This is the main issue. It's really hard for me to create teams when there are very few active members. I'll be doing an activity check soon, but for now I don't think we'll be having teams until activity picks back up. Sorry.

Here's the deal with teams:

We tried to make them before in the past but the problem with teams is that they are reliant on all the members being active and posting regularly. What we found in the past is that after going through the trouble of creating a balanced team (by looking at the character builds and RP ability) that one person would inevitably vanish on us and thus the whole team would crash. Another problem we found is the genin/jounin ratio. We simply had many more genin than jounin who were willing to take a team.

Will we be forming teams in the future? That is hard to say. Currently the activity in Kumo is low and the focus right now is to get everyone back into the swing of RPing. If the activity in Kumo becomes strong once more we may consider trying to build traditional teams. As it currently stands it is more upon the users to decide which people they like to RP with and which people are active enough for their tastes. I have posted a request in the "Seeking RPs" thread, asking every and all Kumo ninja to begin RPing. Send me a PM if you are interested as I'm always up for an RP and I do post regularly.

In short, show activity and we will consider teams, until then don't worry about it.
