Kemuri tugged the shoulder straps of her backpack tighter. A cloak around her shoulders, hiking boots peeking out beneath the bottom of the cape that would keep away the cold of autumn and some of the heat from the desert they were about to cross. The trip ahead was going to be a long one but also one that Konoha could not afford to delay. With a simple loop, they would travel to several nations and obtain valuable allies for the future as well as buy some good faith and trust with Kumogakure. Again she shifted her backpack, the genin of Konoha looking about for her team as she sat with her feet dangling down off of the gate. The summons had been clear that not only was most of her assigned team coming along but there would be some replacement for that dreadful Toto kid who’s teeth she wanted on a silver platter. After they had been forcibly removed from his mouth of course…

Eyes drifting to the sky to find it full of clouds that cluttered up the otherwise crystalline blue that normally resided there with bright white fluffs that spoke broken shade on the land below rather than the grays that came with rain and thunder. Thinking of the rain brought a hand absentmindedly to her side where her wound once rested and her mind thought back to the day with the caravan and all the money she had made. Her pockets were far emptier now and she would need to hit another caravan or find something else to rob soon, sooner than she liked to put her raids together as a matter of fact.

Feet wagged back and forth fifteen feet above the pathway and with a shift of her weight did the Haretsu girl scoot her hips off of the gate and land daintily with a thud of boots meeting packed dirt below. A hand came up to her hair, tugging the stray braid behind her ear with a smile before fingers interlocked behind her head and she continued to stare at the sky and the birds that flew there. She was an earthbound creature sadly, her elements were far from the nature of the sky. The dirt and the mud was her home, the heat and the fire her constant companion, the clay her deadliest weapon, and the world ripe with riches for her to pluck one by one.

So there she stood, hiking boots and white cloak with a grey backpack and blonde hair. Not a lick of Konoha markings on any of her belongings and without any showing that she was even a shinobi, Kemuri was determined to appear the civilian being escorted by a group of shinobi. At least until an idiot tried to rob her. Then he would be knocked out cold and force fed clay until she felt the desire to pop their stomachs with rather gruesome explosions. Nay, today she was just a girl being escorted by a group of shinobi into the wastes of Wind Country to find a desert or natural plains that would provide her compatriot with the environment he needed to find and hopefully obtain a new ally. Beneath the cloak her hands fidgeted and touched along the utility belts that hung on her hips. Clay, multiple pouches of clay, that was ready for use at a moment’s notice so long as her hands found their way to the substance and had the precious moments to craft her works of art and forces of destruction.

Kemuri turned and watched the village still waking as the sun began to rise past the stages of ‘Early Morning’ and approached ‘Late Morning’. The people were getting up and heading to the stalls who had owners that were up hours before making their crafts and breakfast goods for the people. Kemuri was tempted to go partake herself, but a meager breakfast was all she could afford at the moment and her belly was still full of the mediocre meal. Instead she watched the city streets from her position and kept an eye out for her teammates.

And so it begins... [Travel Topic] Vide
PostSubject: Re: And so it begins... [Travel Topic] And so it begins... [Travel Topic] EmptyTue 02 Oct 2012, 4:59 am

The placing of his mask over his face had finally finished his new dress code. For the first time he left the robe behind him and dressed exclusively for his first mission as a genin. He had chose to wear a green Konoha flap jacket with his simple fishnet protector underneath it for minor protection. A few days had passed since he was last seen walking around the village. While he was completely covered in black robes, this was a change that would expose his burnt body. His jacket was paired with black long pants also suited to carry such basic ninja weapons with his pouch while his Konoha forehead protector remained stitched at the right end of his pant. It was clearly gonna be a long road, and though he didn't had much experience in the outside gates of Konoha he had packed well for every location. He walked slowly along the village streets, very few people as it was still early in the morning but the people that were around watched him with awe, though it was something normal considering his whole right arm was completely scarred with burn marks and were completely showing because of his sleeveless jacket. He didn't mind though, his head was completely set on the mission.

His eyes remained forward as he watched the gates slowly getting closer to him or him to them whatever. His mind was still a little traumatize as of the fire incident though his body was almost to 100% now he was still thinking about those harsh moments. With the shake of his head from side to side he brushed them off from his thinking again focusing on his own task. He would be away for a long time, getting himself a new companion, as well as the other shinobi comrades of him. What he has not visited his whole entire life he would be doing it at the start of this mission for about 2-3 weeks planned. The first stop would of course be to the Wind Country, HIS stop to be exact, there he will obtain his new companion that will assist him at all times. The next stop will be decided upon who's objective is closer. But that of course will be decided when everyone is at one spot.

It was about time the young genin had finally arrived his first intended location, the Gates of Konoha. The gates somewhat made him feel small for a moment as he tried to make a walk for the outside when he was completely stopped in his tracks by the village guards. And after showing off papers, and a little conversation of the areas he is visiting the guards opened up the gate and let him through to the outside gate. Long after he walked outside the gate he gave a small wave to the guards as he approached the outside and looked around. His eyes slowly gazing over the trees and pathways that would lead him to the great outdoors slowly smelling the great aroma that hovered around the area. It was truly magnificent, he had not smelled such aroma since like ever as he was never out of his village.

His eyes then shifted again to a person standing just a few feet away from himself, and taking a better look at the person she seemed familiar to Shuhei. Shuhei slowly began to walk towards her in hopes of catching her attention. There he was almost completely dressed different than the last time they had met, except Shuhei still had his mask covering the scars on his face. As the man slowly approached the girl, figuring she was one if the team mates to accompany him on his journey, and Shuhei on their own he slowly gave a small wave. "Hey, we meet again..." he said as he waved, hoping this time around they'd have a better communication session.

And so it begins... [Travel Topic] Vide
PostSubject: Re: And so it begins... [Travel Topic] And so it begins... [Travel Topic] EmptyTue 02 Oct 2012, 6:43 pm

Ah, and so a mission had been bestowed upon Kimiko to lead with a team of three Genin. Two were her own students, Haretsu Kemuri and Yamanaka Fugaku, the latter of whom she had not yet met in person. The other Genin she would be leading for this almost round trip of the shinobi world was Aburame Shuhei, somebody who was a mystery to her completely. She had of course been supplied with his file to read about the youth, and was doing so while packing the final items needed for this long trip. As his name suggested, Shuhei was from the Aburame clan and thus had control over insects. Kimiko had always taken an interest in clans with kekkei genkai’s, and even clan’s in general. Being from a clanless background, she used to be jealous of those with a lucky edge in the Academy (such as the Uchiha and Hyuuga), but as she grew up both in mind and in maturity, she wanted to know more about them out of pure interest. And thus, she knew a little bit of basic information about most clans in Konoha, but details were sketchy indeed, as they were in this file. Upon reading it back to front, upside down, backwards and sideways, she packed it along with the well-thumbed files of her students.

With that, she stated to run through a mental check about the contents of her rucksack. She had mainly packed dried foods for the journey, plenty of water flasks and weather-appropriate clothing. Their route took them through the very harsh Wind Country which was in essence a huge desert, and she had packed appropriately for those conditions. Being out in the wilderness for a long time with her father for her intensive training meant that she knew quite a lot about survival while travelling and not having the luxury of being at home. She knew many survival tips and tricks that she would use to keep her students and herself alive and well for their journey. She double-checked her rucksack once more, and then tightened the ties at the top, tying them in a secure knot to keep everything inside. She shrugged the rucksack over her shoulders and absently tidied the kitchen after her wholesome breakfast of muesli and natural yoghurt with plenty of fruit. She was going to be traversing the wilderness for a long time, after all, and would need to get fresh food in her system before she had to resort to food of the dried, packaged variety. After yet another check that she had everything and a brief look in the full-length mirror as she went to leave the house, she started for the door and locked it securely behind her. She would have usually worried about her pet falcon, Susu, but he had gone to live with her father for the time that she would be away on the mission, and her younger sister had promised to write if she could. Although the chances of that happening were very slim indeed.

For any mission, Kimiko always wore her Chuunin flak jacket and sported a much more sensible attire in comparison to her day-to-day wear. Underneath her flak jacket she picked out a three-quarter sleeved grey shirt, under which was a long-sleeved mesh shirt which showed on her arms and around her neck, a dark green skirt with skin-tight black leggings underneath which reached just below her knees, and a sturdy pair of black shinobi sandals that traditionally showed her toes. Her Konohagakure headband was tied securely around her forehead, the green material showing at the back of her head. Her long black locks had been put up in a messy bun, leaving a few bangs framing her face. Bandages were tied around her upper right thigh where she had strapped a kunai holster, and around her waist were two brown hip bags with their straps crossing over her lower back. The hip bags contained weapons and scrolls, and other such combat equipment. Strapped just above her weapon bags was the red leather strap which held her trusted fan in place, adjusted slightly due to the rucksack she was carrying today. Said rucksack was rather unremarkable in appearance, black with pockets fastened by clips and a tie at the top. It was much heavier than it appeared, however, but Kimiko didn’t have any problems with its weight. What she did have a problem with was being weighed down with so much equipment, and she resented having to venture on such a long mission.

It didn’t take her very long to reach the village gates from her apartment due to it being situated right in the middle of the village, and before long she saw two figures dotted just outside of the gates. Upon closer inspection, she recognised the braided blonde hair of Kemuri, but didn’t recognise the figure that had just appeared to have joined her. ‘Now… it can’t be Fugaku because his file’s picture looks nothing like this individual… that means it’s Shuhei stood with her.’ She concluded while she was walking, already sporting a warm smile of greeting. They must have both been early, because Kimiko could never be late; her body clock wouldn’t allow it. “Good morning, both of you!” She called as she drew closer still, and stopped just short of the pair. “It’s nice to see you again, Kemuri. And you must be Shuhei; it’s a pleasure to meet you. My name is Katsumi Kimiko, and I’ll be leading this mission for its duration across many lands.” She said her greetings to the female Genin and introduced herself to the male, smiling all the while. She paused and looked up at the sky, deducing from the sun’s position in the sky that it was still quite early in the morning. When she was at home it had been 10, and she guessed from what the sky told her and her common sense that it must still be before 11 am. Therefore their final team member Fugaku was not yet late. “We’ll just wait for the arrival of our final team mate and then we should get going.” She stated with a nod, looking back over her shoulder into the village and searching the moving crowds for the one that she would recognise as her student.

And so it begins... [Travel Topic] Vide
PostSubject: Re: And so it begins... [Travel Topic] And so it begins... [Travel Topic] EmptyWed 03 Oct 2012, 5:47 am

The time has come. This was the day Fu has long awaited for. This was going to be the day of Fu's first step outside the gates of Konoha. Over the night Fu had packed himself enough gear to last for the next 2 weeks. Clothes, foods, books, kunai, poison, you name it and Fu had it. Fu was somewhat of the cautious type so he had to be prepared for everything. On top of that he's a neat freak and everything had to be perfect. Some would say he had an OCD but he himself would say that's just the way things needed to be. This part of Fu usually didn't make him blend very well with others along with the fact that he didn't too much care for other anyhow. However, Fu had already promised himself that he would make the best of this situation even if the people he was traveling with were a bunch of losers. With that in thought Fu threw on his ruck and made his way to the front gate.

As Fu walked he couldn't help but notice it was a fairly nice day out. The temperature sat at a fairly decent 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit with a slight breeze just enough feel but not make one chill. The air had the smell of a light pine that gave the nose a kick of happiness. The birds flew gay across the white puff clouds chirping in perfect sequence with one another. There wasn't a single piece of brown grass within Fu's eye sight the entire walk to the main gate. Ahhh, This is such a perfect day. Fu though as he was satisfied with what nature had brought him; he felt that this day was going to be alright. All he hoped for now was that the squad was just as perfect.

Strutting like a lone soldier Fu pull out his scroll in which the Hokage had sent by orders to read over it once more.
Quote :

Yamanaka, Fu

For you whom I have given this special privilege too, I am hoping in my best regards that you take full advantage of our journey. I have assigned you along with three other shinobi of the Leaf to team up, train, make friendship, and strengthen the bonds of the Leaf village. I've specially picked the four of you in hopes that one of you would one day carry that special "Will of Fire" and one day take my place as the Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village. Your subordinates accompanying you will be chunnin Katsumi, Kimiko, genin Haretsu, Kemuri, and genin Aburame, Shuhei. Meet them at the village’s main gate and your journey will begin. I'm placing my faith in all of you in hopes that one day I have my successor. I want you to go out as children as come back as adult. I wish you all well.

Your Hokage, Ridori, Mitsu

Fu then closed the scroll and thought to himself that the name Katsumi, Kimiko sounds familiar. Clueless to why he just and looked up only to see the gate near the distance.

Closing in Fu could see three people ahead looking as if they were chatting amongst one another. Fu himself not much of a talker Fu couldn't decide what exactly to say. Time had run out and Fu had made it to the gate mumbling under his breath still trying to figure out a line to shoot. His head was in the downward position so he hadn't even noticed that he was close enough for the three to hear his words. He looked up and was so surprised that he said the first thing that came to mind. "Hiiiii!!!!" Fu had stumbled on the single rock in the grass and face planted himself near the eldest one's feet. Embarrassed he would just lay there and not get up. "The name is Yamanaka, Fu." He said but sounded like mumble due to his mouth being filled with grass.

The girl known as Kemuri Haretsu had never exactly been a lucky individual nor one that the gods seemed to favor above others. So it was far from surprising to see her first teammate break away from the crowds sans the cloak he had worn last time. The mask of course was very familiar, as were the matching burns of his body which looked eerily similar to the ones she had seen on his face, and she quickly identified him as the boy from the other day named Shuhei. Some people in the morning crowd stared, luckily there were not too many of them out and about quite yet. She could only assume he held a smile behind his mask as he spoke with a tone that was bordering the line on jovial.

”Hey, we meet again…”

”Ye-“, the words cut off as Kemuri spotted the one person she was not looking forward to seeing after their last encounter. Her mild amusement from being paired with this boy whom she believed had a crush on her went out the window with the appearance of a woman with a large fan strapped to her back. The woman of course was on Katsumi Kimiko and the bane of Kemuri’s existence. The woman whom Kemuri felt she outclassed in every ninja skill the two shared and further could not lead a tuna roll out of a binto box for lunch. The blonde girl grimaced and went silent as she waited for Miss Kimiko to join them at the gates.

““It’s nice to see you again, Kemuri. And you must be Shuhei; it’s a pleasure to meet you. My name is Katsumi Kimiko, and I’ll be leading this mission for its duration across many lands. We’ll just wait for the arrival of our final team mate and then we should get going.”

Kemuri heard the chuunin speak but did not offer it much credence. Of course they would wait, they could not quite just let the boy try and catch up as they wove through the forests and hills to reach the sands of the Land of Wind. Luckily the wait was not terribly long before another boy seemed to break away from the crowd thus evening out the gender ratio. Two boys, two girls. Of course as that boy approached he showed himself to be either the fool or the klutz as he tripped over a rock and face planted not far from where his fellow genin were standing. It just also happened to be at the very feet of Kimiko. ”The name is Yamanaka, Fu.” came a muffled urging with a mouthful of grass.

This was simply the perfect scenario. A boy with a mask, the incompetent team leader, some guy with blonde hair who apparently had never been taught to watch where he walked for potential hazards; all grouped together with a girl like Kemuri who had a short fuse and a big keg of explosions attached to it. Sure, this would either go splendidly well and they’d all grow stronger and smarter for their work in the coming weeks or Kemuri would kill them all in their sleep or herself out of frustration and boredome. Such is the spice of life, that sense of surprise and chance. thought the genin terrorist. Regardless of who was assigned as her partner, the Haretsu girl would keep her own goals for this trip in mind to refrain from simply going off the chain and the strict orders she was under by the Hokage. After all, a girl of her talent and bloodline was kept a close eye on, otherwise she’d be out doing this trip on her own and without the Kage’s leash in the form of a bothersome chuunin.

”Alright, we’re all here right? Let’s go.”, the statement offered while ignoring both Fu Yamanaka and the Shuhei boy. She at least offered the boy with the mask a halfhearted smile, tugging her backpack closer to her own body with a pull on the straps and stepping forward down the road. This trip was going to be a bother, and all to create some good will with Kumogakure and gain some allies for the village of the hidden leaf. Though she respected her home and its decision to send her, they could have just as well sent someone else. ”You all can argue who is cooking for our first night out, I promise it won’t be me. Unless you enjoy your meal extra crispy.”

PostSubject: Re: And so it begins... [Travel Topic] And so it begins... [Travel Topic] EmptyFri 05 Oct 2012, 2:44 am

Shuehi yawned as he waited for the next two persons to arrive. Of course he had not eaten nothing to start off the day as it always ended up coming out the most disgusting way and he wasn’t about to stop the team to do one of his own around a jungle. Besides he forgot papers, and WASN”T about to use a leaf to clean himself, or was he? He thought to himself as he remembered his hatred towards the Leaf village. His pointing finger slightly tapping the bottom of his chin as he thought about this as he heard the coming steps of a person. Maybe, another team member? Perhaps…. As he looked back to the sounds of steps noticed it was most likely the Chuunin that was supposed to escort the young genin. He didn’t really mind what he had just said to Kemuri or what she was trying to say to him as her words were completely cut off by the Chuunin.

Her words were soft, she herself seemed like she was too nice to even kill an animal. This was unacceptable for Shuhei. And though he didn’t paid much attention to her he nodded in response to her questions to him. He remained on one corner, listening and gathering information about every single member of his team, besides knowing your team can be used as an advantage later in the future. There was only one boy left to arrive so the group decided to wait for him without the thinking of it.The three individuals including Shuhei would wait patiently, while a cold silence began to breeze through the area. It was clear there was going to be some tension between the others around here, especially coming the Kimiko, and Kemuri girl. Shuhei sighed as he continued to wait, thinking of the odds that the third team mate would be a girl and frowned. Hopefully it was another boy, otherwise he would go crazy with all of this girl drama or tension between the two.

It wasn’t so long of the wait when the other team mate approached the location. A blonde konoha ninja, must be a Yamanak- his thoughts completely cut off as he began to speak. “The name is Yamanaka, Fu.” He said after stupidly stumbling over the single rock in the area and falling face forward e nding with a mouth full of grass. Talk about clumsy..Shuhei watched as the boy got up with a raised eyebrow he wondered if he could still change his mind and have another girl in the team. But then focused his look on the other girl, Kemuri. He watched as she spoke and began to walk. It was clear the girl had a problem with the chuunin, but whatever it was Shuhei was not about to get in the way of it. His mind focused back to the mission’s goal which was to deliver a statue to Kumogakure, and form some sort of an alliance If possible. Though Shuhei didn’t really found the reason as to why a stupid statue. How the hell can a statue make Kumo and Konoha agree to good terms?

He watched the girl give him a halfhearted smile which meant to Shuehi at least that they were on good terms. He began to walk right after the girl would, make his way to begin his journey. Assuming the others followed without question the mission had begin, though a first stop would have to be made in Kaze no Kuni.

And so it begins... [Travel Topic] Vide
PostSubject: Re: And so it begins... [Travel Topic] And so it begins... [Travel Topic] EmptyFri 05 Oct 2012, 9:09 pm

{OOC: Very short post, sorry}

Kimiko couldn’t help but notice the hostility that she was receiving from both Kemuri and even Shuhei who didn’t even really acknowledge her presence. She frowned; is this what being nice got you these days? Apparently so since not a word was said between them while they waited for Fugaku to arrive. She wasn’t about to make an effort with people who obviously looked down on her for reasons unknown, and was relieved when the other member of their squad arrived. Before he could introduce himself, however, he had stumbled on a rock behind where Kimiko herself was stood. The boy was caught unawares and fell straight down on his face, at which she flinched at the sight of it. Whereas Kemuri and Shuhei had begun to walk off, Kimiko leant down slightly as the boy introduced himself as Yamanaka Fu and held her hand out to him for him to grab hold of and help him up. “Hello Fu, I’m Katsumi Kimiko, your actual squad leader and the mission leader for today.” She introduced herself as well, waiting for the boy to get up of his own accord or using her hand as a help.

She was going to call him Fugaku, but due to him introducing himself as Fu he probably didn’t like his full name like she didn’t like hers. Not one to disrespect one’s wishes, Kimiko then started walking when her student was stood upright also. She caught up to Kemuri and Shuhei with ease for the pair had not been walking overly fast, and she just heard the female’s comment about cooking. “Since I’m to be your team leader for this mission, I’ll cook for the first night. That’s done without much hassle, hm?” She decided, it was only right in her eyes after all. She had probably packed the most supplies out of the team, and being the Chuunin leader she was automatically given responsibility for the team’s wellbeing during the mission. She couldn’t help but hope that respect for her as a person and a leader would grow over the duration of the mission, because she couldn’t have her own student and a Genin of the village disrespecting her. But she also couldn’t ask up front about it, that would be needy and strange. She would get on with it and act business-like towards those two, perhaps be nice to Fu if he didn’t look down on niceness like Kemuri and Shuhei did. This mission was indeed important, and she couldn’t help but feel… honoured the more she thought about how it would help their tense relations with Kumogakure if they completed it well. It was of course only a symbol, but it was the extending of an olive branch, the wish for peace that would hopefully be regarded by the Village Hidden in the Clouds.

Having visited Kumogakure for herself, she knew that it was a good village, very much like Konohagakure was, although the latter was her home and the village she fought for. The Raikage at the time when she had visited was understanding and allowed her into the gates, but she wasn’t sure about the new Raikage. News travelled fast in the shinobi world, and it wasn’t exactly a secret (at least not to the right people, and her father was in a relative deal of ‘the know’) that there was discussions of a new Raikage on the cards. With their group complete, they headed for Kaze no Kuni, the Wind Country, for the first leg of their long journey.

PostSubject: Re: And so it begins... [Travel Topic] And so it begins... [Travel Topic] EmptyFri 12 Oct 2012, 11:09 pm

(ooc: Moving on without Aries, I am not waiting a week between posts)

“Since I’m to be your team leader for this mission, I’ll cook for the first night. That’s done without much hassle, hm?” the words came from the team leader, sounding just a tad too chipper for the Haretsu girl’s taste. It did not matter, there were larger problems on her mind as she walked towards the edge of Konohagakure no Sato with a team. One of her team members were not only injured, but bleeding. From her experience Kemuri knew that blood could be tracked and even a well bandaged wound was still a liability especially on a trek planned to be as long as this one.

”You… umm… umm… Clumsy idiot. Fu, right? How about you go home before you get yourself and the rest of us killed. You can barely walk right, and we plan to do a lot of walking through various terrains. I think it’s time you head back before we go too far, yeah? Yeah.”

Her voice was cold, speaking it as a statement rather than a question. That kid was in no condition to travel with his head wound and apparently the inability to walk. The thought brought a grimace to the genin as she walked alongside Shuhei with their sensei barely a step or two behind. Kemuri was a lot of things but a sitting duck she would never become, if the boy could not keep up and take care of himself then he had no place here amongst the elite on a mission to gain allies of all sorts for the village. She herself had picked off several wounded warriors who were tired from their long travels protecting the caravans they walked beside.

[color=blue]”Look fruit loop, this isn’t a discussion or a polite suggestion. There are some chuunin patrols that come out this far, go find one and go home. Or I’ll kill you. Understood, yeah? Yeah.”

Eyes flicked to the masked Shuhei and she unsnapped a pouch on her belt tugged something into the palm of her hand quietly. If this genin was going to argue then she was going to convince him with a bit of coercion. The type of coercion that involved blood, guts, broken bones, and teeth being removed from a person via explosions while Kemuri looked on with a mildly amused expression. The clay she had palmed, keeping it from view from Kimiko by keeping her body turned to block her line of sight while using her hand cupped to prevent Shuhei from seeing the white chunk as it was swallowed by the mouth in her hand. Quietly it chewed away, adding her chakra and shaping it as she might need.

After the threat was leveled towards the boy and the blonde haired child readied herself for combat it was time to move on with not only the mission but her life. Stepping up atop a rock and then down, not bothering to change her path to avoid the boulder, she trudged forwards with an eye occasionally flicking over her shoulder to make sure Kimiko kept up and Shuhei was not staring at her too often. Soon they would reach the border and finally be gone from the village for a few weeks. The lush greenery would fade to sand, the cool air would be replaced with heat, and most importantly Shuhei would find his ally for the village somewhere in the sands. Maybe while he was out and about Kimiko and Kemuri could settle their differences where they decided to camp and wait for their partner. Regardless, it was time to move on rather than wait around for a wounded idiot.

You can barely walk right, and we plan to do a lot of walking through various terrains. I think it’s time you head back before we go too far, yeah? The other genins knee was bleeding, which was certainly a problem since they were traveling along various countries. Kemuri had big reason as to speak this way, seeing that it was the start of their travel and one of them was already injured it would be best that they leave him behind and let him go back home. To the ears of others, her words were cold, with little to no ways of explaining that was kind actually. Shuhei nodded though as he enforced the Kemuri girl. ”Yes it is best if you leave…blood can be considered the easiest method to track a person, and we can’t be bothered with such minute problems,” His words followed after the girls, hoping to enforce her own word. Her points were valid, and it would be best if they traveled in a group of three anyways. ”Look fruit loop, this isn’t a discussion or a polite suggestion. There are some chuunin patrols that come out this far, go find one and go home. Or I’ll kill you. Understood, yeah? Yeah.” Shuhei remained silent after her words. He could already see the other genin frowning, and possibly thinking of walking back to the village. His matter on this mission was now over.

After hours of walking the sand was beginning to become visible to the genin. The hot air brushed through his hair as Shuhei simply slipped off his mask. His face now visible to others, he couldn’t keep it on due to the eat. It was almost a feeling like he was being suffocated. He would look to his left, only to take a quick glance at Kemuri giving her a half hearted smile. Whether she was planning something or not, he was really not the person to intervene on that matter. He didn’t really mind showing his face to Kemuri, though the other one, Kimiko was one that had not seen his face before. So she would most likely be confused as to how it happened. But ofcourse Shuhei was not about to tell anyone his private matters. He didn’t exactly fully thrusted these individuals, so sleeping with an eye open is a must. Kemuri had truly showed her actually personality, but didn’t really surprised the young man, instead it entertained him. ”My stop seems to be getting closer,” He murmured to himself as he walked along Kemuri, Kimiko walking a few steps behind them.
