It's great and I'm going to buy it for sure. I'm am a PlayStation fan and have been using PS forever so I'm getting the PS4 and mostly because the exclusives, and so far, they got really good exclusives, not to mention that Metal Gear Solid 5 will eventually come out, which I just MUST have and a new Final Fantasy game will be revealed at E3. I'll buy the new Naruto game even though it recycles the same fucking game time after time, the chance to play as some of the newer characters is too good to pass up.
Assassins Creed 4 has been announced to be in the works, keen as fuck for that.
GTA Five out later in the year, didn't buy GTA Four but I'm excited for 5.
Watch Dogs looks like it's going to be game of the year when it comes out.
Tempted to buy a PS3/4 just for The Last of Us, I think that's what it's called. The survival game with weird zombies.
God, I hope there is a Farcry 4 in the works, Farcry 3 was so fucking brilliant. I love the fact that the guy we were playing as actually fucking spoke. Silent first person game protagonists aren't my cup of tea.

This. I have my boyfriend's old Xbox 360. But we've both decided that if Microsoft doesn't release a new console with free online capabilities, or simply make it free for the current Xbox, we'll probably start investing in a PS3 at the least. It's kinda ridiculous that they're the only ones charging for online play, in comparison to the PS3 and Wii. I mean c'mon. Lol. >.<;

Pros

Overall a cheaper console
Controllers have easily replaceable batteries
Imho, user friendlier interface than PS3
Big point to some, minor point to me, but a wider variety of FPS
Can play DVDs
Have you seen that mother fucker? All sleek black shiny and BAWS.
Partially backwards compatible; can't play ALL your favorite previous gen Xbox games, but can still play some of them.

Cons

Red Ring of Death
Graphics tend to be lower quality
Access to online multi-player is a paid service.
Can't play Blu-ray (Though I fail to see why the world needed Blu-ray anyway.)
Lord help you if you knock it over while it's running with a disc inside, because that disc is now ruined.
May be given a browser. Browser is Internet Explorer.

PS3
Pros

Free online service, don't have to pay to play in multi-player
High quality, better graphics overall
Better hardware overall
Older, "first gen" PS3s are fully backwards compatible, playing all PS2 games
Depending on the model, can be pretty sleek black shiny baws itself.
Childhood memories. God speed PS1, god speed.

Cons

One the whole more expensive than an Xbox, especially when it first came out
Controllers much more expensive, given Sony itself only makes wireless controllers; cheaper, wired controllers are generally produced by non-Sony companies, and suck all balls.
Rather than following Xbox's example to render a certain selection of PS2 games compatible, newer PS3s are completely incompatible

I just presumed it couldn't play Blu-ray and DVDs at the same time. Point in case though, if you're using your video game console to watch movies, you're doing it wrong.

Well Mors, my PS3 happens to be the only thing in my house that allows me to watch dvds on my tv. So yeah, I play games and watch movies on it, although it's almost never.
