| Raiden Jr, Dinamita Saji.THE INFO. Name: Dinamita Saji Raiden, Jr Nickname: (usually called by middle name to differentiate himself from his father) Saigo no Rakurai Age: 15 Gender: Male Appearance: Saji stands five feet four inches tall and weighs eighty four pounds. He is shorter than most ninja, but this can sometimes work to his advantage. Saji has off-white hair, which he usually spikes up. When it's not spiked up, his hair is curled and left hanging down; quite a different look from the usual. He is light skinned and has turquoise eyes. He has a small nose and chin, and an oval-shaped head. To most people, he would look weak but his muscle definition is actually quite astounding for his age. He has a 72 inch wingspan, which is long compared to the average height-to-wingspan ratio.
He wears a black and white robe which goes up to his ankles. Instead of a black and white robe, he sometimes wears a completely black robe with a white sash around his waist. He wears white socks underneath his brown sandals. Sometimes, usually when it is a windy day, Saji wears a white cape over his robe. He thinks this makes him look bad-ass. When Saji is going for a walk or if he wants to look good, he wears a white and black hooded sweater, a grey vest, black pants, and a brown pair of low-cut Vans. On sunny days, he will wear a pair of sunglasses that his father had given to him as a child. Forehead Protector: Saji usually uses it a wrist band, however he does occasionally wear it traditionally. Personality: When Saji is assigned a job, he will do it without any complaints unless the job is completely outrageously difficult. Saji is not the kind of person that you would try to piss off. Saji is rather short-tempered and can be too aggressive at times. If not enraged, Saji would be very calm, responsible, and laid back. Saji takes training very seriously, since he wants to take be ready to take on the killer of his parents. When Saji is enraged, he is not easily distracted. In his mind, the only thing he thinks about his is opponent and how he would like to defeat him. He feels that he must protect it. Saji despises killers who kill for the hell of it.
Saji doesn't like to talk a lot. However, he doesn't not talk to the point in which you would think he was an introverted person. He is quite friendly and tries to talk to new people he meets. Saji prefers to let his fists do the talking for him. He thinks he is a strong ninja and feels that he can beat anyone of his caliber. He strives to become the best fighter and wants to prove to his family that fists can overpower the sword. Although he likes fighting, he thinks killing is stupid, wrong, and disgusting. He believes killing is only for the weak of heart.
Saji's motives lay out plain and simple. Kill my uncle, train my fists to become durable, light, fast, strong and concussive weapons of terror, protect the innocent, and show loyalty to his village. He tries to abide by these rules at all time and never falter away. Saji lives in an orphanage with a few elders and doesn't really mind this. They rarely bother him and he is able to live peacefully most of the time. Saji's usual day is waking up early in the morning, training for an odd number of hours, resting for about one, and looking around the village for some food and for some new friends. THE NINJA. Origin: Mizu No Kuni Affiliation: Kirigakure Rank: Genin Specialties: 1st Ninjutsu, 2nd Taijutsu Elemental Affinities: 1st Fuuton, 2nd Raiton Combat Style: Saji doesn't have a strong chin, so he uses a hit and run strategy and speedy attacks. He hides in the shadows and strikes when the opponent has their guard down. When he is unable to use the surroundings to his advantage, he likes to strike his opponent once or twice and back away to make it difficult to hit for the opponent to strike him back. If Saji is in a head-to-head fight, he will try to use fast blows to confuse his opponent. He also loves to perform aerial grapples and slam them into the ground. However, he isn't overly aggressive in these types of fights because he could get hurt easily and he could also lose his energy quite fast, leaving him open to attacks. His favourite thing to do is link his jutsus to quickly finish his opponent off. Special Characteristics: - Spoiler:
Name: Improved Speed Rank: C Type: Physical Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The first level in the art of speed accessible to those who have undergone intense training in high speed movement. The possessor of this talent has an increased speed of 20% which makes them slightly faster. They can cross distances quicker than others would expect and outrun others with little effort.
THE BACKGROUND. History: Birth and Childhood Arc: Saji was born to his parents Dinamita Sr and Miziro Raiden. They lived in the western part of Kirigakure. When Jack was four, his father, Dinamita Sr, entrusted Saji his sword. It was the Raiden sword passed down through the ages. It had a green handle and sheath. Saji wondered why he received the sword so early, but he would soon find out. The next day, his home was lit on fire by a village invader. Saji's father was expecting him, as he lost the invader lost to him in a fight. Everyone in the house was running frantically around. His parents told Saji to hide in a tiny closet only he could fit into. Then, he heard the village invader come into the house with a sword. Through the blinds of the closet, he witnessed his family getting murdered by the village invader. He could only watch, or else he would die as well. After the invader left, Saji stepped outside and kissed his parents on the cheek, vowing to find the killer.
Academy Arc: After the Raiden massacre, he was taken in by an orphanage. They promised the would take good care of him. In the first month of being in the orphanage, his uncle had come to visit. His uncle lived on the other side of the village. He just wanted to greet Saji and pay his condolences, but Saji wanted to be strong. He wanted to take down his family's killer. He asked his uncle if he was trained in the way of the sword. His uncle was trained in kenjutsu, being a Raiden, and offered to help his nephew. They trained for two months until Uncle had to leave to the other side of the village. However, Raiden seemed to like using his fists more than his sword. The day before Uncle's departure, Saji was enrolled into the Ninja Academy. He learned the basics of being a ninja, and the Academy decided his basic ninja skills and fighting skills were good enough for Saji to become a Genin. He graduated from the Academy at the age of eight.
Genin Arc: After five years of doing community service around the village, Saji decided that it was time to do some real fighting. He asked the village to send him on a mission, and they told him to go hunt an animal, as that would be a real challenge for Saji. He couldn't take the insult and went off to find some missing-nin. He found his uncle near the shore, using his sword to impale a Kiri shinobi through the heart. He was trying to get steal his money! Saji couldn't believe this, but before Saji could get worked up, Uncle told Saji that it was him who killed his parents. Uncle then knocked Saji out cold and dragged him back to the front of the orphanage. Saji woke up, still filled with rage. He realized his uncle didn't want to hurt him, but wanted Saji to grow stronger. This would work against him as Saji focused all his time into training to kill Uncle. Roleplay Sample:

His mother. His father. his grandmother, his grandpa. All gone. Takehiro thought to himself with his sword by his side. They died for a silly reason, for revenge. And it was his own uncle who had killed them all. He could have protected all of his family members, he knew he could have. He would have died for them, but it would have been worth it. It would have been his own life for the many lives of his family. His uncle wouldn't have been able to bear killing his nephew. If Takehiro sacrificed himself, his uncle would have ran off. Takehiro had to get revenge on his uncle. He had to sharpen his sword skills. Takehiro took a look at his family's treasure, the katana of jade. The Hisui Hakaimono. The jade shined bright throughout the sword. It would be a shame if Takehiro never used or practiced with the sword again. Takehiro checked the window for the weather. It was wet outside, but it would have to do for today. Takehiro fixed his bed and brushed his hair so it would be spiked up, badass, and sexy. He decided to wear his special all black robe and tied his white sash around his waist. He put the Kinzaburou sword on to his back and put on his socks and sandals. "I'm ready for training." Takehiro had only trained with his uncle, but he needed a partner for that type of training. He would have to think of a different way of training. On his way out of the orphanage, he grabbed a block of wood. He was thinking of ideas. After a thirty minute walk, he had arrived at the Kirigakure training grounds. He placed the block of wood down on the ground. He put most of his chakra into his wrist, arms, and shoulders. Takehiro grabbed his sword and swung down on the block of wood. It was no good. He started to get angry, and his chakra started building up. He felt the rate of the blood flow in his body increase. He focused his chakra once more, but this time he could feel it. He knew the block would crack. He had a rush of adrenaline go through his body, and swung Hakaimono as soon as he felt it. Sure enough, the block of wood had cracked. He had achieved something. At least. He saw a tree branch hanging down about two and a half meters from the ground. He tried to reach it only by swinging his sword upwards. He wasn't able to reach it. He was a few inches short. He then swung as hard as he could at the branch and the katana's handle extended and cut the branch in half! Takehiro was surprised that the handle could be extended. As he was wondering why his uncle never told him this, he noticed another shinobi's shadow in front of him.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Medium: Optical Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Chakra Cost: 1CP per 5 clones
Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Chakra Cost: 1 (per 3 explosive notes)
Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Chakra Cost: Cost of Genjutsu + 2CP
Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)

Name: Dynamic • Entry - Dainamikku • Entorii Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: This jutsu simply appears to be a flying jump kick, often performed on the face of an enemy, while dramatically screaming the words "Dynamic Entry". Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Konoha Reppuu - Leaf Violent Wind Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The move here is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Konoha Senpuu - Leaf Whirlwind Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Konoha Kage Buyou - Leaf Shadow Dance Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Konoha Kage Buyou is a Taijutsu technique that is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. This move is used before preforming "Omote Renge - Front Lotus" or "Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo". Chakra Cost: 4

Name: Konoha Dai Senkou - Leaf Great Light Rotation Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user charges at their opponent and unleashes a powerful lateral kick aiming at the head that will spin his or her opponent away. This technique can certainly cause a head ache. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Konoha Dai Senpuu - Leaf Great Whirlwind Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Konoha Raiken - Leaf Thunder Fist Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user will spin to gain momentum and then lay a powerful strike into his or her opponent via punch. Chakra Cost: 6
Name: Konoha Shoufuu - Leaf Rising Wind Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: This jump uses the entire body as a spring by amassing power in the legs before kicking upwards. Because the power of the kick from the ground is instantly converted into a blow, the enemy hit with this attack will be launched high into the sky. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user first uses the "Konoha Kage Buyou - Leaf Shadow Dance" to manuever his/her opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing his/her opponent, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he/she is unable to make a clean strike, he/she will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his/her target's attention and defense to one area. The user can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate his/her body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest. Chakra Cost: 7

Name: Chakra Kyuuin Jutsu - Chakra Absorption Technique Rank: C-S Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: After activitating the technique, the user's hand will glow with chakra. When he or she touches his or her palm on his or her opponents body, the user can withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing their chakra, it greatly increases the user’s advantage over his or her opponent. Name: Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame. Chakra Cost: 9
Name: Kami Oroshi - Godly Wind from the Mountains Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: The user will generate a whirling vortex of wind which he or she can send snaking towards his or her target. This wind can be used to help cause an explosive blaze when used with certain fire and earth techniques. Chakra Cost: 7 (2 per post)
Name: Reppushou - Gale Wind Palm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: Fuuton • Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will send a strong gust of wind towards his/her target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness. Chakra Cost: 5

| Before I can give a second approval I just have a few things :- You mention his nickname is Jack and use it to refer to him in every section of the application, but you give no reason behind why someone from a predominately Japanese and Asian setting would have such a western nickname, especially when it holds no similarities with the original name. Most often the reason behind a nickname should relate to some aspect of their personality or be mentioned within the history of the character.
- Your personality is very small and nondescript of your character, other than a mere vague listing of traits with no elaboration. I feel it would be better to add at least a few more lines of description in attempt to elaborate more on your character himself.
