Mission Objective: A youth from one of the outside villages has been going around the village challenging low rank genin weaponry users to a duel. This boy has said the winner is the one who makes their opponent submit. But he has been taking it to far and not stopping when his opponent has submitted. He has already hospitalised one young man. You must stop him before things get out of control. He claims he will stop as soon as someone can beat him. Make sure you do this with out killing or fatally injuring him.
