What would be acceptable? [BL Wise]?

A Continuation of my Persona based BL question.

I keep getting told that my BL things are OP without a pointer to what needs to change, so I don't know what to fix.

What Summons Based BL ability is considered OP, and what things are are a definite No? So I know what to run with. Since that's really the only thing that I need to get fixed before finishing up everything else.

[Quick Run Down]
Starts with an Initial Persona that is relatively weak [Genin rank, equivalent]. That can over time Evolve into what is called the Prime Persona, this has upgraded skills and abilities [Chunnin - Jounin Equivalent], which leads to the final evolution. Ultimate Persona which is the strongest Persona a user can summon [Jounin - EJ equivalent].

Optional Form: [S or SS Rank [two S rank Slots], Word Count Training, and Near Death / In serious Danger]:

Merger of the two bodies into one form for a short period of time. Owner and Summon Looses Jutsu for 6 special ones only available for this form. I'm thinking of since it's S Rank. Giving the potential of a % Boost to Physical Skills making a tie in for power with a Curse Mark Seal. But I don't know how that'd be appropriately worded, or what # is not OP.

Anyhelp with getting this Acceptable looking for me to chisel away at the BL would be appreciated.

*Note: This isn't really a way to "Bypass the System". I'm willing for the Individual Summons to take Jutsu Slots, or require Kuchiyose no Jutsu so that it isn't a freebie.*

Well I know what Persona is as I played a couple of their games. The way I see this is just a basic summon, however, if you want to get the monsters from the Persona game, well I don't know. I personally don't see any harm in doing that as I believe that the best way to get this approved is to treat the Persona as a regular summon. It is true that the summons can be animals only, but this would be a clan so I could see this work, however I'm not a mod so I cannot talk for them and therefore I cannot give you the approval for this clan. As for OP, as long as you keep it balanced aka. not going DBZ style, I would say this would be a good summoning clan.
