I saw in the SC for Raiton Master it listed Vibration techniques. No one seems to know in C-box, so I am asking, what is Vibration Release, and how does it differ from Sound Release(Air vibrations)?

Sorry for not responding sooner. Vibration Release is pretty much the same thing as Sound Release; except it's meant to affect solids and liquids as opposed to air vibration. Regardless, the whole concept will be scrapped eventually and replaced for a more reasonable ability for Raiton.
