okay, i'm still new here and I was wondering about something. is there a way for me to seal a primary weapon into my gloves with fuuinjutsu? like sealing my staff in one hand and my bow in another?

If you have the fuinjutsu specialty I'm pretty sure there wouldn't be an objection to doing so. Now if all you had was weaponry itself then there might be issues since, at least as I read the rules, weaponry alone only allows sealing of things into scrolls.

I have a main specialty in Fuuinjutsu with a sub in weaponry on the character I'm making

You'd need a custom Fuuinjutsu to seal something anywhere other than a scroll. What you can seal must also be equal in rank to the seal you make. Thus you cannot seal a B-rank weapon unless the seal is at least B-rank.
