If I make a Character now, when my Clan gets accepted can I gain the BL / skills / what not of that clan or no?

Your clan needs to approved before making a character end of, sweetie.

Oh Frell. Thanks ... can a person have more than one Ninja after they rank up? Or is it limited to one? I'm asking because on one hand I want to play soon, on the other hand I'm waiting for a nudge in any direction on my clan's proto-BL. So I can get it up and running [since I'm working the Clan around the BL].

As it currently stands we only allow one character per user.
