Petition For Sexier Kumo Color

I'm more of a fan of moderator light blue than looks-like-nothing changed peach.

I agree with Dan to an extent. The peach seems too bright and may pose a problem actually reading now that I've stared at it long enough. Plus, blue is an adequate representation of the lightning-chakra in the Canon; along with the actual flashes of lightning (which are white; but the sky itself gives it a blue shade). Either way, I think it's more symbolic to have a light blue, or a blueish gray than a peach; as much as I like the color.

Don't look at me, I never agreed to peach. I said it doesn't look any different than orange. For some reason everyone jumped on the whole "I like peach" bandwagon after someone said that they liked it....whatevs....silly stuff going on here.

I don't know who changed the colour, but the reason Kumo is orange is because it's a colour that is associated with Kumo like green is a colour associated with green. If people can find a suitable alternative that is still associated with Kumo I'd consider it, but it will not be blue.

It makes no sense why it's Orange though. Like literally, there is NOTHING both Canon and real life that points to orange being Kumo, let's look at the facts. Lightning is white-blue, not orange. Lightning is represented as Yellow in the Canon, not orange. Clouds are varying shades of gray, white and black, not orange. If you're going to throw the "Orange is the color of lightning card" at me, then let me ask you this. Why is Konoha green? Fire isn't green last I checked, it has unanimously adopted the shade of red, yet for some reason the FIRE COUNTRY has green as their national color. If anything, blue-gray would be the most suitable for Kumo. Why? Because that's the color of the sky and the clouds, what Kumo literally translates into. At least Konoha's green represents the color of leaves; which is what the village is hidden by. Kumo is orange for literally no feasible reason, other than it's better than yellow. How about we change it into a color that actually makes some sense (gray-blue, peach, yellow, etc.), instead of outright saying "No blue because I said so and I'm Admin trolololol". There are plenty of reasons for the color blue, what are your reasons for this ugly orange? Oh.. That's right. You don't have any. I see nothing wrong with blue, so please, fill me in on what's so terrifying about it.

Isn't it only Chidori and it's associated variants that's white/blue because it's special? I'm pretty sure that something like say the Raikage's Lightning Armor is in fact yellow.

edit: Just realized that Ury is right, it's all blue. Still though in my mind yellow makes the most sense. The blue just doesn't feel right.

Erm... In actuality, clouds can be any color, especially depending on how the light hits it. And as John said, Konoha is green because it is the Hidden Leaf village, and leaves are generally green. But as we all know, leaves change colors in autumn. So arguing about what colors seem more viable is just silly...

i think the orange is good enough but we should have rank colour coordination so we can tell the s rank from the c rank,s the paler the colour the lower the rank. this will also allow for multiple groups of missing nin.
