Departure [Because people told me I had to make one]

Doing this because the people aware of the situation told me to make a decent departure.

I have been a member of US for quite some years and have never been taking any breaks, which means in actual time, I may have been one of the remaining people that spent the most of his free time writing out characters on this site. For some time, the lack of things getting done has been bugging me a lot. The things I made never getting checked while I did my best to approve that of others, which did not always work out the way I hoped it would, which is what happened with Crono (Who can now return to US now that I am quitting if he is a man of his word).

It was however not until I saw the kind of things that happened with certain people getting their stuff the moment it was posted up that it really started to get to me. The amount of work I put in and the amount of work people did for me was not nearly on the same level, though things only got worse when Jose and Locket told me that people had told them not to grade my stuff.

To me, that just shows that all of the work I have been doing on staff has been entirely one sided and that I have simply been used for Grunt work. When staff can't even work together, when people supposedly in charge tell other people not to check stuff for other members of staff in private chats (Because I lack the balls to do it in public or in staff chat for all to see), that just goes to further prove that US has become a corrupt shithole that is being run by sneaky pricks that have been doing their best to run it further into the ground. This place lost what little integrity it had when Kage, Ruka and Mugen left.

Aside from that, the events that were originally made by Mugen and Ruka that I tried to continue have received little to no action at all, and with the vacation (in my country) having officially started today, that shows the amount of dedication the people of this site are putting into the place. When I look at the Recent Logins at the bottom of the site, it just makes me sad. The people that want to see this thing through to the end, I wish you the best of luck. To the people that want to leave toxic remarks or flame for the sake of flaming, give it your best shot because I won't be around to read it anyway.

US has died, the good people have all started to vanish and some people still cling to it in hopes that things will get better. Naruto as a genre is dying and the additional chapters are not doing much to help it. I've tried my best to keep this place alive after the only two people that truly helped me do it quit US, but doing this kind of thing alone when the Admins are conspiring against you by forcing other moderators to not check your stuff proved to be too much.

So goodbye US, I hope the months you have left will be good ones.

On a more serious note, shit! If even Vergil leaves, there is no hope for the rest of us, huh? Even if we have many differences, I can admit that you were one active fucker. RIP.

I just said I wouldn't be back as long as you were staff, not that you had to leave the site. At least you won't have any of these other mods lock your departure thread, rename it bad behavior and move it to archives....even though this is sooo much worse then mine. http://www.ultimateshinobi.org/t16438-bad-behaviour
