Mission Objective: The courier ninja of Kumogakure have been booked and very busy as of late. Being a genin courier ninja you must stand up to your title and out perform yourself. Taking on a challenge that will question why you became a courier ninja. The mission sounds simple, take the mail from Kumogakure and personally deliver it to the residents of Konohagakure. The courier ninja will be by himself picking his own routes on how to get there. These courier ninja will stay in that village for a month OOC time to help and aid the villages. The courier ninja are set to prove a trustworthy relationship between the two villages. Courier ninja are not to accept help from the courier ninja of Konoha because it is a means that Kumogakure shinobi will take care of, but after the first load of mail, the courier ninja will notify both Kages and then report to the head courier ninja.However, all rules and regulations set by Konoha MUST be followed. Also, if they set specialized rules for the courier ninja, they also must be followed. If the Hokage does not see fit, he has the right to seize all parcel and do as he pleases. If the Kumo courier ninja is allowed to distribute the mail, he must have signed documents stating the time, place and who the package was dropped of to. This letter must be given to the head courier ninja of Konoha and a copy made and sent to Kumogakure. The letter must be sent before the Kumogakure courier leaves. The reason why this mission is so specific is because it is a direct connection between the relationship of the villages.

-Both Kages have been asked about this mission. They both have the right to deny this mission.

Also this mission will require multiple topics. Will all this topics be graded for mission points individually or as a whole mission? Also maybe we could have the extra topics be graded as a social topic?

Sorry, but I'm going to have to deny this. I spoke with Kiseki about it and basically, since Kumo is at war, all of the efforts will be focused on that. Consequently sending couriers all the way out to Konoha simply to help them out and be friendly is out of the picture. Perhaps later when the war is over and the dust has settled you can try for this mission again.

What if it on terms for a peace treaty? And what if it's only one genin courier, I'm sure they coul make an exception? Even Enzo approved.

I suppose if both Kages approve then I'd be willing to approve it. Has Winged given an okay for this yet?

EDIT: Also, if it's for a peace treaty, that'd be another thing that both of them would have to agree to.

You'll have to talk to Winged Blade about that. The way it works is that we have two, soon to be three, hidden groups set up in order to allow foreign ninja entry to a village, with each Kage from that village being the head of the group. Once Winged Blade can clarify that you've gained entry to the village, he'll be able to add you to the group in order for you to be able to view the village and its boards. Once you've left Konohagakure, he'll remove you from the group.
