First off, that wasn't the manga getting back on track with Sasuke. That was just the translators trying to be funny; hence the "Genius" face at the bottom.

So unintentionally, Obito's shift to the dark side was the reason behind Naruto's pain and suffering as a child. That's real intersting in my opinion..cause its all thanks to Rin's death..and nothing more. |
