Head/Face: Seiji has a chronically unkempt mane of white hair that reaches to the area around the nape of his neck. The hair feathers outward in a multitude of different angles and directions, giving his hair a sort of shaggy appearance. His face is free of most blemishes besides the occasional pimple or cut that might occur in a bout of training. His face has an androgynous set of facial features that would look good on a man or woman, he could easily pass off as either if he truly wanted to. His eyes are a a light shade of brown, and average in shape.
Body: Though he isn’t very large, his body is lean and well balanced when it comes to muscular physique though if he wore tight cloths you probably wouldn’t see his muscles through them. His body is built for stamina, not for large amounts of raw strength. His body tends to be quite flexible when it needs to be, allowing him to perform acrobatics if need be. Due to his young age, his chest isn’t very broad and he may seem quite small to someone a few inches taller than him. He tends to wear a plain white shirt with a blue collar. If it is cold where he is going he will wear a heavy white jacket with a fluffed hood, covered with a few symbols of the leaf village, one being most visible on his left shoulder.
Lower Body: Seiji tends to wear slightly baggy jeans that allow a wide range of movement while also looking somewhat fashionable. The pants are blue in color, similar to his shirt collar. He wears black sandals that allow for easy movement when in combat.

Casual Life: Being a child in the eyes of many, he likes to spend his free time wandering about konohagakure and enjoying the sites. He tends to be gentlemen like in his pursuit for personal enjoyment and will help people with miniscule tasks if they seem to be having trouble. He tends to be quite ecstatic when doing something good, as it pleases him greatly to know that he can be of help to someone. When in a casual setting he really feels as if there is nothing in the world that can stop his enjoyment of life. He is almost always optimistic about situations and will offer words of encouragement if need be. If someone offers him services that are above his expectations, he may reward them with extra money or something that they want.
Professional Life: He is extremely well mannered and will rigidly conform to formalities of a given situation. He addresses all those with higher rank then him by their formal titles, though if told not to he will comply with their demands. Anyone who shows him that they have no care for acting professional will be looked down upon by him. He is fiercely loyal to those he is commanded by and will do as they say, but if the request is too atypical then he may add in his own opinion on the matter.
Mission: When on a mission, Seiji will play by the rules and will try not to stray from them as long as he can. If completing a mission means leaving an ally to die then so be it, he will follow the mission to a tee. He tends to approach missions in unorthodox ways and has no contempt for those he is told are enemies. If he is to assassinate a person then he will do so ruthlessly. If he accidently kills an innocent or he finds out the target he has slain was incorrect he will feel great moral obligations and to sedate them he may ask for some sort of punishment for his incompetence.
Problem Solving: Seiji has a knack for solving issues that can tend to become troublesome He can help put aside the differences of quarreling parties in order to keep order, though he doesn’t exactly like seeing people fight for petty reasons and he feels that it is his obligation to help people who need it.
Awkward: Being the kind of child that would show you his odd collection of rocks before actually getting to know you, Seiji didn’t have too many friends as a child. This lack of human interaction causes him to have issues talking to large amounts of people, or anyone he is attracted to. He has a small stutter in his speech when things like this happen and it can cause those around him to look down at his issues. If he is speaking to an old friend he can normally keep up a conversation fairly well, but if any sort of embarrassment befalls him then he will continue to stutter. When speaking of things that appeal to his interests he will almost never stutter but he tends to increase the speed of his speaking and may become slightly difficult to understand.
Humble: Seiji really doesn’t like to look down on others because he knows how it feels. He doesn’t boast about his abilities to others and tends to praise others even though they may not have done as well as they could. He tries to get everyone he meets to feel better about themselves in some way. He is quite good at making people feel good about themselves and will do whatever he can to ensure one is confident in their abilities.

THE NINJA. Origin: Land of Iron Affiliation: Konohagakure Rank: Genin Specialties: Fuuinjutsu, Eijutsu Elemental Affinities: Doton, Suiton Combat Style: Seiji is not one to jump into the fray of combat without a very good reason to do so. Being that his role in combat is mostly to support his team, he will not put himself in the line of fire, or deliberately attempt an act of faux heroism. Though he will put himself at risk should he need to reach an injured member of his squad, in order to heal any injuries. That being said, he will still offer suppressing fire and attempt to coax an enemy into a trap that he has set in advance, or made on the fly. Though he is weak at close combat situations, he is more likely to back out of a fight and come back in when the enemy is least expecting it. Special Characteristics:

Name: Improved Perception Rank: C Type: Mental Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The ninja trains their skill in perception and analyzing their environment to more distinct levels. Most physical motions are identified and picked up by the ninja whether its a movement in a leaf or a change in temperature. This skill is handy when faced with Genjutsu as it makes the user capable in identifying an illusion of C-Rank or lower. However although they can sense the Genjutsu they must rely on other methods of breaking the spell. The ninja also becomes extremely perceptive and observant when it comes to people, being able to pick out mood changes or better understand character. In addition, this skill becomes useful in combat, where the Ninja grows to understand the patterns, habits and the 'rhythm' of the opponent over periods of time.

Name: Advanced Stealth Rank: C Type: Physical Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: A skill gained by ninja who have begun to specialize in the art of stealth. The ninja becomes very light and quick on their feet. Their movements no longer create sound and they now gain a natural skill for hiding and camouflage.
THE BACKGROUND. History: Birth: Seiji was born to a small family of samurai in the Land of Iron. His father was an average ranking samurai under the command of a kind Shogun. His mother had no formal training in being a samurai but knew of the techniques and training regime’s. At an early age he began learning to fight with weapons. Though he was also taught finer arts, such as pottery, but more importantly he was taught calligraphy. Even though he was quite young he was already quite good at calligraphy and began to excel at it more and more as he got older. By the time he was 5 he was almost a master at calligraphy. His ability to fight with weapons increased at a steady rate but not as much as his ability to write. Many people were amazed with his mastery of a brush being that he was so young.
Childhood: As time went on Seiji was being trained on how to be a samurai by his father. He was taught how to block projectiles with a blade and how to use it with ease. He really didn’t enjoy using a sword but he wanted to make his father happy. At around the age of 8 he and his mother got word that his father had been killed in battle and they were to evacuate as quickly as possible, due to a possible attack. As they were packing their things the attack had begun and their house was set ablaze by flaming arrows. The searing heat scorched the back of his mother causing her to fall to the ground in pain. She yelled for Seiji to run away but he was awestruck at what was going on. Men closed in on the home and for the first time, he saw a ninja. The ninja’s had been sent on a mission to destroy this village as it had been hiding rogue ninja. Being only a child, he was not killed, his mother was not so lucky. They took Seiji from the home and brought him to Konoha, his eyes glazed with horror the whole way.
Ninja Training: When he arrived in Konoha he was given foster parents and a place to live. These foster parents were horrible to him and beat him profusely when he did anything wrong or disrespected them. He quickly learned to respect authority and call people by formal names. He was enrolled in the Ninja Academy after showing his knack for calligraphy. As he learned the basics in the academy he also discovered books that talked about an art of drawing called Fuuinjutsu. In the books it taught him about how one could channel chakra into certain symbols in order to have certain effects. To pass his Academy Graduation Exam he showed the teachers his ability to seal a weak jutsu inside a seal and then use the seal a second time in order to use the jutsu from before. He was passed and then made a genin.
Abuse: As his time being a genin went on, so did the abuse he got from his parents. One day, while his parents were beating him he grabbed a kunai and murdered his parent’s ruthlessly. He fell asleep and awoke to ninja inside his home the next morning. Being only 11 they didn’t accuse him of anything and he was set free and allowed to live on his own. Living on his own allowed him to mature quicker than most children his age and left him somewhat awkward when it came to social situations as he was somewhat recluse like. Though as time progressed he went on missions and helped his village, though he harbored a small amount of hate for the village because they had taken him from his home and put him the hands of such horrible people.
Roleplay Sample: A pity of pities! A plague of posterity! Oh how the woes of combat shown forth like the brightness that was the sun, the creeping darkness that was death coming up to claim those who’s attempts to survive were all but null and void. The fact of the matter was, though the fishwomen was attempting to save her new comrades, she failed to realize that the large edge of the dock that had fallen into the water was still there, now floating in the waters in the direction of which she moved, and as a result of the negligence, was the cause of her demise. The large wooden pole and wooden corner weighed quite a hefty sum, enough for one moving at her speed to have their skull caved in upon impact with the large hunk of wood, causing instant black out and soon after, death. This moment of accidental peril set the playing field for the destruction of two more foes, as the fish woman was unable to save them due to her untimely demise. The two devil fruit users would sink like stones in the ocean waters, touching the bottom in mere moments, thus the movement of the sand would not happen at all. Oddly enough, there happened to be a cliff, far off into the distance, about thirty miles away to be exact and upon that cliff stood an odd bee creature, though Noh would be unable to see her, she would be unable to see him, even with the scope upon her weapon. The distance was much too far for anyone to see, even with the aid of machinery and tomfoolery. Nonetheless, that fool was not of much matter to Noh at this point in time, as right before the man had jumped upon the beach, Noh had decided to jump upon the stone walkway that was right next to their location, standing about two feet away from where the stone met the sand, which lead into the city. The stone walkway was about five feet high, and quite sturdy. Where Noh once stood, a doppelganger took form at that place, as the man began his odd monologue, most likely trying to be righteous and all, though that was of no importance to Noh, as this man was hostile. Oddly enough the man would slash downwards, but so far and with such force, that the blade cleaved straight through his own right foot. The way this was possible, was as a six foot, one inch tall man, his arms would easily be more than two feet long, and in combination with his sword, the length of the blade would easily reach down to his feet, allowing for the aforementioned occurrence to occur. The shockwave of wind that was shot forth from the sword happen to fly towards Noh and using his superior speed, and the fact that the shockwave was fired vertically, Noh would side step to his right for about a meter and a half in an almost instantaneous movement. The fact that the man was now strafing diagonally his left towards where Noh currently stood, Noh still happened to have the hilt of his sword grasped within his hand, and with an extremely fast cut at a diagonal angle, aiming from the cyborg’s right shoulder to his left hip, attempt to cut the man’s body in half, along with his head. This cut fired forth a wind blade at the same angle as the slash, creating a blade that was three meters in length, fired at an arc. The angle at which Noh stood and the current movement towards Noh would make it almost impossible for the man to dodge with his average speed, not to mention the fact that the man’s blade was now lodged within his foot as he did this strafing motion. This ‘battle’ was shaping up to be quite a one sided affair.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Medium: Optical Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Chakra Cost: 1 (per 3 explosive notes)
Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Chakra Cost: Cost of Genjutsu + 2CP
Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Name: Shousen no Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique Rank: C-A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the higher the medical ninja's rank is the quicker they are able to heal more critical and serious injuries. Injuries of equal rank may be healed in 1 post, and completely restored in 2. If choosing to heal a wound higher than the rank of the Shousen used, it requires 2 extra posts per rank. Thus C-rank Shousen healing an A-rank wound would require 5 posts to fully heal, while a B-rank wound would require 3 posts for instance. If healing a lower-ranked wound with a higher-ranked Shousen, the wound is fully healed in one post as opposed to two. Chakra Cost: C: 8CP (2 per post), B: 12CP (4 per post), A: 20CP (6 per post)
Name: Shindan Shuhou - Diagnosis Technique Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: After performing the needed handseals, the user releases a pulse of chakra through the patient’s body. The pulse then returns through their chakra network back into the user’s palms, giving them a mental image of where the chakra network seems to be flaring or lowering. This can give the user a better idea of the location and injury type that has been inflicted. For use in offense, this technique is capable to present a map of the opponent’s chakra network on contact which can be used to determine chakra natures and levels. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Karada Kuchidashi - Body Interference Rank: C-B Type: Medical Jutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Raiton Description: After the user charges their hand with chakra they strike the body part of the desired target. At B-rank once struck it causes a muscle spasm to where the target can't control that body part for one post and can't effectively use it for one more. At C-rank it causes the afflicted body part to be less responsive to the commands from the brain for one post. For the second post, the body part is number before turning back to normal. Chakra Cost: C: 8, B: 13.
Name: Oshi Tezawari - Pressure Touch Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By emitting a pulse of chakra through the finger tips on the patient’s head pressure points, the user is able to relieve the headaches of any person, regardless of cause (stress, migraine, other ailments, alcohol consumption, etc.) The technique can have an offensive use as well, by altering the effects of the pressure exerted. The pressure will cause a severe headache at the target. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Onnetsusei Nami - Thermal Wave Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The purpose of this technique is to return needed heat to the patient's body. The user sends a chakra wave to the patient’s chest to increase the blood flow, thus increasing the body temperature. The offensive use of this technique would be the heat wave causing the effects of a hot flash on the target. The sensation of heat usually begins in the face or chest, although it may appear elsewhere such as the back of the neck, and it can spread throughout the whole body. The heat can cause the target to feel light headed accompanied by a rapid heartbeat and sweating. The effect can last for 2-3 posts without interference. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Seiryou Nami - Cool Wave Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The purpose of this technique is to cool down the temperature of an overheated body. The user sends a chakra pulse to the patient’s body, in order to open up the skin pores, pump up blood to the skin and widen the blood vessels nearest to the skin, or increase sweat production at the said area. All these effects cool down the body and make it return to normal temperatures. The offensive use of this technique would be of the similar origins, through contact the pulse emits a wave which cools the body where contacted. This effected area is no more than 40 cm in size and the affected area reacts much like any part of the body when cooled. Initial or brief contact merely cools the area, numbing it slightly to pain and reducing its speed of movement by 10%(in the case of limbs). If contact is maintained for more than one post, the limb or affected area will be further numbed and become slightly more brittle, making bones easier to break. The effects last for 2 posts after contact is broken. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Kisoku Kuchidashi - Airway Interference Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user will focus chakra to their hands and release it to either the throat, in order to loosen the air ways, or the chest, in order to help the lungs expand. This will help the user or the patient breathe easier. A bastardized use of this technique causes the airways to constrict making it much harder for the target to breath. This technique lasts one post without continuous contact. Chakra Cost: 6 [3CP for continuous use]
Name: Ningen Sukiningu Shuhou - Human Skinning Technique Rank: C-A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A medical technique used to cause external harm on the victim’s body. The user will charge chakra into their hands and will release it on the enemy’s skin upon touch. The technique will send out a wave of chakra, the damage of which depends on the user’s skill. At C Rank, the wave can cause minor cuts of a twenty centimeter radius on the target’s body. At B Rank, the victim will suffer more serious cuts and wounds (such wounds would cause no serious damage, merely require a minor case of stitches to repair) over 40 cm area of contact of their body. At A Rank, the wave is able to inflict severe cuts and flesh wounds (these wounds are serious if not treated within 10 posts and with a great deal of accuracy can damage internal organs) at a 60cm area of contact on the victim’s body, or even nearly amputate an arm through extremely deep cuts. This allows them to write on the skin of animals, iron plates, or a wide range of things. Must be delicate with chakra control when using this technique. If used on flesh; will scar. Name: Gofuu Kekkai - Five Seal Barrier Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: N/A Description: The five "kin" (prohibition) seals act together to form a barrier. To remove the barrier, all five tags must be removed at the same moment. They don't all have to be lumped together; being able to be at least a good hundred meters apart Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Ha no Bakuhatsu - Leaf Explosion Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: - Description: Ha no Bakuhatsu is a fuuinjutsu technique. After gathering several leaves, the user is able to place a seal on these leaves so that when they are stood on an explosion will erupt from the leaves. The explosion is on the same scale as an explosive tag, the way it differs though is that the leaves are able to blend in with the background unnoticed. Since any leaf can have this seal, all the user has to do is place them upside down so the seal can't be seen and watch the traps trigger. Doujutsu users or chakra sensing ninja are still able to detect these explosives though for they carry a concentrated amount of chakra within them, due to this concentration they are also twice the size to the original size of the leaves, though you need a sharp eye to notice this. | Things to look at:- Your "Affiliation" is the village, not another land. The origin is correct, though. Easy fix.
- Your combat style could be longer, although I dont think that it's vital. Just know that another mod may want that to be the case; if you are bored and have time, you could elaborate on it - talking about your character's weaknesses in combat are always something that is looked well upon.
- As a genin at creation, you're allowed to have 15 starting jutsu, and you dont have that or even near that. So, although it is not required, it is recommended that you fill out that jutsu max.
- Chozou no Jutsu (Storage Technique): this jutsu is included in your academy jutsu as a free academy jutsu already. Please remove it from fuuinjutsu. Other then that, it looks fine

| So,
- Your appearance could use a tiny bit more. You don't mention his eyes at all, and I am a big fan of eyes x) so give a good description of them.
- In your combat style, please add his strongest point and weakest point.
