| Basic Information: Name: Makoto Baratunde (B-ah-rah-toon-day) Secondary Title: "The Inferno", "Of the Hands" Age: 29 Gender: Male Physical Appearance: Makoto is a very tall, thin individual. His body is lean and muscular and he is surprisingly strong in spite of his frail appearance. His skin was originally dark and made even more so by the burn woulds that cover the majority of his body. As a result of not letting these wounds have enough time to heal, and because of the necessity of his abilities, he has continued to cover his entire body in a leather based bandage wrap that also doubles as a series of scrolls. His entire body is thus, shrouded under this second skin, with the exception of his face, where his lips nose and eyes can be seen, and evidence of his dark skin shown. Though still, he will wear a blue robe like clothe that slings about the left shoulder and hangs limp on his right side. The robe drapes down his legs to about shin level, and is most commonly a blue in color. He wears a pair of iron clad sandals, or simply remains barefoot most of the time, and his hands are often gloved. It isn't uncommon to see him smoking a traditional ceremonial pipe, and though his talent isn't with Kenjutsu, he carries around a blade as many shinobi do, though will rarely use it for combat purposes despite it's rare nature. The bands about his head are loosely wrapped enough that his unkept hair spouts through at places, making him appear to be almost sloppy and lazy in personality.

Personality: Shishio is extremely ruthless and coldblooded. Living by the belief that weak only exist for the benefit of the strong, he generally appears heartless, though in reality he isn't. For all of his ruthless nature, he is still able to form working agreements, and bonds of allies to a certain extend depending on the ends. If he feels as though an individual will work in his favor to have befriended he will gladly take the opportunity to side with them, however, he will just as quickly dispatch of the individual should they fall out of general use to his cause; whatever it would happen to be at the time. Shishio displays very high intelligence, in some ways giving him something of an evil genius persona. He is extremely crafty, being able to hide sealing experiments from the hidden village of kirigakure despite their investigations into his shady actions, and his plans nearly succeed in bringing them down. He also learns from his mistakes; after his brush with death from being knocked out with a kunai to the head, he takes to wearing the of Kirigakure hachigane (iron headband) to keep that weakness from being exploited. While he is a coldblooded individual, he is also very calm in almost all situations barring combat. He moves about at his own sluggish pace and observes with close detail everything around him as reason of habit. Should one be observing him, they would almost find his methodical movement lazy in origin, however, while he is often relaxed, his hatred of the lazy, fat, and trivial would be enough to convince any man that he is far from lazy. He has a strong personality and strong ambition to fuel his goals. In battle, his emotions can escape him more easily. Though he still takes the role of the stronger personality in most situations, he attacks and fights with anger and darkness; overwhelming his opponents with a sense of malice that alone can break the spirit and cause those unwilling or unprepared to drop sword and flee for their lives. It's this latent intensity that also drives Makoto's passion to weed out the weak according to the 'laws of fire'.

Name: Body Cloak of Tempered Bandages Rank: A Type: Defensive-Enhancer Natural Abilities: This is essentially a body suit in which the entire body is wrapped is bandages that is functional to the body. In this case, it has been tempered with the ground scales of the Fire Salamander, making it highly resistant to fire by increasing it's specific heat many times. While it can still technically 'burn' it will not absorb heat quickly, allowing the user to move though fire without burning themselves. Prolonged exposure (more then one post) to any level of fire will however, begin the burning process.
Background Information History: Makoto was born in the bloody mist era and it is assumed that much of what makes up her personality and goals was formed from being brought up in a society where survival was the primary priority of any individual. With this cultural force driving how he was raised to live, he to this day continues with the idea that one must crush their foes to prevent being defeated themselves. He was brought up in the Nenshou Clan within their boundaries and always imagined becoming a powerful shinobi. He was taught will the power of fire and how the uncontrollable force behind it could easily be a force of chaos. He was taught what were known as the 'rules of fire' not as a form of learned about fire physically, but rather, principles of the soul and the human spirit. To be truly powerful, the raw potential of the body and the mind must be released, however in doing so, one also runs the risk of losing themselves to a state of confusion and chaos. It was something that was emphasized, however a young Makoto only realized the potential for power, and thus grew up with the willingness to throw away himself in order to harness the power of the ambition that rested in the soul for the power to survive.
Through his Genin years he was far more advanced in the arts of fire jutsu that was basically a trait of his clan. Though the element of fire itself was unpredictable when undermasterd, Makoto made a point to use them in full offensive ways to prevent himself from taking damage from his own technique; a method known to many shinobi as "High risk, high reward." tactics. For such low level shinobi, this strategy worked out well, as his offense made up for his lack of defense simply by over powering his opponents into impossible situations for their skill. As he progressed, Makoto became considered a genius of his time and a hopeful for the next generation. In the chunnin exams, he was scorched many of his classmates to death in order to obtain what would be the next steping stone after that... the next year would be that of the final Mist chunnin exams, where Zabuza Momochi slaughtering of his entire class would bring an end to such practice.
However, in his chunnin years, his progression in power was halted by a swing in cultural expectations. The brute force tactics that he was prized for quickly became unacceptable as the 'bloody mist' era came to an end. Makoto was outraged at such a change from power to weakness, as the countries morals changed, his attitude remained in the passed that he was rooted in. In a rash move, he fled from the main Kirigakure to his clan village, stealing its most powerful jutsu and taking hiding in a system of tunnels carved out by an active volcano to train away from the 'influence of the weak.' Here, he hoped to master the clans most powerful and destructive jutsu in order to become powerful enough to change kirigakure back to its old ways; by force if necessary. It was in the body of the volcano that he met his soon to be summon as he trained in the vacant magma chambers. He spent all of three years in seclusion, lost and isolated from the changes of the outside world. He slowly mastered his KKG element and build upon is ability to use fire until the day came that he thought himself powerful enough to master the secret forbidden jutsu of his clan. On a fated day, he went to the center of the vent, and attempted to jutsu for the first time. The result was amazing, blasting the base of the volcano to the point that it literally collapsed and caved in on itself, however it wasn't perfected, and not only had he suffered from first degree burns, he was caught in the falling array of rocks and earth that would crush him if it weren't for the the fire salamander that saved his mortal life. He spent the next six months of his life nursing his burn wounds and wallowing in his failure. He blamed his situation on the future, and was forced to return to Kirigakure, where he was more surprisingly resented but accepted. Because he didn't allow his body to heal fast enough, and thus is now forced to live in the shroud of bandages that cover his body as a second skin.
It was here that he began looking for more interesting alternatives under the technology branch of Kirigakure. As far as advances in future technology there were few to be found, but still, he wanted to find was that he could possibly heal himself to full capacity. IT was then that he discovered the potential of puppetry and chakra strings and their ability to mimic the muscle system like a system of pullies and levers in the body. He had multiple interesting puppets made and designed while he made a point to train himself in the puppet arts; the last real step to completing his fighting style that we see today. However, once again, before his progress was completed, and the ideal of replacing parts of his own body with puppetry was considered, he sunk once again into the darkness that was the drive to destroy. In his research, he also look up the history of his clan, tracing it back to further events that he had considered to be another uncontrollable reason as to why he was in the situation that he was today. Though his injuries were healed, he would be forever scarred by the chaos of fire. Makoto set out once more, with ambition to crush the modern world and ideals of peace in order to reform the past; to burn away to present to make way for his future that he feels as though was stolen from him. It was then in his life that he changed his last name to "Baratunde" (Meaning "Self Exhiled") as a tribute to his life.

As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
Name:Kai - Release Rank: D-S Element:N/A Description:Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. Name: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing Rank: E Type: N/A Element: N/A Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed
Name:Kage Shuriken no Jutsu - Shadow Shuriken Technique Rank:D Element:N/A Description:Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Fuuma Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware. When using his pistols, Stark can perform this same techniques with his different projectile techniques.
Name:Kuchiyose no Jutsu - Summoning Technique Rank:C Element:N/A Description:A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature.
Name: Hidden Mist technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it. Though it can't fool theByakugan, against the Sharingan it is a most effective technique. Due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Name: Under Water Motion Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to propel themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask their presence and will not disturb the surface of the water.
Name: Dispelling Hidden Mist technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a technique in which the user will dispell the effects of the Kirigakure specific technique known as the "Hidden Mist technique". By using this technique, mists generated will quickly settle, clearing the air and returning visibility.
Name: Listening through walls technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a simple shinobi technique in which one will hold their ear to a surface, such as the wall of the ground, while using chakra to enhance their hearing; this allows them to hear conversations through walls or pick up on vibrations along the ground.
Name: Art of walking anywhere Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a technique that branches from the 'water walking technique' This allows the user to walk normally on almost any surface; sticky, slick, incredibly hot, liquid etc., as if it were a normal surface. One could theoretically walk on magma without being burned or run on ice without sliding; making the uses numerous and adaptive.
Name: Chakra Suppression Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a simple ninjutsu in which one forms the majority of their chakra into physical and spiritual energy, storing it as stamina so that those that sense objects with chakra will be unable to sense the user. This technique does not require hand signs, however does use one of the users hands while performing.
Name: Instant Boiling water technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a technique in which one uses energy from fire element chakra to, by touch, heat water to boiling point at an instant. The user can thus bring a single gallon of water to boil at an instant with this technique with very little need for chakra, though still C-rank because of elemental restrictions.
Name: Fire bullet technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a technique similar to the 'fire ball' technique with the exception of its usage. The user will form the needed hand signs and then release a powerful fire ball of fire from their palm like a canon.
Name: Great fire bullet technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: The expansion of the Fire Bullet technique; the user will form the needed hand signs then using both palm, fire a 'fire bullet' technique that combine into one massive fire ball projectile.
Name: Dragon Flame bullet technique Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: The user will form the needed hand signs then, like the great fire ball technique, release a flame from both palms and the mouth, creating a dragon shaped flame that not only incinerates, but also crushes upon impact.
Name: Heat Touch technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a techinque in which the user will use fire element chakra to rapidly heat some part of their body. One can reach several hundred degrees in this way; but do not burn themselves or feel any discomfort. Opponent who should touch the body of the user, however, wont be so lucky.
Name: Phoenix substitution technique Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a powerful fire based technique that can only be used one in any thread. At any time, the user may breathe a fireball from his mouth without hand signs. As this happens, the body that expelled this fire will burst into flames and essentially explode; easily killing anything within 10 meters of the body. The user will then emerge from the fire that they shot out of, completely unharmed.
Name: Fire snare technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a technique used to trap opponents. The user will form the needed hand signs to generate a wall of fire, maximum of 10 meters in radius, around their opponent that stands about 7feet tall. The radius of the fire is dependent on the user. The fire itself will almost seem solid in that one must use physical force to pass through it; should they do so, anything flammable on their body will light on fire.
Name: Flame Body technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a technique in which the users body become incredibly resistant to flame. One can be caught on fire or engulfed in flames and be perfectly fine as a result. Coupled with the 'Heat Touch' technique, one can make a powerful Fire based armor.
Name: Fire Eater technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a technique in which the user will inhale and breathe in vast amounts of fire. As a result, in the lungs, the fire is extinguished to create smoke that can be expelled. In this way. B-ranked fire based techniques can essentially be avoided.
Name: Fire Pillar technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a technique used as both a defense and an offense. The user will form the needed hand signs before fire begins to spin around their feet; extending to a radius of 4meters from the user and then shooting upward to engulph them in a pillar of fire that both defense and burns anything his by the pillar. The pillar itself extends upward for about 40feet, and anything above the user will take critical damage as a result of being hit.
Name: Burst Flare technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a technique in which one will use fire chraka to create a bright explosion. This can be used in two forms; a close range form in which one creates a burst of light from their palm, or a long ranged form in which the user will release a fire ball from their palm that will explode into a burst of light when released. Though not considered an aggressive technique, the heat form the burst can still scold and burn. Anyone with the exception of individuals with fire element chakra withing a 5meters radius of the light will also become blind for a single posts time.
Name: Ash Pile Burning Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: Similar to the Fire Release: Flame Bullet technique, this jutsu also produces a combustible material prior to ignition. The user spews superheated ash from their mouth. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim, though only the flesh facing the user (where the ingition starts); thus the damage does not cover the entire body. Despite this, it is still fully capable of disabling an enemy due to the burns. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.
Name: Ash Bringing Tide Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a fire technique that has both offensive and defensive purposes. The user will form the needed hand signs before flames spiral about the user, forming a sphere of fire about them and then bursting outward in a heated shockwave capable of burning and lighting flame to more flammable, dry objects withing a 20meter radius. The entire jutsu is very quick but dodgeable if one can get out of the radius before the actual shockwave.
Name: Wrath of Fire Ceremony Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a potent technique whose power is based on the amount of charred and ash that is accumulated in an area. The user will form the needed hand signs for the technique, using fire chakra to reverse the combustion process of the burned material before releasing it to create an explosion. Like stretching a rubbing band and letting it snap. Thus, the power of the technique can range from incredibly weak to horribly powerful depending on the surroundings.
Name: Flame Testament Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a technique used to hamper the ability of water based jutsu. The user will form the needed hand signs then from his own self radiate heat into the surrounding area, making it sweltering hot, though stand-able for individuals. As a result of the dry climate, water based jutsu will take a single rank higher in chakra to use.
Name: Blue Flame Canon Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a powerful fire based technique in which an individuals will form the needed hand signs and then, like the fireball justu, bring their hand to their mouth to focus the blast. Then, one fires a powerful, incredibly fast blue fireball that that explodes on impact. The blue flamed fire ball moves in linear pattern at speeds faster then the untrained eye can see, making simply dodging a matter of superhuman physical ability.
Name: Flame Waterfall Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This technique is used by targetting existing open flames. The user will form the needed hand signs, causing the open fires to rise up and arch toward the opponent like a wave, crashing down on and incinerating them. This technique of course becomes more or less powerful depending on the surrounding area.

Name: Shadow Arms Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a technique based on the 'shadow clone' technique in which one will form the needed hand signs and summon two additional arms to have a number of four arms and hands. Like the shadow clone jutsu, these can be used functionally and physically, however will be destroyed by minimal damage. As a result, while the additional arms are in place, all techniques are 75% of their original strength.
Name: Temperature Touch Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a very simple technique in which one can get a reading of the temperature of an object by touching. In this way, an individual can give the temperature of an object in Fahrenheit or Celsius to the hundredth degree. This of course doesn't mean that one will not be burned by increasingly hot items upon touching them.
Name: Leaching the Dead Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a potent technique in which one can essentially steal/absorb the remaining chakra of recently killed individuals, or inanimate objects charged with chakra. By touching such an object, they can drain it of chakra to replenish their own chakra (this cannot be used to recover chakra greater then ones capacity, thus one cannot accomplish more then 100%). For recently killed individuals, they will quickly lose chakra as a result of their death; 10% per post. In the case of Inanimate objects, all chakra used to animate of fuel the object will be absorbed accordingly.
Name: Devouring Shadows Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a Ninjutsu used to defeat the infamous shadow clone technique. By forming the needed hand signs, one can form chakra about their hands. By touching a shadow clone (or variants), the clone will be destroyed, however, chakra used to make the clone will be lost, not returned to the user. Thus, if a single clone was created, halving ones chakra to do so, and 'Devouring Shadows' is used to destroy it, that amount of chakra is lost. Of course, one will have to KNOW that the individual is a clone to use it in the first place.
Ash Ninjutsu-

Name: Obsidian Razor Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ash [Haiton] Description: This is a technique that ash be touching an opponent or target. With the formation of the needed two hand signs, one can create up to three three in deep slashes at the point where the ash has formed contact.
Name: Ash SmokeScreen Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ash [Haiton] Description: This is a technique in which the user forms the needed hand signs then then in hales like the fireball technique. At this point, they exhale a cloud of ash will be expelled from the mouth forming a smokescreen much like the smoke ball. Ash, being a thick, oxygen void substance, is this impossible and toxic to breathe in. However, it will quickly settle in a single post, only acting as cover for quick instances.
Name: Ash Bringer Blade Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ash [Haiton] Description: This is a technique in which the user will gather existing ash into their hand. They can then move the blade across their body in while releasing the ash, forming a crescent blade of ash that can cut through most materials including rock, wood, flesh and thin metals.
Name: Absolute Funnel of Powdered Blades Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ash [Haiton] Description: This is a technique that acts as a physical barrier by the process of 'offense > defense'. One will cause existing ash to swirl up and about themselves with the needed hand signs. Anything that comes in contact with the ash will be cut like a blender as the ash swirls about he user. Most ranged physical weapons will also be deflected such as kunai or shuriken, however concussive forces like explosions or shockwaves, and most ranged ninjutsu B-ranked or better can best this offensive shield. If one touches their own technique, they too will be cut as a result.
Name: Ash Abysmal Wave Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ash [Haiton] Description: With this technique the user can form a wave of ash from any standing body of ash on the ground, forming a 30foot wave that rises up in an attempt envelope the opponent in a wave of ash, and possibly bury them in the process.
Name: Churning Cinders Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ash [Haiton] Description: This is a powerful technique in which any ash on the ground is used as a weapon. Should the opponent/target touch the layer of ash on the ground, the user may activate this jutsu, causing the ground of ash to move in a circle about the opponents feet, becoming a blender of blades that can quickly not only remove the feet of the opponent but continue to blend their body into pieces from the whirlpool spinning ash. If one avoids stepping on ash, on the ground they can avoid the dangers of this technique all together.
Name: Eruption-fist Missile Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ash [Haiton] Description: This is a technique in which one will form the needed hand signs. Their arm from the elbow down will be seemingly turned into a smoke like soot that is ash and then by throwing a punch, one can essentially launch an exaggeratedly large first made of ash, that is for the most part physical and can do concussive damage to whatever it hits. One can even have the dexterity to move the first it self into different formations such as an open palm, or possible move the first to grab, however it is at any time restricted to linear paths of travel. One can chain from one "Eruption-fist Missle" to the next without hand signs for as long as the original attack used hand signs and no other jutsu were used in between use for the same chakra cost.

This creates a cloud of ash and soot that hangs over the battle field; shadowing it from the sun during the day. Over the next two posts, the ash will begin to fall back to the ground as a result of gravity and blanket the ground with a layer of volcanic ash. Description: The FloorMaster Collection is a series of identical 'puppets' that are all modeled to look like and mimic the dexterity and usage of a human hand. They come in a variety of sizes that decide their rank, from the small (C ranked) version that is the size of a normal human hand, to the large (A ranked) version that is the size of a modern day civic.
Model by Rank ~The C ranked versions have no functioning slots. ~The A ranked version has all shown slots.

Name: Spring Loaded Explosive-tag Kunai Rank: D Element: N/A Description: This is the average Kunai with an explosive tag, rigged to a sling shot like mechanism to lauch Kunai like arrows. Exploding either on contact or users 'release' technique, these can be launched with the accuracy, speed and dexterity of a normal shinobi's throw.
Name: Demolition Firework Rank: C Element: N/A Description: This is a dangerously explosive firework that launches like a canon after bring lit. While it isn't necessarily a good tool for combating shinobi because of its unpredictable and slow movement, it is a great tool of structural demolition.
Name: Pressurized Smokescreen Rank: D Element: N/A Description: This is a pressurized can that contains smoke; an advancement of the smoke bomb, this form of smokescreen can be triggered by spring loaded mechanism, thus emptying a large amount of smoke into a large area for cover and escapes.
Name: WindMill Shuriken Rank: D Element: N/A Description: The basic, large scale shuriken.

Name: Ventriloquism Rank: D Type: Puppetry Element: N/A Description: This is a technique in which one can throw their voice off of or project their voice through objects to make is seem like it is coming form else where. In this way, one can make it seem like an inanimate object is infact speaking.
Name: Shadow Hand Formation Puppet Casting Rank: D Type: Puppetry Element: N/A Description: This is a technique that is used in conjunction with any hand based technique. The user can thus send additional chakra down their chakra strings to their puppet. By making the hands of the puppet form hand signs for the user, the user can cast most jutsu from their puppet. This requires that a puppet have functioning hands AND that the puppet be connected via chakra strings. Jutsu higher then the rank of the puppet cannot be used, and if the puppet itself doesn't have the necessary 'parts' to use a technique then it is deemed impossible to use. For example, if a technique uses the 'mouth' and the puppet doesn't have a mouth, then it cannot be used.
Name: Puppet Self Destruction Technique Rank: E-S Type: Puppetry Element: Fire[Katon] Description: This is a powerful technique in which one will surge fire element chakra down the chakra strings to the puppet, causing it to explode. Exploded puppets are thus impossible to use from that point on. The rank of the explosion is equal to the rank of the puppet that is being exploded.
Name: Chakra Strings Rank: C Type: Puppetry Element: N/A Description: Chakra strings is a technique usually used by puppet users to allow them to control their puppets in battle. Apart from being used to control puppets, the chakra strings can be attached to other objects, allowing the user to control, or at the very least disrupt, other things. In one instance, Kankurō uses chakra strings to trip Naruto Uzumaki when they first meet. In another, Chiyo uses chakra strings to control a person like a puppet. The strings can be made invisible, as Chiyo did with the Manipulating Attack Blades to sneak a string to bind Hiruko's iron tail. This technique is limited to one string per finger.
Name: Puppet Mastery Technique Rank: B Type: Puppetry Element: N/A Description: The Puppet Technique is a unique ninjutsu fighting style; this jutsu uses strings of chakra to control puppets like marionettes. Any number of chakra strings can be used to control a puppet, but users with more skill can use fewer strings per puppet. This technique has few weaknesses: the Puppet technique is a long range style, meaning that the puppeteers are weak against close range fighters. Since most puppeteer use his or her hands to manipulate the puppets, if their hands are disabled, then the technique can be neutralized. Also, while controlling the puppet, the user is wide open if the opponent bypasses the puppet. For this reason, puppeteers avoid hand to hand battle, relying almost exclusively on their puppets instead.
Name: Kugutsu no Jutsu - [Puppetry Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Element: N/A Description: Kugutsu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. Using their body's chakra, the ninja emits strings of chakra that run from their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target.
Name: Manipulating Attack Blades Rank: C Type: Puppetry Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to hover multiple kunai in the air with his Chakra, and direct them to an opponent. Using this technique, the Ninja can unleash a torrent of kunai much more quickly than if each one was thrown individually.
Name: Puppetry Substitution technique Rank: C Type: Puppetry Element: N/A Description: This is a form of technique in which the user can substitute himself with a puppet in which his chakra strings/puppet strings are attached to without hand signs. This can only be used once per thread.

Name: Summoning: Puppet Scapegoat technique Rank: C Type: Puppetry Element: N/A Description: This is a technique in which one uses a form of summoning technique so summon a puppet in front of ones self. The power of the defense is equal to the rank of the summon with the exception of if the puppet is a defense puppet and thus has further defensive abilities.
Name: Summoning: Descending Ambush Rank: C Type: Puppetry Element: N/A Description: This is a summoning technique in which one summons puppets from an area of low-zero visibility so that the puppets may ambush the opponent; either from all angles or at close range.
Name: Summoning: Spring Loaded Launched Attack Rank: C Type: Puppetry Element: N/A Description: This a technique in which a summon is summoned by some ability and launched forward by the force of the summon to attack the opponent quickly like a ranged attack.

| Summons Name: Sal' Des Rank: A Appearance: Of the Salamander species in general, these are somewhat smaller in size. Sal' Des, thus, is about the size of a normal modern elephant in scale; large enough to comfortably ride or stand upon. As seen, it is easily spotted as a black salamander with orange streaks decorating it's scaled skin. Contract Type: Blood + Summoning jutsu Species: Fire Salamander Elemental Affinity: Fire Special Abilities/Characteristics:
Scaled armor - The scales that make up the outer layer of their skin are made of a very powerful and high specific heat material. So much so that the Fire Salamanders live quite comfortably in volcanic environments. This makes more fire techniques useless against them.
Flammable Secretions - The Salamander can secrete a lipid based that is very efficient and allows a slow, controlled burn.
Background: While training, he took refuge within the walls of an active volcano. In this way, his forbidden use of clan techniques in his training would be considered nothing more then signs of a healthy living volcano and disregarded by those who noticed. But he wasn't the only individual that lived with in the hollow magma vaults of the volcano. It wasn't long until he found himself face to face with the only other living thing in this volcano, a lizard like beast; body literally on fire. It was wingless and it's skin wasn't as jagged as the armor of the normal reptile. After staring each other down, the beast retreated into the rock of the volcano by melting it rock and simply walking though it. It was a beast that he thought treasured to his cause.
The had many other chance meetings form that point on; though eventually one spoke to the other and managed to discuss their own situations; including how they both managed to survive in such climates. Soon after Makoto bluntly asked if the beast would join his personal cause. The beast declined at first, saying that until the volcano was dead, it would be his home. Makoto, using the forbidden S-ranked justu that he had been attempting to master, destroyed the main vent of the volcano, strangling it and killing it (But his failure to master the technique resulted in almost killing himself in the process). The Salamander had no choice but to allow himself to be the personal summon of Makoto. After the long recovery process, Makoto returned to the now dead volcano, and retrieved the summoning contract of the Fire Salamander.

Name: Pyroclastic Blast Rank: A Type: Nintaijutsu Element: Fire [Katon] Description: A fire based technique in which one inhales deeply, then exhales a stream of fire that quickly, after coming out of the mouth, turns to smoke creating a jet of superheated smoke that both scorches and burns everything it comes into contact with.
Name: Fire fang drill Rank: B Type: Nintaijutsu Element: Fire [Katon] Description: This is a technique in which the users flaming body is made to turn and spin making a drill like fang similar the "Gatsuga" technique. This, however is a fire based fang and can drill through rock and thin metals, allowing one to tunnel through the ground if necessary.
Name: Ignition Skin Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire [Katon] Description: This is a technique in which the user grinds two objects using fire element chakra to increase friction; either forming a superheated area or creating sparks. In either situation, the ultimate goal is to catch or light something to flame.
Name: Burning Secretion Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire [Katon] Description: This is a technique of the Fire Salamander Species. At anytime, they can secrete a lipid based, gel like substance that is highly flammable, though not explosive. This slow burning substance acts as the natural defense mechanism of the user. With this technique, their entire body will perspire this substance.
Name: Oil Spill Shot Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire [Katon] Description: This is a technique in which the user breathes in lightly then, all at once, releases a jet of blackened oil, coating anything withing the 20-30meter range in oil.

Fire Proof: Not enough detail and this would be an item not a S.C. Why would fireproof leather prevent cold too? How heat resistant is this leather?
Jutsu
Manipulate Advancing Blades: This is a puppetry technique.
Under Water Motion Technique: How does it mask the users presence and why wouldn't it disrupt the surface? Propelling yourself through the water would no doubt send ripples to the surface.
Listening through walls technique: What about reinforced walls? P.S: Thats a funky name.
Art of breath holding: How would the body work without breathing for that extended period of time without using medical abilities?
Art of walking anywhere : This is fine except for walking across extremely hot things like magma, just because your feet are protected doesn't mean that the rest of your body wouldn't burn.
Fire jet tech : The jet dissipates once reaching its full length right?
Heat touch technique : Without medical, this is seemingly impossible.
Phoenix substitution technique: This uses up one substitution, correct?
Fire Snare Technique: I'm gonna have to say B-rank with this one.
Fire Eater technique: Ok for the avoiding B or lower rank fire jutsu by inhaling them, no on the mixing the inhaled fire with chakra and spitting out steam. Mixing two types of chakra to create another type would be a combination element which would be KKG related.
Flame Testament: Making the ground arid would take some time to happen and I don't see how it would effect the chakra cost of Suiton jutsu at all really.
The Laws of Fire : Instead of making these jutsu, I think it would be easier to put them into clan traits, which are as I see it, free power ups. ( Needless to say, I dislike them.)
Leaching The Dead : Sounds too Medical to me.
Shadow Arms Technique: How would this be performed without first knowing the basic shadow clone jutsu?

| Fire Proof: - i've made an item. It isn't necessarily "fire proofed" just the fact that the specific heat of the material is very high. This means it take more energy (or lack of energy) to change the degree of the material by one. Many materials like this exist in real life; as space shuttles returning to the earth atmosphere must be able to withstand many thousands of degrees Fahrenheit in temperature.
Manipulate Advancing Blades: - Well thankfully I have the puppetry specialty. In any case I'll remove it from that section as it is also in the puppet section as well.
Under Water Motion Technique: - kakashi is seen able to swim under water, even under his opponents feet (while they are standing on the water) without disturbing the water about him; this is evidence by the lack of ripple/breaking of the surface of the water. This is only taking THAT basic technique and putting it into a written jutsu form.
Listening through walls technique: - Do you really feel that I need to go as far as describe WHAT kind of walls one can listen through?
Art of breath holding: - In the battle between Might Guy and the Pseudo Kisame, his team members were trapped in the water prison technique for quite some time; several minutes at least, while they fought. It is only assumed that the lung capacity of a shinobi enables them to hold their breathe for extended periods of time.
Art of walking anywhere - I think your brother said the same thing, And I understand.
Fire jet tech : - Yup
Heat touch technique : - It is quite possible with fire element chakra, why could fire element chakra not only heat, but buffer ones self from extreme temperatures as well? I mean earth can make ones skin rock hard (as seen by Kakuzu).

Flame Testament: - It is from the air that the water is fled via the heat, and many water technique require vast amount of water (as seen by the 2nd Hokage vs the 3rd) If the air lacks water, it will be harder to pull off those techniques and thus force one to use MORE chakra to gather said water.

Hidden Mist and Dispelling Hidden Mist both need the water element and ninjutsu, no?
Leeching the Dead seems medical, since you're taking the chakra from an individual. That requires not only medical knowledge, but a good hand with it as well. Can you please remove that. |

Hidden Mist and Dispelling Hidden Mist - This is actually not a water release technique. I have ninjutsu as a specialty, an as far as I know the only requirement is that I be in Kirigakure.
Art of Breath Holding - This is just defining it for purposes of the site. If that is the normal human breathe limit then I am well within what I would be able to do. Five posts of holding breathe, after all, usually doesn't equate to more then a minutes or two in "real time". |

There is a species of Salamander known as the "Fire Salamander" (easily googleable) that has the ability to sweat an acidic liquid that burns those that touch it when it feels threaten. Instead of an acid, I made it a flammable substance! |
