| I just got my RP character approved  and there is one cell in particular. Should I ask the cell leader if I can join or do I have to ask an Admin first? |

| You'll be wanting o talk to Miguel, the Hokage c: His screen name is WingedBlade. Might not hurt to contact the other members of your desired team too, but Blade is who you're after~ I also suggest posting in the Squad Sign-Ups thread  Good luck with getting in the team you want! |
