1) Can I post Jutsu's, Puppets, and Stuff. While my clan is being looked at before I make my character. So that's all out of the way when my character gets ready to be created?

2) Can a Summon be a higher rank than the Shinobi using it if they have Kuchiyose Jutsu, and train the required word count for it?

3) I partially hate asking this, but the last few sites I've been too I've had 2 - 3 months waiting for apps to even get a look at to see what needed fixing or nerfed. So hopefully without looking like a D****e bag, or like I'm trying to rush anyone. What is the average wait time for an App to get a person to skim it over and say what to get rid of / fix?

1. Post all of that in your app and it'll be looked at in one fell swoop.

2. No it cannot, train summons for your rank and below only.

3. Our staff are efficient and will check everything when they can, so please don't worry about waiting 2 to 3 months on it.
