I'm pretty sure the clan is full. Honestly, as far as updating the number of open spots goes, I never really seen it happen.

Unfortunately the Haretsu clan has had all of its slots either filled or reserved, thus we're currently unable to accept anymore members within the clan. The clan slots are updated quite regularly, once a character with a clan has been approved, archived or killed, the specific clan will have its amounts updated. Apologies if any inconvenience has been made by this.

Understandable. I have a new question for you now. If you get improved speed as a special characteristic, would it reduce the lag time a Genin puppeteer would usually have and if so, by how much?

Chris, I cant be a Nara even if I wanted to. It wouldn't be fair. Put me in control of a Nara and Ill have the population in US at an all time low. Then again, I could just do it and kill off a few of those Haretsu's. Ive seen some of their applications. Shikamaru would hate me for wasting my time killing ants. Silly

No the improve speed wouldn't. Nothing would decrease the lag time as of now.
