A person with this who works in the black market can buy nearly anything and always has updated information on underground activity.

The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed.

Description: The Two-Tomoe version of the Sharigan is accessible to more advanced Uchiha who skills have deemed them B-Ranked in power and skill. Like all versions of the Sharingan, the user is able to see the flow of chakra whether it be internal or external. Such skills derived from his ability include being able to identify clones, detecting chakra barriers and genjutsu, and even telling if someone is placed under a genjutsu by detecting chakra irregularities. The Two Tomoe form of the Sharingan grants the user the ability of the One-Tomoe which allows them to percieve things in slower motion. This form however dives deeper into its more advanced abilities. The user is now able to read movements in such clarity that they can now copy it for themselves but within their limitations.

Description: Sharingan Shaji is a technique used by members of the Uchiha clan have have acquired at least Two-Tomoe in each of their Sharingan. This ability allows the user to copy a persons technique after seeing it once and perform it themselves. Any technique can be copied but it must be of equal rank or below of the user and cannot be clan based. Multiple techniques can be copied, but the copier is only able to repeat the technique solely in his/her thread. When reaching the third tomoe however, the user is able to memorise the techniques they have mimicked, providing that the technique is within their ranking limits, elements, specialties and not a limited or clan-based technique. To keep the jutsu it cost half the EXP it would cost to normal purchase it.

A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could be severely burned. No more than 3 extra fireballs may be created.
