It's almost as if Kishimoto is just following the speculation, the plot line seems so simple right now, it's all exactly what we've expected to happen. Looking forward to seeing how this whole mess turns out though.

For how much I disliked the fact that Tobi turned out to be Obito, I oddly enjoyed this chapter a lot and ended up reading it twice. The fact that Rin died can't be the only reason he's changed so much though? I guess Madara could've taken advantage of Obito's grief and that's when he started brainwashing his ideals into him. Like Miggy said though, that would be going with the simple; obvious route which Kishi seems to be doing a lot lately. Also, eye ges dis meens teh Kages r ded? Sad

I still doubt it's Obito. Well, himself in full. Brainwashed, maybe. But I find it difficult to believe he'd want to destroy the world because his childhood crush died. I mean, it's a world full of ninja - people die, it just happens. However, I could be wrong, given we don't know the full details of how Rin died in the first place. I expect some major explaining, Kishi! e_e

Kakashi's going to be a mental wreck..a hella lot of more back story coming, such as why he's so harsh and emotionless etc i mean how could you not be emotionally f*cked? The closest two people in your life died whilst in your care, how hard must it be for kakashi to have not been able to save them? Amongst that others that he would have cared for would have also died under his care... :O kakashi is suddenly that emotionless emo character..or will be Razz

I also think it would be much cooler if kakashi turned into a gaara of the chuunin exams..xD
