| A plot based mission for Kiseki. I will be RPing as my Raikage for the first part of the Mission; and the NPCs + Daiymo for the second part.
Mission Title: Protect the Daimyo Mission Type: Custom Mission Location: Raikage's Office & Shuuren Theatre Shinobi Requirement: Jounin+. Username must be Kiseki. Mission Rank: A-rank Mission Objective: The Kaminari Daimyo is visiting Kumogakure for his biannual viewing of the wondrous plays displayed at the Shuuren Theatre. Because he is in the sanctity of the Hidden Cloud Village, the defenses are minimal, however such an honorable man shall not be left without his bodyguards. You will be accompanied by two KYOBU ninja who will keep an eye on the Daimyo from the shadows, while you remain as his personal bodyguard in his booth. No one is allowed in the booth other than the Daimyo and his bodyguard. It is your job to ensure it remains this way. Report to the Raikage's Office before the mission for a full briefing. Name: Kageshi, Ryoru Letter Rank: A-rank Specialty: Ninjutsu | Taijutsu Elemental Affinities: Raiton | Fuuton Combat Style: Ryoru is more of a defensive type when it comes to combat. He relies on his Raiton and Fuuton ninjutsu to strike his enemies from afar and stall them long enough for him to get close. This tactic is perfect in preventing many fleeing targets from getting too far; and to ensure he can keep up with them Ryoru has managed to advance his running ability to match even the quickest of opponents. Once he does get close enough to the target, or get them to stop fleeing; Ryoru switches to his close combat fists and kicks tactic of Taijutsu. Being an apprentice in Taekwondo for several years, Ryoru is incredibly confident about his Taijutsu, however his lack of elemental attributes in his techniques leaves him at somewhat of a disadvantage to other Taijutsu fighters. Training Requirements: A 1600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The final level in the art of speed accessible to those who have undergone intense training in high speed movement. The possessor of this talent has an increased speed of 60% which makes them remarkably faster. At this stage their speed has transcended so high that their movements are essentially instant, being capable of enclosing short distances in a blink and moving at undetectable levels.
Name: Demolishing Strength Rank: A Type: Physical Physical Requirements: Must Specialize in Weaponry or Taijutsu. Training Requirements: A 1600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The final level in the art of strength accessible to those who have undergone intensive training in increasing their raw power. The possessor of this talent has an increased strength of 60% which makes them remarkably stronger. At this stage their strength has transcended so high that they can now lift small boulders with their might and create small craters on the ground.
Name: Raiton Master Rank: A Type: Chakra Based Physical Requirements: Must have Lightning Prodigy Training Requirements: A 1600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The title given to those elite ninja who've become legendary for their power and skill over the lightning element. Being classified as a prodigy during their early years, the ninja has now mastered the lightning element and attains great power from their continuous training. The ninja's lightning is now 40% more destructive, which is measured via the increase in voltage and in size. The user can now more naturally flow lightning chakra through their body which allows them absorb other forms of lightning that is of lower rank than the user and nullify the attack. Through such mastery they also gain the ability to access a sub-element from the lightning element known as 'Vibration Release'. This allows them to create specialized jutsu under this sub-element. Description: Ryoru is exactly five feet and ten inches strong; weighing no more than the average 180lbs for his large framed build. Though his main fighting style revolves around the use of kicking instead of punching; his upper body strength is enough to expose some of his muscle through regular clothing. His dark, Kumogakure skin and face are usually hidden beneath a KYOBU mask and shroud to signify his position among his peers. He takes his job very seriously, and keeps his arsenal supplied with plenty of shuriken, kunai and explosive notes. Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Medium: Optical Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. They will then form the needed hand seal and emit a bolt of electricity into the water which will increase its defensive effectiveness and stun any targets who attempt to pass through. Chakra Cost: 6
Name: Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder Rank: C-A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Raiton (Lightning) Description: This technique allows the user to create a wave of electricity from their hands. Name: Gian - False Darkness Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Raiton (Lightning) Description: The user emits lightning in the shape of a spear from his/her mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock, meaning it has a high killing potential. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri. Chakra Cost: 23

If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. Name: Juha: Reppushou - Beast Wave: Gale Wind Palm Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: The user will create a powerful burst of charka in shape of a claw from his or her dominate hand which can strike out against his or her enemy. This wind can be used to help fan the flames of a Fire element attack or cause the tornadoes to set ablaze; becoming flaming hurricanes. Chakra Cost: 12
Name: Atsugai - Pressure Damage Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: A tornado-like mass is compressed until it has a very high density and is then released. The wind pressure is raised to its highest limit, and once the technique hits the target, the resulting blast sweeps everyone off their feet. If the technique is used by someone who has mastered wind nature transformation, the blast can hit a vast range, inflicting massive damage on both the target and their surroundings. Chakra Cost: 21
Name: Shinkuuha - Vacuum Wave Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: The user takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries amongst those hit, which may even prove fatal. Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Because the chakra of each clone is evenly distributed, the user and each clone will contain the same amount of chakra after deducting the initial chakra cost. All remaining chakra on the clone after it is dispersed is refunded to the user. Name: Timoru, Satoshi Letter Rank: A-rank Specialty: Ninjutsu | Taijutsu Elemental Affinities: Suiton | Katon Combat Style: Unlike his comrade, Ryoru, Satoshi prefers to remain on the defensive; acting as a very effective bodyguard should the time arise. When in combat, he’ll tend to close the distance as soon as possible, before firing off a wide variety of punches and kicks; usually those that are elementally enhanced. His preferred element is Katon of course; as it allows him to heat up his punches and even char a person’s face with a mere punch. Suiton however is also used; though mainly with Ninjutsu to stall the target long enough for him to get into a range where he can strike his enemy down and effectively subdue them. The possessor of this talent has an increased strength of 60% which makes them remarkably tougher and harder to down. At this stage their endurance has transcended so high that they can now withstand even life threatening injuries and continue fighting, even at a point where others would have passed out. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade. This sword can also go through most fire jutsu of equal rank and below. Name: Haran Banshou - Stormy Upheaval Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: This technique allows the user to summon a large volume of water; roughly the size of a waterfall, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in just an instant. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Baku Suishouha - Bursting Water Collision Waves Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel water from his/her gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. User is left vulnerable when using this technique, and it requires an entire post to create a pool of water. 3 posts can mimic a lake. Chakra Cost: 14 (3 per post)
Name: Ja no Kuchi - Serpent Mouth Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: This technique allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping jaw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away. Chakra Cost: 15 (4 per post)
Name: Suishouha - Water Collision Destruction Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: This technique allows the user to make a spiralling vortex of water from the moisture in the air. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can control the direction the wave goes. Chakra Cost: 22

Name: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. Chakra Cost: 5 (2 per post)
Name: Ryuuka no Jutsu - Dragon Fire Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Karyuu Endan - Fire Dragon Flame Projectile Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: The user kneads chakra into flames, which are then manipulated into a genuine-looking dragon. Since the art of having the flames obey the user's will is outrageously difficult, its mastery is restricted to a limited number of skillful shinobi. Chakra Cost: 15 (4 per post)
Name: Zukokku - Head Mincing Pain Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: After the user spits out a small fireball that erupts into a giant firestorm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade. Chakra Cost: 23

Name: Bakuyaku Keru - Explosive Kick Rank: A Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: Bakuyaku Keru is an advanced taijutsu technique utilizing the fire element. After applying a large sum of chakra into a single leg, the user may proceed to bring that leg down or toward the enemy, effectively releasing all of the Katon chakra stored within it. This explosion of energy generates upwards of third degree burns, and is enough to push the enemy back a good meter or two. The jutsu has a bit of a recoil effect though; as it can leave the user’s foot a bit charred after contact. Chakra Cost: 23
