| Hi, If you don't know me. DS here.
Over the past 2 weekends, me and 2 friends have really gone hardcore into building a Trebuchet. If you don't know what this is, it is a medieval catapult that utilizes a weight and swinging arm to launch projectiles (i.e. Rocks) at high speeds and over large distances.
The first weekend was mainly planning it.
In this thread I will be posting Pictures of the Work.
Day 1:
Base - The Lower Half of it was constructed, This is where the mechanics will sit on it. 8' by 4'.

Crossbraces added for additional support, arms constructed.

Basket (what holds the weight) constructed, it holds 2 80lbs concrete bags. Gutter constructed (Where the swinging arm slides through) Axle Built. (Not in picture)
