Hey guys soulsn1per here and i thought i would say hi as this might be my new home instead of ingoo who knows anyways. I hope i like it here. who could i talk to for advice on characters weapons etc?

<3 As for characters and weapons, that's a pretty broad category, which almost anyone here would probably be more than happy to talk to you about xD But I assume you mean more along the lines of seeing what's available here on US specifically/what's allowable, yes? In which case you can still probably get a good general idea off most of the members~ But for more unique things or to get permission for something, you'll want a member of staff (listed on the side panel of the main page); a member of the creation team would be best for character/weapon/jutsu,etc related questions though
