Clan creation question

I was just wondering whether it was to late to make a Tsukiyomi clan. I just realised that I wanted to make a clan ability for Rin and was wondering if it was too late.

To what I believe you can create the clan, but as you have already made a character, your dude must come to realise their powers and clan through events etc.

I believe that your character can "realize his clan traits" and all that through carefully enough written events in your RP. Just remember, we require that people have the appearance of their clan if they want to use the clan's traits to the fullest.
