Standing at six feet tall and weighing in at one hundred fifty pounds and has a arm length of three feet. Yuki, Tosho is taller than most of his peers. His eyes are a dark brown and his skin is pale. His face is smooth and resembles a kid’s face. Making Tosho look younger then he really is. Because of this Tosho was always called a baby even by younger kids then himself. His hair is long and silky black just like all the other members of his clan, but instead of it being black he dyes it a pilot light blue. He is always seen dressed in a black and white suit of armor that is light and allows him to move with dexterity, as if he was wearing regular ninja garb. It also lets him hide in snow much easier. The feet of the suit have two spicks on each foot. They are about an inch in length and used to make his kicks that much more deadly. When not in his suit he wears a normal pair of black sweat pants and a plain black short sleeved t-shirt with black socks and black silk slippers.
He is also always seen with his sword on his back that was given to him by his father. He always wears his headband proudly around his helmet amongst his forehead. He also has two scroll holsters one on each side of his chest at an easy accessible spot. He also wears two shuriken holsters one on each leg both positioned in easy accessible places for combat efficiency. He also has a tattoo of his clan symbol on the center of his back, but never really lets people see it. He also carries a fan on his back that is located in a spot that does not interfere with withdrawing his sword, which he does with his right hand and draws his fan with his left. He can be seen from a distance do to his size and hair color, but usually keeps well hidden.

Yuki, Tosho likes to uncover things under the surface of others and is very intuitive. He can be strong willed and determined, almost to the point of being stubborn. This makes him a great competitor, even if he is able to hide this desire to win from you. This also makes him very dominant, controlling and passionate. When he does not have a positive outlet for self-expression, he will sometimes turn inwards and become destructive.
When wronged, he does not easily forgive. It is almost as if Yuki, Tosho invented the word "revenge". However, he will just as easily never forget an act of kindness and is always ready to repay it. He is a very loyal friend, but can be possessive, yet his friends are always glad that he is on their said at the end of the day. He is also conservative when it comes to money, but when he does spend it; he knows the right investments to make.
Brilliant Mind: Yuki, Tosho has a native understanding of humans and often shows psychic tendencies. He is often interested in the mind and its potential powers. As well as many of life's mysteries: birth, sex, death, and regeneration. He is willing to explore things others are afraid to look into. Making him a bit fierce in battle, even more so when it comes down to going up against someone that seems like they can’t be stopped or when nothing is known about them.
Intense: Yuki, Tosho is often a force to be reckoned with. He is passionate, committed and in the same turn, if you are an enemy, he can be just as intensely ruthless. He is so intense, there are few challenges he is not willing to meet. He will also use any information at hand to beat competitors and will not hesitate to move in for the kill.
Weaknesses: Because of his intensity, Yuki, Tosho can be jealous, possessive, and controlling. When mistreated, he will make it his objective to get revenge, even if it takes years. He likes to keep his true emotions hidden from others, which causes people to perceive him as cold and uncaring. He has also always had a problem with not being able to sense hidden enemies, but once he has located them nothing will stop him from taking the enemy out even if it costs his life.

Combat Style: Ba Gua Zhang: based on the theory of continuously changing in response to the situation at hand in order to overcome an opponent with skill rather than brute force. By circling around and circumventing incoming force and resistance, then he applies his own body power from a position of superiority. This strategy allows the smaller and weaker fighter to apply maximum force from an angle at which the larger and stronger opponent cannot resist, effectively making the weaker fighter more powerful at that moment. Tosho has always had a weakness for ambush attacks. Never really being able to sense that there is danger nearby he falls for them easily, but once the enemy is in the open or he knows where the enemy is, he has no problem holding his own.

THE BACKGROUND. History:

Birth arc: Yuki, Tosho was born in Kiri during a of a great snowy wind storm. He was born on the way to the hospital. He was given his nick name because the people that were around at the time had thought that Tosho was the one to bring the windy storm. His mother and father, both full blood Yuki, had lived in Kiri for quite some time. His father was a highly respected shinobi, and his mother was a trust worthy women that made sure that his father was safe from harm. As Yuki,Tosho grew up he idolized his father and the way of the ninja. His mother would always catch him messing with his father’s equipment. His father had been one of the many shinobi to be killed in the line of duty.
Yuki, Tosho was only six years old during the time of his father’s death. The day that he had found out of his father’s death would never be forgotten. Two men had shown up on the door step of his home. Once his mother had opened the door the two men didn’t even have to say anything. All they had to do was hand her his father’s sword that he used as a prized weapon in battle. Yuki, Tosho had been standing behind his mother when she was handed the sword. All he is really able to remember of that day was that his mom would not stop crying and that she would never be the same again.
As Yuki, Tosho got to be about eight or nine years old he had fully dedicated his life to being a shinobi, to fight for his village, and to bring peace back to his people. He would train his body physically night and day only resting to eat and to help his mother with chores around the house. It had been a few years since his father had died, but the pain of his absence still gave him and his mother some problems. his mom had given him everything that was his fathers and even though he knew that his father died as a shinobi. He still wanted to become like his father, so he had decided to join the academy to become a ninja.
Academy arc: When Yuki, Tosho was in the academy he excelled in ninjutsu and trained even harder than he had ever trained in his life both physically and mentally. He didn’t make too many friends during his time in the academy, because of his training. Although he wasn’t always alone, he had made a few friends. One friend in particular was Amaya, Nakamura. Once the two had met each other there was no separating them. The two of them trained together night and day. They soon grew closer and closer together.
Yuki, Tosho's stay at the academy was only a year and once the test came around for him to become a genin, he took it and past. Then at twelve years old he had finally started on his journey to become a great shinobi. He was later assigned to a three man squad and he was lucky enough to have his best friend Amaya, Nakamura on his squad. During the training and missions that he and his team would go on they would come back successful.
Genin arc: In this time Yuki, Tosho had grown up without his father now for about six years and it had been hard for him. It wasn’t just the pain of him losing his father but it was also because of how his mom had changed. She couldn’t keep up with the bills so she started to sleep with men for money. She was always blaming herself for his father’s death and she became addicted to drugs. She still provided for Yuki, Tosho, but only the bare amount of the basic needs like food and a place to live. She was never around though, so he had to raise himself.
He never let his situation at home get in the way of becoming a ninja. What really made him motivated was his father. He continued to look up to him and still wanted to be a great man like he was. Once he started getting a little money from missions he would help his mom pay the rent and he made sure there was always food in the fridge. Things were starting to look good in Yuki, Tosho's life. The only thing he looked forward to having now was a squad and a sensei that could help him become something. Tosho knew that it wouldn’t be an easy task, so as he waited for the day to come when he would be part of a team he trained. He would stay out late and his mother worried, but he knew that it would one day pay off. One day someone would recognize his potential and help him become someone, but until that day Tosho would train and hone his skills.
Now seventeen years old Tosho still hasn’t found a sensei that would take him in, but even with his hopes down he never stopped training himself in the basics that he already knew. He never let it fully bring him down, but the fact was that he was seventeen and still a genin. He himself didn’t have a problem with it, but everyone around him never let him forget. Tosho just shook the words off knowing that it had to be for a reason, but what that reason was he had no clue, when the time came he knew he would take hold of the opportunity and make it his. Tosho felt though that his time would soon come and he would need to be well prepared. So he continued his self-training and made sure that he focused more than he ever had before in his life because one day his life will be in the face of death and if he wasn’t ready he could lose his life.

Tosho had finally been given a team and he was very pleased. It was about time he had a sensei. The team is known as Team Hidenori - Superior Rule. His sensei’s name is INO-KANA YAMANAKA. Tosho hoped that his sensei could teach him more things that would help him reach his goal in life. He woke up with plenty of time to spare. He wasn’t supposed to be at the meeting spot till nine o’clock and it was six thirty in the morning. The watch tower was only an hour or so away, so before leaving his house he made himself some breakfast and ate it quickly. He then dressed himself in his usual garb and made his way out the door.
The day was calm and to Tosho’s surprise the air was not full of mist as it usually was. So on his way to the watch tower he couldn’t help but take his sweet time. Once he arrived to the stair case leading up the tower he realized he may have taken to long and that he might be late. Something he had rarely tried to be. Once he got about half way up the stairs he noticed that there were three guards doing their job and once he reached them he told the shinobi that he was there to meet with his sensei known as INO-KANA YAMANAKA. The guards talked to themselves briefly in a huddle and once they were finished talking they turned around to tell him he wasn’t allowed to pass.
Tosho was shocked he was told that this is where he was to meet his team, but why would they not let him through. So he asked. “Hey whats your problem I was told to be here at nine sharp if I’m late it will be your fault.” He stopped to wait for their response. The guard standing in the middle of the three spoke up. “Hey you little runt what makes you think you can talk to use that way.” Tosho was a bit afraid at the way the man had replied, but it wasn’t going to be helpful to sit and argue with these men, so he thought of an alternant rout. “Okay then I’ll be back.” He told them as he walked back down the stair case. He had noticed while he was talking to the guards that he could sneak around them by using a steam clone.
So once Tosho had reached the bottom he used the proper hand signs to create a steam clone. He then had the clone go meat up with the guards, as he climbed up the side of the tower. As he was waiting at the spot where the guards are standing he waited to hear the confrontation between them and his clone. “Why are you back here you little runt?” the same guard that had spoken before had asked the steam clone. “Fuck you guys I have to pass through here and you can’t stop me.” The steam clone stated as he proceed toward them, but this only enraged the guards, so the man in the middle grabbed the clone by the arm. At that moment the clone popped and steam blew everywhere.
“Now is the perfect time.” He thought as he threw himself over the edge and quickly ran up the stairs and into the door that the guards had moved away from to try and stop the steam clone. He ran so fast that he accidently ran into someone on the other side of the door.
“Oh s*** my bad.” He had stated while he was pulling himself of the person he had ran into. The person he had run into was a female that stood at about five foot and she had reddish hair that was very long. He quickly stood up so not to hurt her anymore than he may have. He then reached down to help her up while stating his name and apologizing once more. “I’m so sorry for that I’m Tosho. You must be a member of Team Hidenori.” He asked as he held his hand out to help the girl stand back up.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Medium: Optical Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Name: Daibakuryuu no Jutsu - Great Exploding Current Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: In order to use this technique, the user must first be on top of water (lake, sea, etc). Then, after preforming the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below. This can possibly drown the opponent. Chakra Cost: 6 (1 per post) Name: Haran Banshou - Stormy Upheaval Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: This technique allows the user to summon a large volume of water; roughly the size of a waterfall, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in just an instant. Chakra Cost: 8 Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: Suiton (Water) Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target, but none utilizing chakra. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel further than 10 meters from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. Chakra Cost: 7 Name: Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a solid bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. Chakra Cost: 9 (2 per post)

If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The properties of the wire also allows the user to guide fire down it with any number of Katon Jutsu. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Kage Senbon no Jutsu - Shadow Senbon Technique Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 1om) Element: N/A Description: This technique seems to be a variation of the Shadow Shuriken Technique, replacing shuriken with senbon. The user throws at the same time a senbon with a distracting item attached to it, and another one without it, so that the opponent will only react to the more obvious projectile and won´t notice the other senbon. However, if the opponent recognises the trick behind it, this technique is easy to evade. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu - Shadow Shuriken Technique Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: N/A Description: It's an extremely simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, to deal with the path of the lower shuriken. If the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency. Chakra Cost: 3

Name: Certain-Kill Ice Spears Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ice Release Range: 0-10m Clan: Yuki Clan Description: The user unleashes giant spikes made of ice if they are endangered by doing a short series of hand signs. Then they concentrate frost at the spot that they want the spear to protrude from. Once that has been done the user will stomp on the ground with one foot and the spear will form. The spears are seven feet in length and two feet in diameter and project from the ground, but before the spears form, a small spiral of frost can be seen in the spot that it will end up protruding from the ground. This jutus can create up to five spears if the user chooses. For one spear it costs C Rank Chakra and for additional spears, it costs more chakra for each additional spear. Uses water around the area to use this jutsu. Chakra Cost: 5 cp for the first one and 3 for every one after.
Name: Hyōton Tsubame Fubuki | Swallow Snow Storm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Hyōton (Ice Release) Clan: Yuki Description: Hyōton Tsubame Fubuki is a ninjutsu technique used by the members of the Yuki clan. This jutsu creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction up to 3 times in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings. Chakra Cost: 5 cp (per 3 needles)
Name: Snowball Justu Rank: C rank Type: Ninjustu Element: Ice Release Range: 10m Clan: Yuki Clan Description: Gathering their chakra into their open palm, a shinobi can create a snowball in their hand. When thrown, the snowball explodes with the impact of an explosive tag with icy shrapnel. Though this usually only causes concussive damage and non-lethal scrapes and scratches: blows to the face might cause permanent damage. Chakra Cost: 6
Name: Ice Prison Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ice Release Range: 0-10m Clan: Yuki Clan Description: This technique allows the user to infuse their chakra with ice or water from the surface of the ground or any source of water and turn it into ice. The user can then trap their opponent within the ice by controlling its movements and completely surrounding them in the ice. The ice forms a sphere shape that is eight feet in circumference. It is strong enough to withstand basic Fire Release techniques of its rank or lower, because the ice has already been infused with the user's chakra. This allows to double as a defensive technique, by the user encasing themselves in the ice. Chakra Cost: 6 cp to use the jutsu and 3 more for every post that it is held.

Name: 風と (Kaze to) “With the wind” Appearance: The blade is made of shinny stainless steel. The blade is fifty-four inches long with a two and a half inch width and it is also double edged. Name: Utsushi fan Appearance: Looking like a traditional Japanese wooden hand fan, light and durable. The design on the fan is that of a Cutworm moth on both sides. The fan looks like a face with eyes, but no mouth. In the middle of each eye is a whole big enough for the user to look through with one eye. I'm afraid it's not an option about your character's hair (or eyes for the matter). You can however say that he dyes his hair, if you insist on keeping the blue-ish color. As for the rest of the appearance, then more detail is needed. You say nothing about his facial features or eyes; and we require that kind of detail even if he tends to wear a helmet or a mask.
- Please link the clan to your application in a manner that the name of it can be pushed for the link. If you do not know the coding then it is like this:

- About your SC, it might be easier for you to apply for an already existing SC. As yours seems to mainly effect jutsu from other clan members of the Yuki clan (and there are about 2 others on the site), and such it might be a waste of a SC slot. However! If you really want it, then it is no problem. The things that need editing are;
It would need to be ranked C - S. How much cold can he withstand? We need a specific number here, and he can't be immune to frost bite and cold in general but he can have more resistance to it. The SC should also be open for other members, if that would sit well with you. I believe that is one of the requirements of making an SC but if you read somewhere something else then feel free to correct me. Also, the correct template for making an SC is: - Code:

- Name: Certain-Kill Ice Spears: This jutsu needs a number of how many spears it can make, and also how big exactly the spears get. Needs a base chakra cost for a specific number of spears and you will need to list the additional cost for more spears.
- Ice Prison Technique: Ice underground ? How do you manage to reach far enough underground to get ice? What if you are in a location where there is not even much water underground (such as a desert)? How large of a prison can you create? Needs a chakra per post cost.
- You have only 13 jutsu, but can have 15. Just a reminder (The E rank jutsu don't count towards the cost)
- Your combat style could use a little adding to. Like, what is his weakness in combat?
- Add a tad bit more about his current life in the history. And also, be careful of your grammar. It is not so bad that I would ask you to edit it here. But keep it in mind when you start rp-ing.

- Two extra things I am going to ask from you; add a little to the personality and appearance. Doesn't need to be much more than 200 words or a bit above that, but mostly so we have a little more to work with. And also, make the appearance rather two similar paragraphs in size rather than one block of text. And my apologies for not wording this out in my first post. |

| Just going to jump in here really quick to say that I counted 17 jutsu on your app, when you're only allowed 15 at creation. So you're going to have to narrow down your jutsu and take out two. That's all. Back to MsMoney |

Can you reduce this down to five spikes. Also, obviously you are going to need hand seals for this. Lastly there needs to be some kind of notification that the ice spikes are forming so that it's not just randomly like: "Ha! My instant ice spikes just insta-appeared through your back!" - Quote :

As you had to bump your character's age a little bit, can you then add a tad bit to his history about his current life? |
