Smile You make your character application in http://www.ultimateshinobi.org/f8-character-registration but be sure to read the rules in here http://www.ultimateshinobi.org/f2-rules-and-guides. Be sure to read not only the Ultimate Shinobi's Law but also the Ultimate Shinobi's System. It's important to know a bit how the systems work and such before starting on your character. It can also help to skim through other character applications and see how they do it.

READ ALL THE RULES! cheers In all seriousness, check out the Rules & Guides section, particularly the stickied topics at the top of the page. To create your character, you'll need to go to the Character Registration area and fill out the provided template. Make sure you check out the Special Characteristics guide, Face Claims topic and if you want to create/belong to a clan, the Clan Registration area.

Also, welcome to Ultimate Shinobi, Strelok! Very Happy
