First off, that wasn't the manga getting back on track with Sasuke. That was just the translators trying to be funny; hence the "Genius" face at the bottom.
Second; No, no, no, no, no no no no no no no NONONONONONONO NO. That would just be focusing on ANOTHER Uchiha bastard, and more, the WORST Uchiha bastard. |

So unintentionally, Obito's shift to the dark side was the reason behind Naruto's pain and suffering as a child.
