Yeah...if anyone else here is on the East Coast, or just paying attention to the weather reports and such, this isn't news, but due to the hurricane that's going to be ripping through here, there's a chance I'll lose power for a good while. I'm hoping I won't, and I'm going to work on that posts I owe, but there are no guarantees. This is just a preemptive post, so I can get this out of the way before something DOES happen. Yeppers.

Lol. I live in Delaware. Getting hit by brunt of the hurricane. Still gots power. Thing is really a major exaggeration, unless you live like; RIGHT on the coastline. Although a friend of mine from New York said it was pretty bad, so I guess the farther you are from the center, the worse it is for you. Who'da thunk. Good luck though Wink

I've had the lights flicker enough times for me to be wary of the possibility of a power outage. Not to mention this area had a long power outage before. The apartment I'm in is kind of dingy, so I wouldn't really be surprised. XD

So far Hurricane Sandy is a bitch. I live in Ohio, and we're still getting crazy shit. I can only imagine what those closer to the coast are seeing. :c

That actually sounds really fun. I'll have to try it. Rofl. Anyways, last night was pretty scary. Power was going out on and off, and the wind really picked up around 1 am here. It honestly sounded like the shingles of our house were being peeled off the roof, but as far as I can see, they're still there. There are some trees down, but mostly just limbs and debris. I was watching the news earlier this morning, and I'm just glad I don't live in the cities off beaches - basically the beach is now on the streets of those cities. I hope everyone is safe and sound. <3
