable in identifying an illusion of C-Rank or lower. However although they can sense the genjutsu they must rely on other methods of breaking the spell.
Description: Shirou stands at 5'9 and has bone white hair that is common within kumogakure. He looks fairly decent with his body not being too skinny or too big. His dark skin matches his brown eyes that often are half opened from lack of sleep. Upon casting, the userwill disappear and approach her/his target. Once near her/his target, a tree will grow at their feet and its branches will bind them so they can no longer move. Combat Style: Kiseki is very support based and is often staying back to heal allies and support them whenever he can. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. It seals up the pain in that area by numbing the area and absorbing the signals being sent to the brain in the seal. Name: Shousen no Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique Rank: C-A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the higher the medical ninja's rank is the quicker they are able to heal more critical and serious injuries. Injuries of equal rank may be healed in 1 post, and completely restored in 2. If choosing to heal a wound higher than the rank of the Shousen used, it requires 2 extra post per rank. Thus C-rank Shousen healing an A-rank wound would require 5 posts to fully heal, while a B-rank wound would require 3 posts for instance. Upon exhaling, the toxin is transformed into a gaseous state, and expelled into the air to create a 5 meter radial cloud resembling the characteristics of the poison used, in its gas state. The cloud diffuses through the air into a harmless chemical combination after five posts. The poison must be inhaled for a minimum of 2 posts total to take effect, unless stated otherwise in the poison description itself. The poison used must exist in the user's arsenal and be readily available. The properties of the poison must be stated in conjunction with this jutsu. Name: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu - Fine Affliction Extraction Rank: B Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu is a skill used by medical ninja to remove harmful poisons from a patient's body. The ninja will infuse their chakra into liquid, which they will insert into the patient. They will then use the liquid as a medium to draw out the poison from the cells. This mix can then be removed from the body. Depending on the deadliness of the poison, further treatment with an antidote or medicine may be required. C and B rank poisons may be removed via this technique. A-rank and S-rank poisons will be negated for 3 posts via this technique, but on the fourth will become active again. Chakra Cost: 13

At B-rank once struck it causes a muscle spasm to where the target can't control that body part for one post and can't effectively use it for one more. At C-rank it causes the afflicted body part to be less responsive to the commands from the brain for one post. For the second post the body part is numbed before turning back to normal on the last.
